Let's go back to my literary analogy, to the creation of literature. The greatness of a piece of writing is not found in its grammatical correctness. How many text books did you have to read in your education that had to be read over and over to get the point? Often times this sort of thing is not caused by the complexity of the material but by the poor delivery. Actually, to give an example, that last article about Integral that someone put up here a few weeks ago was, in my opinion, poorly written -- embarrassingly so. What makes a piece of writing good is the author's ability use words to transmit clear ideas to the mind of the reader, without the reader having to work it over, guess, or subconsciously add bits to make the meaning clear. This is not done through correct grammar, but through rhetorical techniques. These are not the same things.
That being said, you are perfectly accurate to say that Integral should be reporting - and, indeed, reporting the kind of things that indicate that the company is doing well -- this would be good grammar and good content.
However, what I am saying is that the content is far more important than the correctness of the grammar. So with Integral, the content will be revenue at some point, but even more fundamentally, the content of the ITKG rough draft is the inherent potential of electriplast and the very real possibility this plastic being adopted by industry.
So, I am speaking to everyone out there -- if you are buying Integral as a short-term play, that is hopeful a good thing -- but don't cry in your beer later when you realize what it is that you once had in your portfolio. If you are not buying Integral because they can't seem to get their paperwork done, I would say that with this kind of an investment, you have the accent on the wrong syllable. And to investors like me who are here because of we think that the management will pull this off, though they appear to be bumbling around -- that they will pull it off because of the inherent qualities of electriplast, I would say, "stay the course, steady as she goes, you have already lost your shirts so why bail now," -- "that greatness is in the making" Do you know that Ernest Hemingway reworked The Old Man and the Sea 87 time. The story first appeared in seed form in the April 1936 edition of Esquire but did not get finished until the early 50's. When it came into print, its success was immediate. It was and is a great piece. It was specifically cited when the Nobel Prize for Literature was a awarded to Hemingway in 1954. It was "the greatest prize of his career" says Charles Scribner Jr. I have my own hardback copy in my hands right now. It is my all time favourite work of this genre. I think electripalst will get publish -- sort of speak -- and when it does, its consumption rate will be parabolic.
This is my take on things, Thin. This is an honest and friendly response. I am not worried about the crossing of "t"s and dotting of "i." I am not even looking for revenue, but for evidence of industry acceptance. I am not absolutely sure of things -- if I were I would be buying every share I could -- I am not. I am, however, reasonably satisfied enough with the content of the last phone conference to hold and to offer this counter opinion to contributors who, I think, are looking too close -- you know the old adage -- you can't see the forest for the trees. However, to be fair, you could say, "What trees?"
Edgar
P.S. Don't disregard what I am saying if you find a grammatical error. I am a lousy proofreader. And, I do not think that the management team is bumbling -- I think they are focusing all resources on the quality of the content of this story, not on the editing -- that will come.
But during the same period they had time to research and post (11) entries to the Conductive Newsletter. Do you think maybe they have their priorities out of whack?
Last years 10K was over 4 months late. The following 10Q was almost 3 months late. The 10Q that followed that was late by a couple of days. And the 10Q that followed that a week late. And here we are again.
If they were working on revenue producing contracts all that time, it hasn`t shown up in their revenue column. I fully expect that when we finally do get to see this years 10K and the 10Q due next week, that they also will not support the excuse you are trying to make for them.
Thin
I am hoping that they are really busy getting revenue producing contracts -- too busy and under manned to get everything done.
It`s been over 4 months since the fiscal year ended.....and you are offering a "rough draft"? We are talking professionals here. Doug pays himself a quarter mil a year.....but can`t get the job done. And then shareholders (like you) make excuses for him. Thousands of companies large and small meet the SEC schedules quarter after quarter, year after year.
What`s the problem???
Thin
Thin, Which would you rather read? -- the rough draft of a great book or the final copy of a crapy book.
And we are now just one week away from the filing date for the Sept. 30, quarter. That`s the one I really want to see. Revenue figures, remaining authorized share numbers, current toxic debt levels. You know......all the stuff that successful companies are measured by. All the stuff Doug promised 4+ years ago.....
"I understand that the delivery of results is ultimately the measuring stick of any company, and 2013 is the year we will deliver results."
Thin
No 10K yet!! Doug’s “the dog ate my homework” excuse doesn’t cut it!!
Hey, It's all the in black and white...and red for the share holders. lol
You mean a reverse face plant right. ;)
Thanks Wonshot. What's up with the anemic volume? 500 shares and near the closing bell? Strange
herbie47 - Good plan to buy if it gets to .03 I'm trying to add to my position at .045 The 10-K could be completed anytime now.
Waiting on .03. Won't nibble till then.
I'll buy more shares if the price dips. Future looking awesome.
Plastics Industry Taking Notice of Little ITKG
http://ir.electriplast.com/conductive
"Sitting in front of the computer, minding my own business, when 'surprise, surprise', I get a Google Alert. I set up these alerts to receive any pertinent news from the Plastics Industry. Well, I got a chuckle out of it, I hope you do to. And, for the naysayers, we had nothing to with it! The industry IS reading our website.
http://www.plasticsnews.com/article/20171016/NEWS/171019926/a-growing-electric-car-industry-is-buying-electriplastic-polymers
Roger Renstrom hasn't written anything about us in over three years."
A growing electric car industry is buying ElectriPlastic polymers

Great to see the plastics industry taking notice of ITKG. This company is turning around and waking up.
Steve85 - Thanks for the patent info!
ITKG is a mistake! The potential for a Reverse Split is front and center!
Would regret making another mistake in my life, but I believe in this company and CEO, hope I'm right. It may take a while but I have been here for a long time already, so I'll will have to wait and see.I have bought this stock up and down the board and I am comfortable with my position. Go ITKG
Thanks,DB
I'm out for now and will watch from the sidelines for a bit. CC didn't move the needle making me feel recent moves got baked into price and I'll wait for a nice dip(sell the news as they say)...imho Anyway, best to all in your trades and God bless!
If it was so excellent, why is it down today?
Hopefully it will be up by the end of the day.
Excellent conference call yesterday. Keep rolling ITKG the future looks bright.
Conductive Newsletter Aircraft Posts
Makes me think the company is working in the aviation sector in some way with some of the posts they have been making.
http://ir.electriplast.com/conductive
Stock price is moving up. Good upward trend over the last 2 weeks.
How many other companies are using EP?
Here`s a major clue.....and it`s less than 2 weeks old!!!
"(3) Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof?"
? Yes ? No
Last fiscal year reported earnings came in at $6,500 per month. Their average monthly operating expenses came in at $295,000. Worthless consultants and toxic debt. What has changed? It cost $45 for every $1 earned.
No significant change anticipated......signed by Doug Bathauer, CEO.

New US Patent Application: 3D Printing using Electriplast, application from Modumetal Company in Seattle WA
USPTO 20170191177A1 - Methods of Preparing Articles By Electrodeposition and Additive Manufacturing Processes
This is an application for using Electriplast that is new to me, looks like a great application in reducing corrosion and increasing strength and modulus of existing metal alloys. Electriplast mentioned as being used in Paragraph 48.
More proof of concept and adoption of Electriplast. Makes you wonder how many other companies are using EP that we don't even know about yet.
Another SEC Late filing notification! Must be loaded with bad news. Just another pink sheet stock selling operation.
I agree Steve85. It is nice to see ITKG above 5 cents and patience will be needed... but this could be a real winner. Slow and steady wins the race. I'm in heavier than I should be for such a small company... but this has serious potential you don't see often.
Good post Wonshot. Another huge automotive market driver is the number of sensors on vehicles for enhanced or fully autonomous driving (cameras, lidar sensors, shielded microprocessing system boxes, etc), and these sensors will be on gas powered vehicles as well as electric, so this is completely separate from powertrain electrification. This is being implemented right now and will exponentially increase, and all need EMI shielding. This is a huge market in itself.
There is a tsunami coming… and it isn’t oil. The USA with a GDP of $18.6 trillion, China with a GDP of $11.34 trillion and India with $2.2 trillion… are all pushing hard against oil and for electric vehicles, as EVs become more mainline and affordable. The UK has pledged to ban the sale of petrol and diesel cars by 2040 and when the California legislature returns in January 2018, Assemblyman Phil Ting plans to introduce a bill that would ban the sale of new cars powered by internal-combustion engines after 2040.
The demand for new and better battery technology is being driven by the existing gadget (cellphone, tablet, laptop) market and the drive towards electric vehicles.
Demand for ElectriPlast Conductive Plastics Accelerates – Sept. 2017
"We see this as just the beginning of the EMI shielding and lightweighting opportunity for us," stated Mo Zeidan, Integral's CTO.
"We continue to believe we are well positioned for the lightweighting revolution and are seeing a surge in opportunities since the announcement of the two program awards.”
“ElectriPlast is currently being prototyped with a European Tier 1 for inclusion in a 2019/2020 European vehicle platform.”
“Integral has recently quoted several other business opportunities, including an EMI shielding application for a military project.”

They are shipping pellets out to Detroit, Czechoslovokia and Asia.
This is looking like they are turning that corner towards a profit.
Disruptive technology?... or dud... ya just don't know. I took a position just in case. This could fly high... or never get off the runway. One strong announcement could send it to the moon. For example..."Electriplast will be in Apple's new iPhone" or "Next generation battery includes Electriplast" or "TESLA lightweighting with Electriplast." I'm in... but as Elmer Fudd says... "be vewy vewy patient."
What Tier 1 OEM`s? What contracts? $2 MILLION.....over 5 years....do the math. 33K a month for a company that consistently spends $270K a month. More toxic debt to pay the $237K balance. Tic-toc, tic-toc, tic-toc.
See you in 6 months!!!
Thin
Thin,
I believe Doug and one of the board members just agreed to accept options to purchase stock in lieu of past due salary.
It would certainly be strange and reckless to agree to such terms if they didn't think the company would make it through the first quarter?
Additionally, and now that the company has secured some major contracts with Tier I OEM's, it would be doubly strange to believe that they are on the verge of collapse.
just saying.
They filed an 8k on this. Its not just talk.
http://ir.electriplast.com/all-sec-filings/content/0001437749-17-015882/itkg20170912_8k.htm
I wouldn`t be counting my chickens before they are hatched. ITKG burns through $2 MILLION in operating expenses every 10 months. That`s over 4 years short of Doug`s revenue prediction. The proof is available for all who bother to look......in their SEC filings.
This is yet another Doug prediction.....no revenue has been recorded. Only words and empty promises. Doug promised us measurable results over 4 years ago.....he has yet to deliver.
Thin
They are burning through nearly 10 million authorized shares a month. Toxic financing is the standard. With only 35 million shares left.....I don`t think theses guys will make it through the first quarter of 2018. Tic-toc, tic-toc, tic-toc.
Thin
This is good, very good for this company.
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/demand-for-electriplast-conductive-plastics-accelerates-300518482.html
Gang, read and weep. Major dilution continues unabated.
Looks like LeddarTech a company that uses Electriplast is gearing up to do more.
http://leddartech.com/leddartech-announces-usd-101-million-series-c-financing/
Yes. Your post on the possibility of a reverse split for ITKG stimulated MY SUSPICION! The recently filed 8 K contained language that points to the very strong possibility of a reverse split. Well done on your point, thank you.
you mean like the reverse split I mentioned on the post 2 weeks ago?
One plausible scenario is a pending reverse split! ITKG is running low on shares (AS) to sell.
Ya, would be nice to see something from Ultimate, not a peep from that deal yet. Still something good is up. You would not be getting rid of debt and taking option deals if it was not moving forward.
This company is serious with the debt reduction.
They recently filed an 8k retiring convertible debt. Now with todays 8K it really is showing they are on an aggressive mission to get the books in order and stay in business. Sure looks like they are getting ready for something big. The people mentioned and the amounts in the 8K is only a portion of the the 1.1 million debt reduction. In a call to IR they pointed out to me that non affiliated parties took this deal and that additional debt is getting removed due other settlements.
This can only be a very positive step for the share price.
North of 5 cents, but it depends on what they report later this month. Should be an interesting conference call.
Where do you see the PPS going?
8-K issued today. Basically the insiders (CEO, CFO, etc...) are owed about $1.1 million in back pay and accrued debt.
They have agreed to remove the $1.1 million from the company books in exchange for options that give them the right to purchase ITKG stock at 5 cents per share for the next three years.
Each officer was granted different amounts of options based on what he was owed.
They are getting ready for a share price increase. Finally.
I thought they already made a deal with that household name The Ultimate Battery company.
By the way, where the hell is the $4 million? It has been well over a year.
More Battery Talk.
More talking points about battery tech that includes ITKG.
This blog post has some very good points and covers the Batteries International Magazine story I posted a link to. Looking better for this company if they can make a deal in this sector. Such a huge market.

It was available a few days ago and then I noticed it was gone. Found it back today.
