Thanks for the info.
In December they had a private placement of seven cents a share! So it's not a pretty scene at this point in time.
Ouch! What do you think they have to issue stock for now to raise cash? Penny a share?
BTW I am not gloating. It is not something I am happy about.
Whoops there goes $0.06!
Just remember, we have a
a good chance to make some money here. Another contract or two and we're there.
ITKG is a LONG term investment. Not a flip...
Contract with Karma:
http://ir.electriplast.com/press-releases/detail/722/electriplast-material-chosen-for-high-voltage-connector-for
New CPA to help with filings:

Arrangement with Nova:

These things take time. It'll happen......
Does that please you Sput??
How can you gloat over investors losing money?
Can't say I'd like hang with folks like YOU....jmo
Have a "good" day.
35,000 shares sold at $0.063!! What's that smell???
Look at all that volume!! Some getting out
some getting in. BUT at least it's starting up again...jmo just what we need.
Will do z....
I'll let ya know when I'm all dreamed out .
Keep dreaming, that's all you get with this company.IMO
Volume increasing. Buys and sells....
Looks like ITKG may be on the come back trail.
Hope we get an update soon.....
My idea of "good news" would be
a contract to supply the "resin wire" to Lockheed for the F-33 fighter, or to Ford for a new Hybrid car/truck.
Something like that.....and THAT COULD happen.
Hmmm, how do you measure the value of "positive news"?
From Doug`s own lips.....4 years ago and $16 MILLION in accumulated deficit later.
"I understand that the delivery of results is ultimately the measuring stick of any company, and 2013 is the year we will deliver results."
It`s time for measurable results, not more words.
Thin
I've lost track of how many times
I've posted today so if you ask or something and I don't reply..... Yep I'm a free user.
So let me say this.
I understand how investors here may feel discouraged...like a bag holder. Been there done that. I KNOW the company isn't discouraged, BUT they're imo working so hard trying to get it together, they "MAY" be focused on that and not thinking about the shareholders as they should. Again JMO.
If you're pissed, saddened, discouraged why not contact them and POLITELY let THEM know rather than just rant on a web site?
In case you forgot... http://www.electriplast.com .....
Ask them for an update. Positive news is ALWAYS a good thing. If/when it hits, spread it around. Put it on Facebook, Twitter, Google....where ever ya do it.
If you're short, COVER!!! If you see any reason, buy a few more. TRUTH, I'm a disabled dewd, fixed income and a load of other pennies I don't wanna' sell yet and with no more money so I'm NOT going to ask anyone to "purchase more" BUY BUY BUY, when I can't myself. If I sell one I'll most likely put it here.
We HAVE to get the volume going. That's ALL there is to it. Sell, cover or try and see something positive about this company...but contact them and, again POLITELY, tell 'em how ya feel and ask for an update.
JMO
Actually....
I saw something in a filing as I did my DD. I'll leave it to you to see what I saw.
Baseless pump.....
I just told ya, "I FEEL IT IN ME BONES" as the pirate said. lol
No I mean that in my heart, but....well you know. I won't be any less excited if it takes a little longer.
End of March? This year? Next year? 5 years from now? Or just another baseless pump?
Thin
Easy to understand....
Some, maybe MOST at this point, have held a while and seen the PPS drop. That's penny stocks.
I happen to believe the conductive resins are a product for the now.
GREAT for electric cars, aircraft, batteries, military apps, even small electronics. Non-Shorting, safe and reliable.
We'll see what happens.
250m AS 150m OS is NOTHING in the OTC. Things are BOUND to happen.
Heck, SNAP has lost $5M per year and look at the IPO in the $20.00s The market is a crazy thing.
I just "FEEL IT IN ME BONES" sumpin's fixin' to happen!!! If not, it's JUST money. We'll get more. lol
OUCH! 32,500 shares of ITKG sold at $0.085.
Volume starting to pick up.
Word getting around.
This is a GREAT product for the time. Light weight electronics are NEEDED more now than ever. imo
It sure would be nice if the MMs would
close the spread to LESS THAN .009!!! lol
I understand your discouraged. Just give it a little more time?
I really believe it'll "pay off"..... and yes, I admit, that IS my opinion.
Thanks for the encouragement, but there is no room for opinion here - either there is or there is not business coming Integral's way, because nothing else is going to do anything for the pps.
Good things are coming!!! Caveat Emptor! Someone has a lot of cheap shares waiting to be dumped
Hang in E.A.P. Good things are coming imo.
Don' t have any shorts on Integral, but I have lost my shirt. I hope you are right about the 30 cents. Actually, I need about .50 get my shirt back.
But you`re still not ready to commit to what year?
Thin
It'll be in the .30s by first of Apr. How many short do YOU have to cover?
Ha, ha. Another Johnie-come-lately with a snoot full of company kool-ade....and calling it DD. That end of March profit from this 15 year old technology that can`t find sustained revenue. You didn`t get around to mentioning what year that was going to fall in. Ha, ha, ha.
Thin
No!! Tell me NOOOOO!!!!! I swear I didn't Knowwwww.
PLEASE, when I'm taking all that profit, end of March, Please Please forgive me????
On the positive side you threw less than $1000 at it.
I wish I could congratulate you, but all I can say is I feel bad for you. You have joined the ranks of us suckers.
ITKG is a "LONG" imo. Give it a chance to blossom and GET RICH!!! lol
Take a look at this Karma.....

ElectriPlast Material Chosen For High Voltage Connector for Karma Automotive, LLC

EVANSVILLE, Ind., Feb. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- ElectriPlast Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Integral Technologies, Inc. [OTCBB: ITKG], and makers of the ElectriPlast™ line of electrically conductive resins, announced today they have been selected and supplied ElectriPlast™ conductive plastics for use in the Karma Revero plug-in hybrid electric vehicle.
The ElectriPlast engineering team assisted in the successful development of a retainer for high voltage ("HV") connectors. The connector retainer is a key component of the connector that holds the cable seals in place and limits cable movement and provides electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) shielding.
"ElectriPlast EP-SS/66 was the product for the cable retainer on Karma HV connectors," stated Slobodan (Bob) Pavlovic, ElectriPlast's VP of Engineering. "This is one of the products we offer that provides both electrical shielding and the elastic properties needed for the retainer. The retainer has very tight electrical shielding requirements and working with the customer, we were able to fine tune the parameters to achieve less than 10 milliohms resistance across the retainer volume which correlates with high shielding effectiveness. The HV connector has been fully validated at the vehicle level."
The Revero is a luxury plug-in electric hybrid vehicle built in Southern California. It will be the first car sold in the U.S. powered by electricity, gas and solar. The solar roof not only charges the 12V battery, but also charges the HV battery, adding to the electric range.
"The HV connector is a universal design that can support both DC (2 wire) and AC (3 wire) connections, as well as high power requirements up to 500 amps via parallel wiring / four (4) wires for DC applications, each pole having one (1) pair of wires," stated Mo Zeidan, ElectriPlast's CTO.
"We appreciate Karma's leadership in using ElectriPlast for their HV connector application and are excited about the opportunities to assist them as they apply our materials to HV connectors and enclosures as the lightweighting solution for HEV/EV energy storage, power management and power distribution systems," stated Doug Bathauer, Integral's CEO.
The electric vehicle market remains robust with http://www.insideevs.com reporting 2016 sales of plug-in hybrids in the US at 170,000 vehicles, a nearly 40% increase from 2015, and worldwide sales of plug-in hybrids at nearly 700,000 vehicles. Bloomberg New Energy Finance ("Bloomberg") suggests that further, big reductions in battery prices lie ahead, and that during the 2020s EVs will become a more economic option than gasoline or diesel cars in most countries. The Bloomberg study, published in 2016, forecasts that sales of electric vehicles will hit 41 million by 2040, representing 35% of new light duty vehicle sales. This would be almost 90 times the equivalent figure for 2015 EV sales.

I now an owner of 9450 shares!!
Going to put it on Fbook, Twitter, Google.......YOU should do the same
Have ya all seen this??
http://www.marketwatch.com/story/electriplast-material-chosen-for-high-voltage-connector-for-karma-automotive-llc-2017-02-02
and this:
http://www.marketwatch.com/story/integral-and-nova-polymers-announce-strategic-alliance-2017-02-13
Except for the fact they're going to need "more" shares, they have diluted near all the approved, I'm interested. Check out "The Revero".
On watch for sure......
Selected and supplied.....supplied??? No names, no dates, no numbers.
But the 10Q they just filed offers the following account....
"The company has been approved as a supplier for the domestic Tier 1 for the purpose of supplying ElectriPlast for a specific electric vehicle platform expected to go into production in 2017. The company expects initial commercial orders to be produced in the second half of 2017."
I`m guessing Integral`s piece of supply chain pie will probably amount to no more than (10) cents on the dollar. Do the math!! I doubt it would even put a dent in the $250-$300,000 they historically spend every single month.
Thin
This is just a reworked PR from five or six years ago. Same product same company. THIS DEMONSTRATES ITKG IS IN DIRE STRAIGHTS,
http://www.prweb.com/releases/electriplast/learfisker/prweb8922892.htm
Not sure what it all means...karma is not likely to put a product on the market for awhile and one small component of this product will not make a dent in itkg bottom line...and this is a high end car product so volume is at least years away....maybe something to build on here but as we can see in the stock movement today management just threw up some shares to anybody that bid a dime....not a positive sign for the near future...

Last year's 10K has been posted. Take a look. What a joke!
So here we remain......stumbling along in multi-year low territory. Delisted, and with a CEO/Treasurer that can`t find words of explanation beyond "we believe".
For the numbers guys, the last 6 trading days the volume has totaled almost 2 million shares.....that`s twice the current average. And the closing price has moved from .1000 to .0915. Not a good trend. Do you think the guys lending this company money....whose only collateral is it`s authorized shares.....look at these numbers?

Nearly a year since the last MONTHLY newsletter.
I am afraid this one might just fade away.
January 2, 2017 represents another (ongoing) missed deadline! What a joke ITKG has become!
$0.0804 has been achieved! Can sub-penny be on its way?
Here are two links from the SEC that should make for a very interesting reading. I believe they tell the whole story on why management and I TKG has not filed a 10K or 10 Q. And probably has no intention of doing so.
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1018281/000114036116057502/filename1.htm
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1018281/000000000016066446/filename1.pdf
It appears management has decided to allow ITKG to become a non-filer! Probably has something to do with the SEC communications (letters) of not being satisfied with previous filings. My guess is in order to file the 10K it became a much too onerous process of having to go back into history, revise and update in order to comply with the SEC directives. Selling stock will continue unabated!
First they need to sell more stock so they can pay someone to file it.
Another month has passed and nothing of value has been offered or received. Still no delinquent 10-K. Still no delinquent 10-Q. What`s the problem?
