These contracts will send this thing North fast
This thing is probably going to do well in the long run. Retail money and flippers not knowing what they own.
ITKG is a pink sheet stock.
What's the valuation here?
Yes. How can I help you understand Integral Technologies?
Well in that case I changed my mind...When random internet people that just made a profile a few days ago make claims of making $1000S on a stock that has been selling vapor longer than they are old I stand up and take notice. I always believe everyone on the internet. Maybe I will buy 100k shares myself
In the meantime, while Betababe babbles nonsense, my order got filled...I've got a $3,910 profit so far with the share price at .0425
Better yet, can you just reply to my very simple question on how Delphi, East Penn and other huge companies with thousands of engineers and billions of dollars in R&D money have been snookered?
So Sputnik knows more than these companies??? You can't be serious??
"Really, you want me to tell you why" Because...because...some other guy said so...that's why. I'm convinced.
Really. You want me to tell you why you have been snookered? How much are you paying for my time? I suggest you do your own homework.
If Sputnik says it is a pump and dump that's good enough for me..nobody knows this company better than he does.
Nope, not an electrical engineer. I have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master's in mechanical and environmental engineering (so that makes three total). Thanks for the interest though in my background, I would be happy to try and answer any technical question you might have on Electriplast thought as I have pretty extensive knowledge on materials and polymer chemistry.
I noticed you didn't answer my very basic, simple question though. Can you please enlighten us?
Really? You're an engineer? I take it you are not an electrical engineer.
ITKG is no scam... it is uneducated to say so.
Buying 100k more today. Trying to get .043
Patents: If Electriplast is a scam, can anyone of our resident experts explain how multibillion dollar companies write patents around this scam? You know, FAKE NEWS, pink sheet scam, etc. Are they also part of the scam to bilk investors? For example, Delphi has three separate USPTO granted patents on using Electriplast, East Penn has one granted and just published a new battery patent application yesterday! Are they risking their own resources and reputations on this scam?
I've never heard of such a wide ranging conspiracy! Unless you are a follower of Alex Jones, of course, who obviously is a genius.
Please enlighten the rest of us on how this works? I've been an engineer in the automotive industry for 28 years and have never heard of anything like this, it would be great to share your insight and knowledge!
Buying more yet?
This is confusing to me. All OTC & Pink sheets are a scam. We're all playing the momentum game. If you're not, you're losing money.
Ouch! ITKG is a pink sheet scam! Take it to the bank!
HUGE ....
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bagholder
In U.S. financial slang, a bagholder is a shareholder left holding shares of worthless stocks.[1]
The shareholders could be caught up in a corporate bankruptcy and accounting scandal, as was the case with Enron and Worldcom, or the victims of a pump and dump scheme, in which naive and unsophisticated investors fall victim to e-mail spam, rigged stock tip forums, or other tricks used by stock touts to drive up the shares of worthless penny stocks.[citation needed]
The word is derived by combining shareholder with the expression "left holding the bag."
I would define mainstream as when the class of conductive plastics that electriplast belongs to gets used in less exotic and more widespread applications than conductive connectors in a Jaguar.
I may be a dreamer, Go ITKG GO. Have waited a long time ,hopefully not much longer.
No requirement to file an 8-K... unless... "the material agreement is not made in the ordinary course of business."
Better start by defining "mainstream". Even before the if/when speculation begins.
This is a CEO that consistently spends $250,000 per month. He claimed "This marks the second ElectriPlast order for use in an electric vehicle platform so far this year." Yet that earlier order apparently didn`t reach the level of Material Definitive Event as no 8K was submitted. He has 4 days to file one for this claimed order.
The 8K is the investors friend, by the way. It forces CEO`s to define the forward looking statements they so love to use. An event not worthy of an 8K, by definition, does not have enough material value to influence an investors financial decisions.
Caveat emptor, let the buyer beware

When it goes main stream is the big question.
Got 200k shares at .049 Will buy more if we drift down in a day or two. This technology and product should have massive usage once it goes main stream. Holding long term.
Yes, I hope that they play their hand well over the next stage of development.
The difference here to me is we are finally seeing REAL parts in real products, as opposed to continual "development" or "validation" projects with various companies that never lead to any sales. More and more market acceptance should be coming since there are now some successes to point to. The number of parts needing conduction or EMI shielding is going to grow exponentially, with powertrain electrification, more sensors needed on vehicles due to autonomous driving. Anyone who is moderately aware of what is going on in the auto industry cannot deny this. I'm not a pumper saying that this guarantees that Electriplast is going to be used in all these applications, but there is huge opportunity if they play their cards right.
Day traders are going to cause the massive price fluctuations, but this does not matter in the long run. Also there is probably still a lot of doubt in the market based on past unfulfilled promises made by this company, but this will also diminish over time if they can continue to land projects.
Good morning as well from a long term bag holder. The question of the hour is whether the bag is a used barf bag or a bag of gold. Yesterday about now, I must admit Integral had some woofing their cookies, but then surprise! I know lots are playing this stock short term, but I since I think that Integral is a bag of gold, I am holding my shares because I think this company is on its way to being a cash-flow positive and then on to one of the big boards. But then again, I am also planning on writing a book - How Not To Do It, or maybe, I Should Have Bought Apple Instead Of Integral Technologies. Edgar
Good mornings to all the new bag holders.
sold out at the top, waiting for .05 to rebuy
These penny multi day runners are as hot as they've ever been. Junk like this will run until Friday close maybe even next week. I've been burned on taking profits too early the last 3 or 4 trades like this. Going to hold and trust dumb money in this market
Give it a few hours. People will be all over this today.
the only downfall of this stock that i can see today is that its not being talked about on here
already bid/ask at .10 lets make some money today!!
Auto supply chains are complex, and to the point of a previous poster, if they machine solid parts, that's what the buyer cares about. The buyer doesn't care what their stock price is or if they're a publicly traded company for that matter. I very much doubt those people making wild claims about the supply chain have any real industry knowledge.
Betababe, not sure what point you are trying to make with Ford supplying parts to Jaguar? Do you think that means that Ford supplies ALL the parts for Jaguar? Not the case. The article you posted is from 2008 to begin with, and Ford does not even make their own parts, they buy from Tier 1 suppliers like Dephi, Visteon, Magna, etc, anyone of which could be supplying this connector, so not sure how this relates. And the Jaguar's supply chain has probably changed dramatically in the 10 years that Tata has owned Jag. So could you please explain how your post relates to this deal>
Umm someone needs to tell the pumpers Jaguar has a deal with Ford as parts supplier.
http://www.caranddriver.com/news/tata-buys-jaguar-and-land-rover-from-ford-car-news
""Ford Still Major Supplier
As expected, the deal calls for Ford to continue to supply Jaguar and Land Rover with technologies, powertrains, stampings, components, engineering, continued research and development, and other support services for differing periods of time.""
Pretty funny. The market makers had their way with the day traders today. Hundreds of thousands of the shares they purchased over the last month for 3-4 and 5 cents, they sold to the day traders today for over 8 cents. There`s a reason they call them MARKET MAKERS!!
No 8K, no material event. It`s just that simple.
Audi? Jaguar? Like either one would risk their production line, their supply chain, and their reputation on a 15 year old "replacement" product from a company with less than $100,000 total current assets and whose stock is selling for 3 cents a share.
See you back below 5 cents within a week.
Thin
Santa Clause and the Tooth Fairy are real too LOL
That building is pretty legit! Wish they'd announce company name but this is pretty good PR
Not only are thy real but they have been in business for 20+ years. They are also working with Delphi Automotive so IMO we will see more news coming. This deal is with a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer. I'm willing to guess that more deals will soon follow.
LOL you're funny. It's real dude. Sorry you missed it. Move along...
I think you mean 40..
ITKG will get to the 4 cents in two days and you will hate yourself for thinking its fake news .. just watch
You mean Tim Sykes the bag holder
I love my haters shorting $ITKG at .70-.72, now .79 and climbing, you'll hate me even more when they announce the actual contract soon :)

ElectriPlast’s extensive patent library has earned them recognition as “One of the 50 Best & Brightest Companies” by MBD Capital and is one of the most extensive intellectual property libraries in the conductive plastics space.
ElectriPlast has been constantly innovating since filing its first patent application in December of 2002 for engineering a highly conductive plastic for antenna applications.
Holdings include patents covering ElectriplastTM, a line of non-corrosive, electrically-conductive resin-based materials, as well as patents specific to applications and components manufactured from electrically conductive resins.
Here is a link to the list of their current patents:
