Commentary from another source hitting the nail on the head!

The last "on time" SEC report was for the quarter that ended on March 31, 2017.. yes, over 2 years ago.

The June 30, 2017 10-K filing was filed 12 months late.
The September 30, 2017 10-Q filing was filed 11 months late.
The December 31, 2017 10-Q filing was filed 9 months late.
The March 31,2018 10-Q filing was filed 8 months late.
The June 30, 2018 10-K remains delinquent.
The September 30, 2018 10-Q also remains delinquent.
The December 31, 2018 10-Q also remains delinquent.
The March 31, 2019 10-Q also remains delinquent.

TWO YEARS, Mr.. CEO!!! TWO YEARS, Mr. TREASURER!!! How`s that for a measurable result!! And it`s all available in public records at sec.gov.

What`s the problem??? Could it be that the information required to be filed in the SEC (legal) documents simply does not support the claims being made in conference calls and press releases? Let the blame game begin......but INFORMED investors know where the real problem is.

The SEC had the following request for Doug. It has gone unfulfilled as ITKG has become delinquent with its SEC filings. Answers a lot of questions!!!!

You disclose here and in your Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2015 the receipt of the “largest . . . order in the Company’s history.” You also disclose “during this fiscal quarter, the Company began manufacturing production quantities for delivery . . . during the second fiscal quarter.” Please revise future filings to discuss the amount produced and delivered during the quarter to satisfy the order to which you refer and how such amount affected your results of operation. Please also discuss how much of the order remains to be fulfilled.

I've been around for a long while.

Years ago I called HQ and told them who I was...mistake.

Just days after I called one of the pumpers here got my info from HQ and attacked me here.

That made ITKG's tactics clear to me.

“The very near future” came and went a long time ago! What’s the latest on the delinquent SEC filings?

Smart investors, especially when it comes to penny stocks, will ride free shares.


Let's say some here bought NGTF at half the price it's at now...that means they're up 100%.

Investing long term in penny stocks is rsiky at best...here's how to get around that.

If you're up 100%, then sell half of your NGTF shares and take your principle off the table...that way you take the risk out of the equation.

Then ride the free shares long term as you have nothing to lose.

If NGTF does well you can still make a nice profit from your free shares...if NGTF fails you've lost NOTHING if you've taken your original principle off the table.

A wise investor said..."I would rather miss a chance at profit than lose my principle."

If you're up 100% then sell half of your shares...then you can have your cake and eat it too.

Thanks for the update. OTC Markets still has ITKG under a stop sign due to delinquent SEC filings. I understand ITKG has an issue with Finra that can’t be resolved with ITKG being delinquent!

An informative post from another board!

From the PolyOne License Agreement:

"6.2.2 No Minimum Amounts. PolyOne shall have no obligation to pay any minimum amount of Royalty Fees during the Term or for any portion thereof."

An important factor considering PolyOne`s place in the supply chain. They need a customer to produce the "demand". Without that customer, there is no demand. Without demand, there will be no manufacturing. Without manufacturing, there will be no Royalty Fees. Without Royalty Fees, there will be no revenue for Integral.

It`s as simple as that. No guarantees!! We are a week away from the first anniversary of the PolyOne contract and have yet to see (thank you Doug) any reported revenue. Occam`s razor would suggest the simplest explanation is the most likely.

Does anyone really believe that there is so much revenue that Integral`s CFO(s) have not been able to keep up? Ha, ha, ha.

Years ago I owned some ITKG shares...I called their HQ to chat with them.

I made the mistake of giving them my personal info over the phone.

Within a day or two one of the pumpers on this board posted my personal info and smeared me.

The only people that had my info were the people at ITKG HQ.

It was either the company or one of their promoters that did this.

Is this the way a legit company operates? I don't think so.

Good to see they are getting much closer to getting all caught up, thanks for pointing that out in more detail Sputnik. Takes some time to get them done I was told by IR at Integral. So with that I did my own research asking elsewhere. I found that this is true, it takes a long time for just regular filings to be prepared. So with backlog they had I can see its going to take some time to become fully caught up. After what I learned the pace they are moving is actually pretty good.

Just checked OTC Markets still has ITKG under a STOP sign! Delinquent SEC filings! Two filings, a 10K and a 10 Q are delinquent. Another 10Q is due to be filed. If not filed by Feb. 15 it also becomes delinquent.
