Volume has slowed down...hence the large spread. Once volume picks up next week (which I believe it will)...the spread will tighten as we blow past the $.01's...and the other MM's will increase their bid support...

a few days ago...the only bid support on this stock was 4 MM's at $.001...now look at the bid support. This will only get better IMO.

Put INGA on watch for the next few trading sessions. I have received word (from the same source that alerted us to CHAT and EPMO) that INGA is in reverse takeover negotiations with a new suitor. With an O/S under 10 million, INGA has all of the makings of a monster runner. This is of course a speculative play (high risk/high reward) and should be treated as such. GLTA

Business Summary

Integra, Inc. provides employee assistance programs (EAP) and managed behavioral healthcare (MBH) services through full and shared risk arrangements with employers, health plans, and managed care organizations on a capitated per employee or per member per month basis. Integra provides MBH services in four categories: Utilization Review/Case Management and Non-Risk Based Network Services, Risk-Based Network Services, EAP Only, and Integrated MBH programs/EAP. As part of its Utilization Review/Case Management/Non-Risk-Based Network Services, Integra provides selecting, credentialing, and managing a network of providers, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and hospitals; and performing utilization review, claims administration, and care management functions. As part of its Risk-Based Network Services, the company assumes all or a portion of the responsibility for the cost of providing behavioral healthcare treatment services. Under its EAPs, Integra's network providers or other affiliated clinicians provide assessment and referral services to employee beneficiaries and their dependents. These services consist of evaluating a patient's needs, and if indicated, providing counseling and/or identifying an appropriate provider, treatment facility, or other resource for more intensive treatment services.
