Mr. Bartole has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation since November 2012; prior thereto, Mr. Bartole was the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vero Energy Inc., a public oil and gas company, from September 2005 to November 2012. Mr. Bartole was also previously Vice President, Operations of True Energy Trust and held management and engineering roles at Husky Energy Inc., Renaissance Energy Ltd. and PanCanadian Petroleum Ltd. He was also a director of Invicta Energy and other private corporations. Mr. Bartole is a member of APEGA, the Institute of Corporate Directors and a prior governor of CAPP.
Mr. Dittmer has held the role of Chief Financial Officer at InPlay since October 2013. Prior thereto, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Energy Inc. from September 2008 until the sale of all of its assets in July 2013. Prior thereto, Mr. Dittmer was the Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Cadence Energy Inc. and prior Controller of Kereco Energy Ltd., Ketch Resources Ltd. and Upton Resources Inc.
Mr. Reese has been the Vice President, Business Development at InPlay, since November 2012. He was the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Invicta Energy Corp. and formerly was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cipher Energy Inc. Prior thereto, Mr. Reese was the Vice President, Exploration at True Energy Trust and held various prospect generation and management roles at CS Resources Limited and Gulf Canada Resources Ltd.
Mr. Yakiwchuk is a Professional Geologist and has been the Vice President, Exploration at InPlay since November 2012. Prior thereto, Kevin was the Vice President, Exploration at Vero Energy Inc., a public oil and gas company, from September 2005 to November 2012. Prior thereto, Mr. Yakiwchuk was the Vice President, Exploration at True Energy Trust, geologist at Crestar Energy Inc, Renaissance Energy Ltd. and Shell Canada.
Mr. Jensen has been the Vice President, Operations of InPlay since November 2012. Prior thereto, he was the Senior Vice President, Operations, Exploration and Development and prior Vice President, Engineering at Penn West Exploration Ltd. Prior thereto, Mr. Jensen held roles as reservoir engineer, exploitation engineer and drilling and completions engineer at PanCanadian Petroleum Ltd.
Mr. Cowie is the founding partner and President of JOG Capital Inc., a private equity investment management company, since 2002. Mr. Cowie currently sits on the board of a number of other private and public oil and gas companies within JOG Capital Inc.'s portfolio.
Mr. Golinowski has held the role of Managing Director of JOG Capital Inc., a private equity investment management company, since 2007; prior thereto, Mr. Golinowski was an Investment Banker with RBC Capital Markets from 2002 to 2005. Currently, Craig sits on the board of a number of other private and public oil and gas companies within JOG Capital Inc.'s portfolio.
Mr. Nerland is a Managing Partner of the law firm Shea Nerland LLP since 1990. Currently, Mr. Nerland is a director of Crew Energy Inc., CriticalControl Solutions Corp. and Granite Oil Corp. Previously a director of Baytex Energy Ltd., Boulder Energy Ltd., Invicta Energy Corp., Reliable Energy Ltd. and Savanna Energy Services Corp.
Mr. Nikiforuk has been the President of MyownCFO Professional Corporation since October 2011 and was President of MyownCFO Inc. from July 2009 to June 2012, both private companies. He was the Corporate Business Manager of 1173373 Alberta Ltd. (a private company) from July 2009 to July 2011 and the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Cadence Energy Inc. (formerly Kereco Energy Ltd.), a public oil and gas company, from January 2005 to March 2008. Currently the Chair of the Audit Committee of Whitecap Resources Ltd. and a board member of several other public and private companies.
Mr. Shwed has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Crew Energy Inc., a public oil and gas company, since June 2003; prior thereto, Mr. Shwed was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Baytex Energy Ltd., a public oil and gas company.
Mr. Yuzpe was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Sprott Resource Corp. in 2013. Prior to being appointed President and Chief Executive officer, Mr. Yuzpe served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sprott Resource Corp., is currently the chairman of One Earth Farms Corp. Mr. Yuzpe is also involved with Save the Children Canada, a charity focused on youth at risk and was previously the Treasurer, member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of Street Kids International for more than 10 years.
