I need it to hit $5 just to break even😂
9 cents, but little volume so far. Perhaps the future dilution for the BZWR merger is priced in now. I can't see how a lengthy merger process will help things. Pessimism may grow for a while longer. After that, we may get news about how the newly combined companies are progressing.
not its not, let these dopes sell off whatever they want, the stock will recover strongly.
IPSI has traded lower lately, possibly anticipating the future dilution from the BZWR merger. If it is not doing that yet, expect the share price to get below ten cents, in my opinion.
IPSI plans to give BZWR shareholders 45% of IPSI’s outstanding shares. I assume IPSI will not do a buyback to get shares, so they would have to issue new shares. If that is true, for each 55 IPSI shares now outstanding, they would need 45 new shares to convert BZWR shares. So, that’s about an 82% growth in outstanding shares. If an IPSI share is worth $0.20, that would cut it back to around $0.12 or so.
Today seems like pretty constructive trading actually. Nice absorption of shares.
How much dilution? I have a very small position and I haven’t done deep research.
Dilution may occur from BZWR merger so RS may be in the near future. Maybe 1 for 100? That might get it to $5 a share after the merger.
Let’s do an RS! lol
The merger with BZWR didn’t tank the share price yet. IPSI may have made a good move if they can handle the debt that remains after closing. BZWR management are experts at structuring debt— just my opinion.
news... should be a good day today... Float 11,023,122
Volume is on the way up. Buyers are starting to appear.
yes it is, dont sell your shares, just HANG TIGHT, we're close
Is something about to happen? Share price is rising, but volume is low.
patience they are deep into testing the technology. It would be nice if they got results that can be shared, theyre not good at updating investors.
The price has now come back to where all of this started after the reverse split, but this time its the time for the company to execute on long awaited plans. Stand by, at this point I would be a buyer on any pullback, otherwise hold.
not much longer, maintain patience, at this point I believe we have seen our low and expect we should be back in the .20s in short order.
as I just messaged a moment ago, be patient, I dont believe we have long to go and make sure you have picked up what you can down here, Also the BZWR potential acquisition looks interesting for revenue generation
patience required here, if yu dont have your shares yet make sure and get them now, anything under 20 cents is a steal but I would bid sit around 12 - 14 cents and let the seller come to you.
The way they keep pivoting, I don’t see revenues coming in the next 5-10 years
they are dependent on their joint venture for revenues and the JV Partners OpenPath and eFinnity plus another company Ionia are in the beta testing with customer now - you can contact OpenPath if you want, or even IPSI takes calls from Investors. We latch on to the work being done by the JV specifically for the betting/gaming industry.
What do you think about revenues? Does IPSI have products/services ready for immediate release?
yes, and it will be on time as always. lets look for any nuggets.
Personally I am buying every share I can down at this price, others should be doing as well. Once the seller is gone this will lift back up.
you're a bit behind the eight ball, we are not doing anything right now with kiosks or sending money with ipsipay, but focusing on account to account transfers, normal credit card transactions (both within high risk - betting and entertainment and gaming), and this latest acquisition 8-k announcement in lending. You have some catching up to do.
Been waiting on revenue for 2 years…
Picked up 15K @.17 last few days, this is cheap remember that PP investors and lenders are getting .345/share plus equal warrants, which is equivalent to .1725/share on open market, but with more risk. This is a steal, mark it.
IPSI to acquire BZWR in stock transaction
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=17306841&guid=Bcd-kq5omGj4B3h
According to filings, BZWR is doing 4.5 Million revenues per year avg up to last filed quarter and they are late with their 10-K and ensuring 10-Q, obviously IPSI wouldnt be interested unless they were sure they could afford and achieve profitability. This will be a nice addition to their existing Fintech initiatives. And it mentions "Company’s IPSIPay ExpressTM products (Instant-Settlement in RealTime™) and potentially other product offering, wonder what that could be ? And it mentions "to provide traditional credit card processing services initially focused on the fast-growing online gaming and entertainment sector" so they are going after the traditional processing in addition to Instant Settlement. Lot more than meets the eye.
Continued financing includes the .345/share offers that they have had out there for a while.
this is taking longer than anyone would have dreamed and some might argue that it wont happen and I respect that completely. In any case, anywhere around the 20 cent +/- range is a strong buy in my opinion.
Patience is required here. I sincerely believe we'll see great things sooner than later.
Its coming, I picked up another 7K shares today, you should too (as appropriate to your situation and finances and risk tolerances). Stock is cheap.
Where’s the revenue? It’s been like 2 years..
IPSI is a great price right here at ~22 cents, take it or leave it.
buckle up, get ready to take some profits on any explosive moves for which we have patiently waited. Continuing to buy in the mid-.20s or below.
you're going to die, literally die when you see the revenues come out. Mark this post.
Revenue is gonna come out like last time…0…
Patiently waiting for an announcement on revenues or the setup for revenues. Meanwhile the share price is steady. I would love to buy at this price, but IPSI (as many pennies) has a tendency to just tank out of nowhere and I'd rather buy at a significant discount rather than what I'd call retail as of today, so if I dont get the opportunity then fine I got more than my share of shares, either way I'll take it.
we're continuing on the right track, Im expecting this to be my greatest trade ever starting years ago but going forward about 2+ years, we'll see, I think it will become clear as revenues start. In general people have no idea what is about to happen here.
I believe our bottom is now in, say around .25, if you can get shares under that price then buy every last share you can. This wont be anywhere near this price in the next few months, and I dont mean lower.
patience all, this will explode at the proper time, and that time is coming soon I am very confident. buy what you can while the chance is here, volume is very low, it appears that any selling is done but I cant say that for sure
listen its not easy, I have done exceptionally well on this one, but I always sell some too early at lower prices and dont sell enough at higher prices, every time. But you dont need to be perfect to do well, just do something. In this particular case, I am contemplating not selling anything until it hits a buck, but we'll see.
I’m just terrible at pennys I rode giggles up thousands and never sold lol
oh you bought at much higher prices. I have traded it for years and am up significantly with all free shares. I recommend buying at these levels, heavily, you'll make back some or all of your losses.
You’ll do well. Really really well
No more Pennie’s after I sell this at end of year…
continuing to accumulate everything I can at 20 cents. Read the press releases, its all laid out. Appears that they need one more tranche by end of month and then game on.
