No communication with shareholders is unbelievable. Ehrlich is an absolute disgrace.
Lol. You win. Dumbest poster on this board.
Sure is a lot of views for a "dead company". 😁
How can this be?
Another IPIX board has had over 4000 views today and no posts since 4-19-2024!
I hope they're all long and strong holders who will not settle for peanuts.
This is a message board for discussion of Ipix for the good and bad and between. Social media activity on Ipix is a interesting subject. On a Ipix message board are 6 persons who "volunteer" and "moderate" discussion. For me for a long time it is interesting than 4 of these 6 say Ipix is nothing and is dead and is not worth talking about. Many times every day. Of course it is not logic. See smoke and sure there is fire.
The Brilacidin science and patent library continues to grow. I continue and look for how to buy more in a silly price.
2nd quarter is almost 1/2 over and not a word from bmed or Leo! No idea if it’s still on track to be approved! Hell we don’t even know if Leo has kept the partnership together or defaulted on it somehow! Do you have any info?
Yes. Ipix will continue and sleep until after BeaMed asks USA FDA to approve the new laser system. That will occur next month.
Sure is a lot of chatter for a "dead company". Hmmmm.
Carry on fellas. 😉
From your lips to God’s ears.
Pumper… you have no idea what is happening, you think posting that crsp is going to bring Leo your hero out of the hole? That dude is long gone…
Come on this POS is dead…
Mack G, IPIX has already eaten your lunch! And there ain't nothin' left for dinner.
PJ, no Experts are buying this POS only FOOLS!
per Schwab:
""Starting on May 28, 2024, the settlement period for most securities traded on U.S. exchanges or over the counter will shorten from two business days (T+2) to one business day (T+1)."
Without any trading that's not gonna matter much.
Is this correct? No volume for today? This is very un-R**N-like.
I don'ts care what you all do, I'm not selling till 60 cents a share.
(Lame joke)
So true, 007...history repeating itself? Although way back when, the CEO was still visible unlike the Missing Link.

Not many can see the simple logic!!!!!
Are these investors still here?
So true. Simple logic.
I see the last trade of 3552 shares for a grand total of $1.42. Was it worth the squeeze Bahaha
JT, you never gave me the address to your car wash....I'd love to bring you some business.....
Angus I agree with you totally. Not a nice person.
The cabal of IPIX dissidents have their orders. By any means necessary, this company must be destroyed! If this tiger gets out of its cage, it will eat us for lunch.
A little hyperbole, but you get the message.
Some experts are still buying....they must know that a company cannot go out of business while it owns 40% of another company that is getting ready to take off!!!!!!
Too bad that due to Ehrlich's decimation of his one-man act, you can't buy more shares. You would have lost even more money in your IPIX portfoolio.
Many of my posts have disappeared recently. I think the old Submarine saying Leo is using, " Run Silent Run Deep is giving them the Runs.
Correct. Only the brain dead would waste their time if they believed that IPIX was worthless. Their work continues unabated day after day because they know better.
Noticed that 007 has retreated? Lots of potential crap came from that mouth. Where is is now? Idiot!!!
"For a security to become worthless, it not only needs to have no value, but it needs to have no potential to regain value."
That's a fine theory regarding value but if you hope to recognize value in the price of the stock you need buyers and even those who are willing to buy have been met at the door of their brokerages by a sign saying "no buy orders accepted".
How do you propose that the Company will overcome that problem?
“It could happen”.
I can almost hear Judy Tenuta’s voice using that phrase from her stand up routine.
"potential to regain value".
The amount of daily posting here on both sides of the isle proves this out.
For a security to become worthless, it not only needs to have no value, but it needs to have no potential to regain value. These recent radical fluctuations on very low volume to me are meaningless with IPIX currently on the Expert market. Brilacidin and BeaMed have the potential to regain great value, and it could happen literally over night.
Delusions from elsewhere:
IPIX is not current in filing financials on schedule and are now traded on the “Expert Market” where the MMs are supposed to only take unsolicited orders with limited quotation information to retail buyers. IMO, this is the classic “Fox guarding the chicken coop”. The MMs didn't waste any time further crushing SP down from .0177 to .0045 in a couple of days. This will continue until IPIX updates their current financials.
It sure does feel like the end is near.
Oh well, life can be pretty unfair and crappy.
.0004, down almost 81 percent. Could it be game over soon for Lost Cause Leo?
Looks like Ehrlich's descent into oblivion has deprived you of getting more shares of this gem.
It was 100% correct when it was written. This message, which appears in the IPIX trading session now when a buy order is attempted, did NOT appear when I said they would take your order:
Sounds like you've been saved from even more stupendously stupid "investing" decisions.
It seems your patron saint, St. Joseph of Cupertino, has been looking out for you.
Just be grateful.
That's the first reasonable forward path I have heard for Bri in quite some time. Thanks for mentioning it.
Your information about Schwab is not correct.
“Your last appearance had you asking…”
What a yenta. Sheesh!
Understandable why you would have the blahs if you are invested in this mess. At least you recognize your bad choice.
Bril+Caspofungin to form a super antifungal under a brand new patent.
Actually, Merck's patent expired in 2017, and there are 3 generics.
Caspofungin (brand name Cancidas) is a lipopeptide antifungal drug from Merck & Co., Inc."
Remdesivir is owned by Gilead .
Both drugs work great with Brilacidin.
Hoping that Leo is forming a biding war between the 2 Big pharma companies.
Hey! Long time no see. Your last appearance had you asking "Is trading halted?" on a day that 125million shares were traded. People with IPIX shares at the close of trading that day held them at $.0892, about 42 times what they go for today.
Don't be such a stranger!
Blah Blah Blah Blah…

Innovation Pharmaceuticals Inc. (IPIX)
$IPIX NEWS - http://ipharminc.com/press-release
SEC Filings https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=Innovation+Pharmaceutical&owner=exclude&action=getcompany
From the most recent 10-K:
There are doubts about our ability to continue as a going concern.
We have generated revenue of $0 and $18,000 for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively and have an accumulated deficit of $125.3 million through June 30, 2023. These factors raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.
We need to raise substantial additional capital in the future to fund our operations and we may be unable to raise such funds when needed and on acceptable terms, which could prevent us from fully implementing our business, operating and development plans.
We currently have an approximate $1.0 million cash balance as of the date of this filing, but that is insufficient to complete the development and commercialization of any of our proposed products. We expect to incur costs of approximately $1.8 million in the upcoming fiscal year ending June 30, 2024 to operate our business in accordance with our business plans and budgets.
We have limited experience in drug and formulation development, the conduct of clinical trials, and may not be able to successfully develop any drugs.
Development of pharmaceutical products is a risky and time-consuming process subject to a number of factors, many of which are outside of our control. We are subject to regulatory authority permissions and approvals, most importantly the FDA. Our drug candidate(s)/indications are at early and mid-stages of development. Consequently, we can provide no assurance of the successful and timely development of new drugs, and the failure to do so could cause us to cease operations.
We may elect to deregister our common stock under the Exchange Act and suspend our reporting obligations. Such deregistration and suspension would result in less disclosure about us and may negatively affect the liquidity and trading prices of our common stock.
