Too bad you flipped your shares and now you either pay up or keep being a dumass and hope it goes back to the 005's.
We'll soon see. Going to be interesting
But can people buy it? I think that is the bigger issue !
No change on E-trade platform, 4.95 per trade as usual to sell. New platform notice- "By placing this order, you attest that you are not an Affiliate, Insider, or Control Person of the issuer and that the order is self-directed and unsolicited."
Going to be an interesting day. Is what it is since Leo still hasn't filed. Buying may be limited but don't know.
"but you regret it later."
Depends.
Not me. I listened to the words of wisdom of olden_grumpini:
"People should investigate how their trading platform will handle trading in IPIX shares if they are restricted to the Expert Market."
For less than 10 bucks I'm gonna find out just how Schwab does "Expert Market". I'll bet it turns out to be a helluva lot easier than asking them would have been. In terms of a use of my time and aggravation cost the investment is almost certain to have been cheaper.
Besides, the BeaMed ownership alone should guarantee me a double if Charlie S can find me a buyer :o)
Bet you regret your impulse purchase now, eh?
Let this be a lesson to you - buying IPIX shares is like wetting your own trousers - it gives you a nice warm feeling at the time, but you regret it later.
And here it is. Now what?

We need some much bigger volume to go with the increase in price! Then we’ll maybe have something to get excited about! Let’s go
You’re probably not familiar with the expert market, huh?
FOMO is real!!!
Don't miss out! I made eighteen and a half cents on my holding in just 4 hours today. I should be able to book that if I can find an accredited investor to sell all 100 shares to tomorrow. Or if I was to see the same results every day for a month and a half I'd be able to cover today's commission. That would require better than a triple of today's share price, but you know what Judy Tenuta used to say about the most unlikely of possibilities....
LMAO. So exciting.
"She wants to blow! Let’s go"
I did not expect this kind of a close today. No idea what it means but it's kind of exciting.
My half penny's are a beautiful thing.
I could resist no longer. Couldn't stand to see you guys having all the fun.
IPIX Filled Buy 100 Limit $0.02 Day $0.01585 11:55 AM 04/16/2024 11:55 AM 04/16/2024 0.0152 0.0162 0.0158
My only regret is the $6.95 that Schwab nicked me for an OTC company trade.
But will I be able to sell tomorrow?
"Although I wish it were true this report appears to be bogus."
Bogus is too kind:
"and Innovation Pharmaceuticals Inc. reporting revenue in the millions"
B is a flop but regardless of whether you believe it will be successful or not, it will never benefit IPIX.
This garbage is finally ready to be hauled away for good. Wonder how many true believers will be left after Ehrlich's latest debacle?
I haven't figured that out, or I would.
I don't have Twitter either but you can still read the article by Googling this ;
Twitter What is going on in the OTC and why are there so many mergers being announced
BTW if in fact there are any "potential investors"
and now that's Rich, that the OTC has actual investors!? If Ipix goes to the Expert Market, the shares can be traded by retail through the platform, Trade Station.
You know what else is Rich? When a poster posts incessantly in a OTC company's chat room, but claims he doesn't care to read anything about the OTC.
What a fake/phony!
Last day to sell shares before the expert market turns this shell totally illiquid.
I know it is almost a cliché, but if B works on mold and mildew, etc., wouldn't some of the BPs just swoop in and by the whole company, or at least what they can, for almost nothing. I think there are very few secrets in BP, they get all the info and all the articles shot to their boxes every morning. They are pros. The silence speaks volumes, sad to say. I know fungal infections are huge, I just worry that B may not be that effective.
BP will certainly not allow a cure for cancer.
How is it possible that Brilacidin is suddenly being tested for any type of cancer? Although I wish it were true this report appears to be bogus.
I wonder what Bill DeGrado thinks about IPIX screwing up his wonder drug? Maybe he could be your next CEO.
It's possible that brilacidin has already destroyed the Ehrlich fungas!!!!!!
Ehrlich is like an out-of-control fungal disease. Any articles on whether B can get rid of him?
I'm not on twitter.....can you post it???
Are you saying that you need PJ's help to post a link? That's rich.
He still hasn't.
I have no interest in your OTC chatter. At this point IPIX is barely on the OTC anyway.
Can you tell us what will happen after tomorrow? Will any new investors be able to buy shares or will existing holders be forced to swap shares amongst themselves at unquoted prices? That's the way it looks to me. Have you asked your broker?
"Yes, Last Day of Grace Period: 04/16/2024"
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/IPIX/quote
Okay Professor Braniac.
How about trying this, and keep in mind I know you want a eazy peazy link to click on which is why I asked PJ to help.
So folks a great read can be found when you GOOGLE,,,,,
twitter What is going on in the OTC and why are there so many mergers being announced
Is this the week IPIX realizes expert status? As Barry Silbert (gbtc) liked to say, Big Week.
I goigled "Twitter #OTCSET" and I got nothing that made sense:
https://www.google.com/search?q=%22Twitter+%23OTCSET%22&sca_esv=e61ceee022fb5976&sxsrf=ACQVn0_pxNRFYokrwGDSestcZESgpyAVXw%3A1713144994822&source=hp&ei=ooQcZpz0L_WoptQPm8Cp6As&iflsig=ANes7DEAAAAAZhySsiog1tlmKbX_Lsg3yczAzm0xZfHd&ved=0ahUKEwiczfO2isOFAxV1lIkEHRtgCr0Q4dUDCBc&uact=5&oq=%22Twitter+%23OTCSET%22&gs_lp=Egdnd3Mtd2l6IhEiVHdpdHRlciAjT1RDU0VUIjIFECEYoAEyBRAhGKABSKUNUABYAHAAeACQAQCYAU-gAU-qAQExuAEDyAEA-AEC-AEBmAIBoAJgmAMAkgcBMaAHxgE&sclient=gws-wiz
I wasn't surprised.
Truer than ever:
When penny stock CEO self-enrichment schemes like IPIX fall below 2 cents and begin their inevitable (although often punctuated by brief spikes) decline to the trips, it becomes clearer who among their followers are sheep who have been woefully misled and misdirected by the said CEO, and who are the wolves in sheep's clothing who have actively connived with the CEO to transfer his marks' money to their own pockets while pretending to be among those very marks.
While I already have a pretty good idea who on social media - especially iHub - falls into each camp, it will be fascinating to get a more forensic feel for this over the coming months.
Fungal Infections impacting more than a billion people world wide. Don't count on IPIX as a corpse just yet.

PJ can you goigle "Twitter #OTCSET" and provide the board a link to the X Chart Diligence tweet. It's a great read and it very well may apply to our poor little Ipix company.
Thanks!
PS Hey LR please feel free to weigh in after you read this take on the OTC.
Correction; Paid know it all.
"I know you are proud in your admission of ignorance about this purported biotech, but I would have thought you could at least have made a small effort to find out some specifics about the stock whose supporters you defend so vociferously."
The above is engagement baiting. Anyone willing to hook into it could go round and round with multiple people ad infinitum. I have no knowledge of the company that can't be found on Edgar or hasn't already been discussed on this board. I choose not to compensate by fabricating stories such as someone absconding with a swimming pool and is now sitting money side or something equally speculative.
If I should come into some new, valid, information that for some reason has not made it to the board I promise to engage with those interested.
Please talk about the Company a little bit. Is it thriving? Will there be revenues in the next filing? Will there be another filing?
Or I suppose you can continue to avail yourself of the rules that now support your ability to address your analyses of other posters, some of whom focus on the Company itself.
Just a little bit of on topic discussion. Please.
Anything to say about long running scam IPIX, which after all is the subject of this message board?
I know you are proud in your admission of ignorance about this purported biotech, but I would have thought you could at least have made a small effort to find out some specifics about the stock whose supporters you defend so vociferously.
Or perhaps they don’t pay you enough for anything except posting generic insults against posters bold enough to post facts about this sad vehicle for fleecing the greedy and gullible?
What are you saying?

Innovation Pharmaceuticals Inc. (IPIX)
$IPIX NEWS - http://ipharminc.com/press-release
SEC Filings https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=Innovation+Pharmaceutical&owner=exclude&action=getcompany
From the most recent 10-K:
There are doubts about our ability to continue as a going concern.
We have generated revenue of $0 and $18,000 for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively and have an accumulated deficit of $125.3 million through June 30, 2023. These factors raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.
We need to raise substantial additional capital in the future to fund our operations and we may be unable to raise such funds when needed and on acceptable terms, which could prevent us from fully implementing our business, operating and development plans.
We currently have an approximate $1.0 million cash balance as of the date of this filing, but that is insufficient to complete the development and commercialization of any of our proposed products. We expect to incur costs of approximately $1.8 million in the upcoming fiscal year ending June 30, 2024 to operate our business in accordance with our business plans and budgets.
We have limited experience in drug and formulation development, the conduct of clinical trials, and may not be able to successfully develop any drugs.
Development of pharmaceutical products is a risky and time-consuming process subject to a number of factors, many of which are outside of our control. We are subject to regulatory authority permissions and approvals, most importantly the FDA. Our drug candidate(s)/indications are at early and mid-stages of development. Consequently, we can provide no assurance of the successful and timely development of new drugs, and the failure to do so could cause us to cease operations.
We may elect to deregister our common stock under the Exchange Act and suspend our reporting obligations. Such deregistration and suspension would result in less disclosure about us and may negatively affect the liquidity and trading prices of our common stock.

IPIX CEO - "The Company historically devoted most of its efforts and resources on business development, regulatory matters, and clinical trials. Presently, the Company does not have sufficient financial resources to advance our drug candidates meaningfully." "In general, we expect to concentrate on product development and engage in a limited way in product discovery, avoiding the significant investment of time and financial resources that is generally required for a promising compound to be identified and brought into clinical trials."
