I am still holding hoping for the best! Let's see what the quarterlies say. At this stage in the economy if the doors are still open and no takes they will we can pray for a better 2014.
Hey, It's July 1,2013 and INHC is still in business (I think)
Anybody..Please post any Poop (navy term) on any progress for the quarter that ended. Will they be late again with the results??
Will they show bigger loses? Have they lost more contracts? Any merger or personnel changes or terminations?
Oh well....Have a happy july 4th and look for positive changes by the year end (JMHO)
This stock is a total waste of time and money, I just took a look at it again from about 6 months ago, cannot for the life of me see where its going, I dont think its a real company it has
Nothing to speak of . It is what it is
It may come back next year. If the DOD and DARPA approved their orders INHC may still be on the bidders list for future assignments. However the name INHC may change...JMHO
Heck I cant even dump my shares at .006 no buyers!!! its wallpaper now
Looks like this is a bust. Don't go down with the ship. If insiders are selling then don't let them step on your shares while they reach into your wallet.
Lol. I hear ya! Time to get this puppy hunting! :)
Well we shall see, I am just looking to see if MarketMan's original speculation of a P&D may be starting.
Plus, just because you are out, don't crap in my hopes ;)
Heavy.. i would hardly call $3,000 interest.
It could be someone taking a gamble.
"Snatching up shares" is a bit of an exageration.
Maybe they are looking to dump a bunch in the next day or so and wanted to bump the pps first.
Lots of potential reasons.. none of them all that interesting.
But the question is why the sudden interest! I don't care about the size. We went from dumping to silence and after 3 months we have people snatching up shares on the ask. Have to wonder why!!??
Less than $3,000 traded today. Not that significant. At this pps volume is volatile.
Interesting volume today! Any ideas why?
So what brings you here powerbattles?
WOW! Who is sold these shares today below the bid? at the current share price level and base on low o/s I think it's very good odd for gamble eom
It took me over 1 hours to read all the notes in the year end report.Their biggest problem will be cash flow to survive. some items also surfaced...Company 401K non payments noticed by IRS.
Slow accounts receivable.Vague about the total backlog.announced only one contract was cancelled ( I don't believe that ).
Like you it's too late for me to sell...so I'll ride it out. My previous experience with small firms with government DARPA contracts tells me to hold INHC and see what happens in 2014.
regards
Reluctantly I am still holding!
I am holding based on gut only. I think they were trying to correct some PR flaws and keep the MOMO but they did not succeed and with the Fiscal cliff and respective loss of contracts who knows where they will be in a year!! Right now I had so much invested and as it stands to date, lost so much, not worth selling I might as well throw the dice and ride it to zero.
I won't go on about my opinion overall, you can see me posts on what my gut is telling me.
GL
Are you still holding INHC? any update from the company?
NUMBERS ARE OUT AND THEY LOOK TERRIBLE (IMHO)
Not looking good here. Happy to have left this behind at .07
Good luck to those still here.
INHC advises SEC they cannot or will not release year end financials. april 2013
INHC advises SEC there will be a contract cancellation # N00173-08-C-2042 March 2013
stock at $.025 / share
Sent 2 emails to INHC with No response
Communications with these Yahoos is now at ZERO.
Sequestration is not going to help INHC survive. Here is the
outlook for all small government contractors.
http://www.federalnewsradio.com/1103/3237216/Military-worried-small-business-suppliers-will-disappear-during-sequestration
I don't know about encouragement but they have work but re in debt interest on the debts is not covered by the profits so the debts grow. Refinance of debts would help. Who knows what they are doing, dice roll! I am still holding am I a fool only time will tell.
HELLO...ANYONE HOME....IS THIS STOCK DEAD IN THE WATER?
IF PPS IS INDICATIVE OF THE STREETS SENTIMENT OF INHC, THEN IT LOOKS BAD...AND JUST BEFORE THE QUARTERLIES....WHAT A FREAKEN BUMMER......ANY ENCOURAGEMENT IN HOLDING THIS STOCK???
If you heard that, it didn't come from the co. This crew is tight,as they should be considering what they do. Until the sequestration problem is figured out, companies like INHC have their future in the hands of elected officials in Washington,D.C.who don't have a clue what is going on. Today we pulled an aircraft carrier out of the middle east to cut costs. Last quarter we spent the lowest amount on defense since after the end of WWII. Does that make anyone want to speculate on stocks that specialize in defense contracts? I am. But I'm not all there. There are good arguments both ways. Mar.1 is a very important date.
Where might you be getting your info. from my man?
It might make sense, they have a profitable operation but the interest on the debts are drowning them. A P&D and a little stock dilution may get there heads above water so that they can operate in the red.
I am not a fan of P&Ds but in this case I can't see many more options for Innolog!
Let's see what the quarterlies have in stall for us!!! Probably no better than all the others before it, growing debt and high hopes.
PUMP???? Like in Pump& Dump?????
Unless the PR blog contains meaningful and NEW positive information, Then in fact as seen in the past, it will only be another P&D Attempt.....May be a opportunity to unload this PIG??
Heard that INHC might be an up and coming pump. Will be getting my hands on some very soon just in case.
just a matter of time before the 200 goes...so let's say you were right just slightly off a smidgen!!!!
Correction to previous message
50 day moving average is falling, not the 200 day moving average
Curtail the Pontification to long term investors.
Tell us how many new investors bought stock at the Market price
Tell us how many new contracts have been awarded to INHC
Tell us something that we don't already know
All i see is INHC falling on the 200 day moving average
This does not look good.
I'm assuming in mid to late February 2013, we can expect a quarterly report. I hope the report will improve the bottom line and attract new investors
That article was rubbish, just like INHC...INHC is a straight up strong sell....then the R/S....weeeeeeeeeee....01.....imo, of course.
The article was sponsored by Innolog.
FYI.
I would have said BA and LMT too! Brilliant analysis! I wholeheartedly agree!!! Gov't likes small companies, no widening loss, HUGE jump in 3Q's of 400K in sales, not defeating purpose of being in business...Innolog is ON DA' RUN!!! Particularly liked the use of the word, "compelling." It makes Innolog...well, compelling!!! LONG AND STRONG!!! GO INNOLOG!
Quick, name a pair of military contractors. If you're like most investors, you'll say The Boeing Company (NYSE:BA) and Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE:LMT). That's because those two corporations are the biggest military contractors, working on the highest-profile projects. Namely, The Boeing Company supplies F-18 fighter jets and maintenance support to a couple of the U.S. military's branches, while Lockheed Martin is the developer of the multi-purpose F-35. It's a misnomer, however, to say weapons manufacturing is the United States' military's biggest expense - it's just the most prolific.
Reality: The biggest chunk of the United States' annual military budget is spent on operations and maintenance (aka 'logistics'). Enter Innolog Holdings Corporation (PINK:INHC).
Just for perspective, in 2010, the Department of Defense's budget totaled $683.7 billion. Of that, only $140 billion was spent on weapons and hardware... the kind that companies like Lockheed Martin and Boeing build. Even costlier to the nation's armed services is personnel (payroll). That required $154 billion, in 2010 anyway. The largest category of spending, though - and it leaves both personnel and procurements expenses in the dust - is operations and maintenance, or logistics. In 2010, the Department of Defense spent $283 billion on support services.
And, most of that $283 billion was directed not towards companies like LMT or BA, but to smaller, off-the-radar names like (you got it) Innolog Holdings. Indeed, the U.S. military specifically has a bias for hiring small companies.
Innolog Holdings Corporation - mostly through its primary subsidiary, Innovative Logistics Techniques, Inc. (INNOLOG) - is a "solutions oriented organization providing preeminent supply chain logistics and information technology solutions to clients in the public and private sectors." That's not necessarily the compelling part for investors, however. No, what's compelling to potential INHC shareholders is the way this little $1.0 million company is quietly adding military support contracts to its revenue stream, particularly over the past year.
Revenue has grown from $1.14 million in the fourth quarter of 2011 to $1.56 million in the third quarter of 2012. The raw numbers aren't huge, but the percentages are - the company has averaged (sequentially) a 16% increase in the top line since the last quarter of 2011. Shareholders can likely look forward to more of the same going forward as well, given the new contract Innolog was awarded in December to support the recap/rest operations for armored vehicles based at the Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, PA. Add it to a growing list of revenue bearing deals the company has made of late.
And, while the total revenue numbers may be small, bear in mind the company is too, with a mere $1.0 million market cap; all opportunities are relative.
What's even more compelling than that is the way the operating loss has been shrinking as sales have been climbing. For too many small companies, the loss widens as the top line grows, somewhat defeating the purpose of being in business at all. For Innolog Holdings Corporation shareholders though, there's a proverbial light at the end of the tunnel. While the company isn't likely to get in the black for Q4-2012 or early 2013, it's on the horizon, and that promise can often be enough to prod the stock upward in anticipation.
If only my pockets were as deep ;)
Heavy, that was heavy....lol.lol.hahahah
Not going to deny it! But I have too much invested and wold lose too much right now. Plus I suck at finding picks and getting in and out at the right time so I am better off with hope ;)
I hope this turns out for you. The market is pretty hot right now so I cant afford to have money tied into hope.
Also the paint jobs lately are another sign..
Better plays IMO.
SIOR.
BJCT.
Good luck.
I never sold a share! I was hoping for a big payday here but not seen any positive signs, so why have I not sold any yet???? Because I am fool and always hopeful!
No sir. After the last round of paid promotion I dont feel very good about the long term prospects here to be honest.
No new contract awarded (not sub-contracts), lots of debt and Dutchess.
3 strikes and Im out. :)
Was thinking the same thing, but then again...
...There is a reason why they call me rarelyright - all imo, of course.
Hey Junk, you waiting for a new 52 week high before you get back in?........1.3 million market cap doesn't seem to pumped up to me.
Now if it was at 35-40 million market cap and continued fluff PRs and promos i'd say yes its pumped up.Now at a 2.00 share price that would put INHC at a market cap of around 34 million and i can point to complete fraud company's with double triple or more than that.Enjoy the weekend Junk....rareF
Paid promo articles like this have become semi-frequent but the pps hasnt really responded.. the spread is a bit wide.
Could be a good flipping stock in the short term.
Government Subcontracting Still Means Profits for Small Caps and Small Businesses
The big business of government contracting is not just for the big boys like Lockheed Martin Corporation, The Boeing Company, Northrop Grumman Corporation, General Dynamics Corporation and Raytheon Company as there is plenty of room for small cap stocks like Innolog Holdings Corporation.
By Peter Graham
When you think of government contractors, you probably think of Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE: LMT), The Boeing Company (NYSE: BA), Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC), General Dynamics Corporation (NYSE: GD) and Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) because they usually occupy the top of any list of the biggest federal government contractors, but there is still plenty of business available through subcontracting from the big players (who act as the prime contractor) for small businesses or small cap stocks like Innolog Holdings Corporation (PINK: INHC).
Under a subcontracting arrangement, the subcontractor will be working under a prime contractor and not directly for the government. And while that means there is another middleman between the subcontractor and the prime contractor, it also means that the subcontractor can gradually ease into the government contracting business (e.g. learn all the rules, regulations and other procedures for deal with the government bureaucrats) and eventually become a prime contractor employing subcontractors.
Moreover, the government encourages subcontracting to small businesses and small caps as prime contractors are usually required to generate a market for smaller subcontractors in the name of helping small businesses. For example: A major prime contractor or even a subcontractor who receives a contract worth $500,000 (or $1 million for a construction project) are required to at least have plans or goals for subcontracting some of the work out to small businesses – especially small businesses owned by minorities or groups considered disadvantaged. And if the prime contractor fails to have an acceptable subcontracting plan in place that addresses these groups, it won't be awarded the contract.
For subcontractors though, the major benefit of subcontracting is that they are actually first in line when it comes to getting paid as prime contractors won’t get paid until they have shown proof that they have paid their subcontractors. Likewise, the procedures for dealing with a prime contractor, especially if there is a problem, are much easier than for dealing with the government as you might be able to resolve a problem quickly and with just an email or phone call if you deal with a prime contractor whereas the government will have lengthy rules and procedures that you must follow.
That brings me back to small cap Innolog Holdings Corporation. Back in December, Innolog Holdings Corporation announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Innovative Logistics Techniques, Inc. had received a subcontract award from PD Systems, Inc. to support the US Department of Army. That contract will last for up to two years and be based at the Letterkenny Army Depot out of Chambersburg, PA.
Under the contract, Innolog Holdings Corporation will provide support for labor, management, logistical and technical support services to the civilian and military workforce in the recap and reset operations on military armored vehicles along with military power generators with a specific focus in the areas of Heavy Equipment Mechanic and Electronics Technician Maintenance. Innolog Holdings Corporation also indicated that this initial contact is the first step in a long term strategic working relationship with PD Systems, Inc.
In other words, investors should think beyond large cap prime government contractors and consider taking a look at small cap government contractors like Innolog Holdings Corporation. After all, the government has plenty of money to spend and wants as much of it as possible to be spent on small businesses.
Buying was up and down.
I dont know what to make of this stock.
Big buy today no news! What do we think all?
