"Ingen has a strategic funding partner that has financed the initial phase of the wireless division, which should result in the final closure of the acquisition along with, inheriting revenues that are being generated through the funding. The funding partner has agreed to fund up to $2.5 million to produce new telecom routes in order to expand and increase profitability for Ingen. The most current reports indicate that profits are now being generated, and the annual filing ending May 31, 2014 will include the new revenues and profits to be reported."
Ramping up a bit now. 2 weeks, 35 million shares.

Glad someone gets it
mythical Yes but don't you know? - INGEN has an AWESOME product!
lol
There's a lot of inane posts in the penny world for sure, but this one.... Odds of rolling a seven are 1 in 6. Makes me wonder if Dad has any shoes at all. LOL!
Difficult is an understatement
look how long those things have been on Amazon and ebay. All the supposed distributors. Couple grand in sales over a period of years? they had actual marketing back in the day. Infomercials and advertisements. Now when a distributor looks up the manufacturer of Oxyview, once he clicks past the eyeglass company, he finds Sand's mugshot.
I still crack up thinking about the "robbery" when the 2 guys in the pimped out Caddy "robbed" Sand at gunpoint of Cash at IGNT HQ. That was classic!
Gleckman-- he wasn't happy with Sand when this all went down. Claimed he didn't take delivery. One wonders if the canoodles even existed at all. Remember Campbell was the manufacturer and he was on the BOD for a while. RC manufacturing.
Thanks for the input fellas. The thing most of us who "play" penny stocks is its all VERY volatile. Just like I told the tax lady yesterday, it's just like gambling. You throw the dice and hope to get a 7. 19 times out of 20 you don't. I'm trying to roll that 7. Well it happen? Probably not, but if this is the 1 of 20 dad's getting a new pair of shoes.
-D-
I never disagree with your insights so thanks for expanding on my post.
I wonder if Mr Gleckman still has boxes and boxes of Canoodles stored in his garage?
Obviously - in spite of it all - the beat goes on. Also is obvious that it's a much more difficult "sell" than before. Agree?
Two exceptions to Safe harbor
penny stocks have NO safe harbor. Penny stock CEO's, tending to be uneducated, lowlife, bottom feeders ether can't comprehend this or feign ignorance of this rule
The other exception is stocks lose safe harbor protection after an SEC enforcement action.
Does that mean anything here? Heck no--pennystocks are a license to steal. This last record revenue for the Telecom division is the second time they played that game. The first time, the "merger" had not even been completed yet but ATMC was Ingen's "telecom division"
As for the Oxyviews, those things are 5 or 6 years old by now, stored in a garage during Sand's "vacation" at Taft. There's got to be a shelf life limitation on those things.
dswitz Study the definition of SAFE HARBOR.
A legal provision to reduce or eliminate liability as long as good faith is demonstrated. Safe harbor provisions protect mangement from liability for making financial projections and forecasts made in good faith.
Hence, "only news based on what we ANTICIPATE doing" [caps mine]
Unfortunately for Ingen, SAFE HARBOR does NOT extend to FBI Sting Operations. Their largest shareholder can attest to that fact.
Thanks for sharing. I still believe in this company and will keep averaging down and holding for a long time. Good luck!
Email to/from Ingen COO Gary Tilden:
Me:
Hello,
I'm an IGNT share holder and I have a question. You have recently come out with news on working to move to the OTCQB or AMEX, moving $1.8M in medical inventory, and business expansions. Since then you have been pretty well silent. After the different news releases a huge volume of shares were sold at the bid. That coupled with the relative silence as far as updates to the very good news releases makes me a little nervous that those might have been hollow releases in an attempt to sell company shares. I hope this is not the case as the reason I invested in IGNT is because your business looks to be setting up to do very well. Getting to my question, Finally. Are there any business updates as of now or coming soon?
I guess I'm just trying to stay as updated as possible on my investment.
Thanks,
Dan
Gary:
Dan,
Thanks for your questions.
We continue to work on moving to AMEX or OTCQB but found we have to clean up some various issues with our CPA prior to commencing with this possible move. I can’t be specific but let’s just say that once we do this we will be in the driver’s seat when it comes to those negotiations.
Our source for purchasing the medical is still a possibility but not certain. If and when something happens with this we will put something out in the news.
We have not put out “hollow” news, only news based on what we anticipate doing. Unfortunately, things change on the ground, as you go and we have to adapt and go with what is right for Ingen and the shareholders.
There is a new press release today that gives more information about the telecom and how that is progressing. We are moving forward on many fronts and will keep putting out news as things move forward.
Take care.
Regards,
Gary Tilden - Chairman & COO
SMF COPD is serious and I do not mean to disparage that. However,
Ingen has been milking COPD for years and got away with it[except of course for Sand's extended Florida vacation.]
Time to move on then to another field rife with SCAMS - telecommunications!
Awesome product? "Ingen is talking with various companies interested in buying it's medical division of proprietary repiratory products."
Awesome product? Hold that thought and good luck.
Canoodles are AWESOME! Too funny.
All of that and the POS went up .0001? LMAO
Did you notice the 5M buy on ASK towards close?
Hey Firebird have been there and done that. You will also see what a turkey this stock is in the end. Good Luck!
Huge buys. 9s just about done. Wow!!!
After the 9s, ASK is so thin
Look. 9s starting to fall. Finally.
I won't post much but I'm definitely long and believe this company will succeed. Good luck!
NITE - move your azzzz
3M buy on the 9s. Wow!!!
Is anyone here? I'm the only one posting here.
NITE putting fake wall on the 9s - trying to scare people into selling.
We have an indian standoff here. No one is selling at the bid & no one is buying at the ask.
Who's the clown putting a wall on the 9s? Break up your order - you are blocking the run back up
6M bid on the 8s. Wow
Expecting 1s to fall any minute
0008 x 001. One milly bid support on the 8s
This is gonna fly like in the past IMO
$5 million worth of dilution coming
They announced they would sell $5 million worth of stock

The parent company will deposit the $5,000,000.00 (Five Million Dollars) into the Subsidiary Company bank account only for the purpose of the Subsidiary Company expansion.
IGNT's largest shareholder:
Let's take him out then. You ready?
VFIN with 10k on the ask. That's dilution. It wouldn't be much of a problem if there was good buying pressure but that's the main problem here, exacerbated by the dilution
The "telecom division"
specifically reverse merged into IGNT in order to raise $5 million
Cant do that without dilution
I don't see any dilution. Hardly any buying is the problem here. Wait till power hour. We may head back to HOD.
VFIN on the bid diluting. This won't be going anywhere
Give it a hand. Slap the ask.
This is too funny watching this turkey head back to the basement.
Bidsitters - hit the ask so we can get going here. Once someone hits the ask, others will follow
2M bid on the 1s. Here we go.
ASK looks thin. After 12s, its 16s!!!

I see Scott Sand got all his alias out there self promoting his stock. He really must need money, what the IGNT ATM limiting your withdrawals? Maybe Scott's buying a replacement RV for the one that got reposed a few years back?
more revenue, like it
I've been in this company for a long time. They have an awesome product in Oxyview. I hope share price stays low a couple more days. Want to average down even more. Good luck!!
