I am in ILUS. What a great future. I sold half my position at a loss as I was to early. I will be adding shares. An acquisition is coming with revenue and hopefully will be in the 8K of Infrax. I wonder where the share price would be if we were not in a show me market condition.

Theoretically no, you "can't"....Yet whenever that DOES occur I always see it in the OTC...(Take CYBL for instance or even ILUS--both waaaaay undervalued versus revenues...) Short sellers combined with a lack of wider market visibility lands us where we are with the current share price, regrettably...But I still remain hopeful of a turnaround someday without the owners resorting to the dreaded reverse split--which they claim they don't plan on doing...We'll see...

Mr. Jose Pineda owns 80 percent of the shares and Cooley owns 20 percent. That leaves control in Mr. Pinedas hands. Mr. Pineda spent many years building a brand and a company. He is in control. The talk is that one of the acquisitions expected will be from outside of Mr. Pinedas other companies and outside Mr. Cooleys realm. That should be interesting if it does happen. The Latin market has been growing every year. The trend is in their favor. Hope they make all the right moves. Good luck to all and stay safe !!!!!

The fins aren't due til Sept 30th, so that explains a lot of the impatient hands selling imo. But not only will the fins prove the initial $22M revs/$1M net profits, there's going to be multiple additional accretive acquisitions arriving now through EOY too!

So let the blind ones out as their shares continue to get slowly but surely systematically replaced by investment grade players right glty

Yep brother! It never ceases to amaze what impatient/sell on events hands do in the OTC.

This one will be trending north soon though, of that I have zero doubt because additional accretive acquisitions are already heading down the pike.

So if you hold on you're gonna be fine imo...and I've added some of the impatient shares knowing the valuation metrics are going to be dramatically increasing over the balance of this year k glty!

I have been playing OTC stocks for over 20 years. I have seen it all. Only had one winner which was huge. It has been covering all my plays. Every single play has negative posters and pumpers. Most of the time fundamentals mean nothing. The only factor that you cannot control is the naked shorters as there play is outside the U.S. Even the M&M'S can use naked shorting which is illegal. The use of manipulation is common and part of the game. I believe IFXY WILL BE MY SECOND HUGE WINNER. There are toxic lenders and good lenders. I got hooked on the OTC FROM MY FIRST WINNER. It is the responsibility of the SEC to manage and control all situations. I do not have much faith in the SEC and other divisions with management of OTC Stocks. (1)—I’m not what is claimed. I am a “facter”. I’ve been playing this ticker over 10 years now. Been here through reverse splits that all were told would never happen (twice actually). Post R/S from 30 cents to .0001’s.—- .0001’s to the >2 cent area.

(2)—I have no other IFXY related aliases anywhere.

(3) I understand and respect the fact that facts and history can be disturbing.

(4) There is no obvious conspiracy to drive the PPS down at this time.

Mergers take months to complete. You have to be patient. Most buyers will come in until the 8K IS POSTED. Take advantage of the low prices and on dips.

IFXY .0074 to .0034 in just 10 days....no bad news...just bad traders....this is horrible. Time to admit it.....I am still holding some here but closing a big merger deal then tanking? Something aint right ......
