This is my own due diligence (DD) of what I think the companies that will be merged and acquired into IFXY:
1) We know that jpdevelopers of texas is the first acquisition from the press release. It looks like there are a lot of houses that are being bought in Houston and they are getting updated and then sold (flipped). The profit will be good for the company. Also REITs have to give 90% of taxable income to shareholders if I am not mistaken. If you go to redfin.com you will see the sales history and that they are being bought, then remade, and then sold. the realtor in some transactions are the same person on the us standard capital website.
2) An officer on the US Standard Capital website is named JT Torres. He owns a bunch of companies that have been around for 20+ years in home construction. they could be potential companies that will be acquired. Also if these companies have been around for 20+ years then they are successful and profitable. Also they have really good reviews on Google too:

Also the other company that could be merged is an oil or gas company like an oil refinery or an oil driller. Houston has a lot of oil companies. Also the CEO Jose Pineda's website shows that he consults with oil/gas companies.

The Bid size of 3 is larger than the 5s.
Will take some news to get some buying volume.
