in for some ISHM
Just checked the Delaware SOS site and this is still listed as "good standing" as of 7/28/2011,(status date)fwiw.
will have to review my records for the 225M A/S,not sure i remember this.
Reg Sho list on 7/21.Preet Bharara might be interested in this one if it's insiders trading without first filing a form 12 or form 4 of some sort, lol.ISHM is still required to file being they never filed to be released from the SEC requirements. And I'm just the guy to send the info, lol.
Anyway on 7/21 15K shares traded with 14,300 being short, from what i'm reading, and dropping the price 20+%.Wonder how many of these recent ones are short also.Buying season is begining again.

While we wait....
The final order on Mr Zehil hasn't been signed,as i just checked Pacer.
Also the domain mentioned before (in..fo..search..media.info) has been renewed till June 2012.It still is, Whois Guard protected. And the site is up again with "Hotkey" sponsoring/creating revenue ,as for now.
No guarantees here as we dont know who's who yet, but .info "might" be related to this comapny. In my opinion they are. All in my opinion.
I wonder if Infosearchmedia notified the court about an application for consideration for restitution from the monies recovered from the Zehil case. (Sothern District of New York,Judge Batts)
A Notice of Criminal Forfeiture was published in the www.forfeiture.gov on March 18, 2011 through April 16, 2011. Document filed by USA.
ISHM needs to file late with "good cause" if they haven't already asked for compensation at the conclusion of this case. Another company Ethanex had since gone out of business and this is their "good cause"reason for filing late.
Looks as though, so far, a total of approx $8M will be awarded to 4 companies that have asked for compensation.
Also, from reading on Pacer, the governments (IRS)claim is awarded after these entities are paid.I was wrong on this in earlier posts, was thinking the IRS would get paid first but that is not the case.
If ishm has any intention to do so they must contact the court ASAP,before a Final order of restitution is signed.
all in my opinion
Not going anywhere myself..holding for years and added lately..will see what they got.
gl
ishm..im in and holding..well i have been in for a good while..at least there is some V. here
You all are too much! One day after posting this post there is no longer a Google link, lol.
Sh$t or get off the pot, like my old man used to say!!
Has anyone else clicked on this link?
http://www.infosearchmedia.info/
I'm doing my part by clicking and reading the news links, lol. Not sure if it has anything to do with this company yet,but i do like it.
The oddist thing i've noticed :
I've gone to Google many times and typed in "infosearchmedia.info"
The "clickable" link ,that comes up in the number 1 spot on google, has changed to the most recent news story on infoserchmedia.info.
i dont know what to make of it?
Not sure if we're seeing part of a new website or just a company like Hotkey.com that is generating some revenue for the owners of this domain, while the website is hopefully being developed.
But certainly, http://www.infosearchmedia.info/ ,has changed since a few months ago. There are now links to rueters news, google news and others at the bottom of the page. Also as i refresh the address, the links at the bottom also change. There is also an http error in the center of the page.
Maybe we're getting close,5 full months after the old site went down.

The tax assessment is only 12,328.77.It's not a particularly large sum of money for a corporation. The "renew" part of this form is the important part.
It tells us that at one time they were "void"(registration revoked in Delaware) because they didn't want to throw away this sum of money. However now, after the website went down in Nov,they decided to pay this fee to "renew" on 12/7/2010.
What has changed since earlier in the year when they didn't pay, hmm??

"Renewal for Void" from the Delaware Secretary of State, document code 0312V. As of 12/07/2010 ISHM has renewed its Delaware corporation registration by paying its annual tax assessment which had not been payed.Unfortunately Delaware is a pay service so i cannot post a link to the filing, but it only cost $20.
Their status since 12/07/2010 is "Good Standing" with $0 dollars tax due.
They would not have bothered to pay the backtaxes if they weren't getting ready to roll again.Just a matter of time, imo.

How long does a website redesign take?
(Here's a good article/blog ,ISHM website went down Mid November which means we're in the window.)
by Kim Bieler · March 03, 2010
The most common issue that comes up when companies come to us for a website redesign is schedule—the site needs to be live in four or five weeks, but we believe it will take twice that time (or longer). Why so long? I hope this article will answer that question.
Risks in the fast turnaround site
First of all, of course it's possible to get a website designed and launched in four weeks. But here's what can happen with these truncated projects:
Without identifying the website goals and requirements, any new design is only a guess at what might work. And that's not effective design, it's decoration. Which may, in fact, be the problem with your current site.
Decisions at the client side are rushed, which can result in cutting corners, settling for inferior solutions, dissatisfaction with the final product, and—in the worst cases—having to put the brakes on and start over.
Quick turnaround websites aren't over when they're over. Often, the launched site suffers from "coming soon" pages, proofreading errors, poor browser compatibility, and buggy interactions. To make tight deadlines developers may need to write non-compliant code that has to be fixed later.
So what do you get with a longer timeline? In a word: confidence.
There's a common misconception that designers sit around waiting for inspiration to strike. Nothing could be further from the truth. Because we can't rely on the genius moment, we have evolved a process that starts from knowns like research and goals and works through multiple concepts, testing, and refinement until we have a solution that best fits the problem. It's a process, just like any other, that's designed to mitigate risk, build consensus, and verify solutions.
Design process, phase 1: Discovery
Many firms, ours included, start with a discovery or definition phase where we figure out what kind of website we are designing and why. We need to know what technologies you currently use, what the constraints of the project are, where the content and images are going to come from, how much material will be recycled from the current site, and so on. We'll want to contact your hosting company to get passwords, logins, and server configurations. All this information-gathering will require documentation, some of which we will ask you to review and approve.
Discovery is the most important phase of the process but it's the one we are most often asked to cut corners on. It's natural to be impatient to get to the "fun" design phase. But it's not at all fun to be a week away from launch only to find out your server can't run the software, or you don't have any head shots for the profile pages, or you need a Spanish translation of the entire site.
On the client side, discovery is when we'll be asking you to imagine how the final site should look and behave. Your familiarity with the site and subject matter will be needed to compile an inventory of existing site content and decide what to keep, what's missing and who's going to be responsible for writing new content. We'll be making fundamental decisions about technology, approach, and objectives which can mean getting approvals from senior management.
Design process, phase 2: Design
In the design phase, we review all the documents we've generated so far—this might include a strategic brief, competitive analysis, user research, search logs, site surveys, or use cases, and any branding documents, style guides, and corporate communications. We switch gears from an analytical mode to a synthetic one—distilling the information we've learned and creating several design looks for you to respond to. Normally, we go through two or three rounds of iterations on the design, to hone in on the best solution.
Design decisions are often emotional ones—you may need to give your team time to get used to the new look and functionality of the site before they are comfortable approving it. Every design has tradeoffs which must be weighed and discussed.
The approved design look informs all the other pages of the site. At this stage, there are often transactional interactions and states that still need to be worked out and one-off pages with elements that need special design. Part of our work during this phase is generating the documents (style guides, annotated wireframes, requirements) that the developers will use to implement the site design.
Design process, phase 3. Development, testing, and launch
Developers need uninterrupted "heads-down" time to code the page designs and back-end functionality of the site. During this phase the design and client teams can relax somewhat, although inevitably issues arise—missing graphic elements, implementation decisions that must be resolved, unexpected software issues. If there are weaknesses or bugs in the system, we want to uncover them now, not when the site is public.
Prior to launch everyone needs to carefully review the site and flag any problems. On the client side, you should be finalizing any launch activities—press releases, announcements, staff training. If the redesign is large and complex, launch day can be an anxious one as first-time visitors begin to use the site. Even a perfect launch will have follow-up activities such as releasing style guides to in-house developers, training staff on how to make updates, and fixing any outstanding design or functionality issues.
What this means for you
How long does this process take? Anywhere from 7–9 weeks for an average-sized "brochure" site up to 6–9 months for a complex transactional or large, membership-based site.
I should make clear that this doesn't mean a brochure site will take 8 weeks of 8-hour days. A realistic schedule allows breathing room for absorbing information, considering solutions, decision-making, and other cognitive processes that benefit from subconscious as well as focused reflection.
Web redesign schedules are often handed down by management who are simply sick and tired of the existing site and want to see action. Schedules are then duly passed on to the designers who either push back or promise things we know can't be delivered. My hope is that by understanding the value of the design process, web teams can avoid the schedule debate by assuring management the project is on a safe, reliable trajectory that will result in a product everyone is happy with.

Louis Zehil sentenced to 3 years.
United States Attorney
Southern District of New York
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
CONTACT: U.S. ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
FEBRUARY 28, 2010
ELLEN DAVIS
EDELI RIVERA
PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICE
(212) 637-2600
FORMER LAW FIRM PARTNER SENTENCED IN MANHATTAN FEDERAL
COURT TO THREE YEARS IN PRISON FOR $17 MILLION
SECURITIES FRAUD
PREET BHARARA, the United States Attorney for the
Southern District of New York, announced that LOUIS W. ZEHIL was
sentenced today to three years in prison for his participation in
a fraudulent "PIPE" transaction scheme. ZEHIL obtained
unregistered, restricted securities, which he then sold under the
false pretense that they were registered and freely tradable. As
a result of the scheme, he reaped approximately $17 million
dollars in illicit profits. ZEHIL pled guilty to one count of
conspiracy and one count of securities fraud in March 2010. The
sentence was imposed in Manhattan federal court by U.S. District
Judge DEBORAH A. BATTS.
According to documents previously filed in Manhattan
federal court and statements made during court proceedings:
ZEHIL, a former law firm partner, specialized in both
representing small companies seeking to become public through
reverse mergers and obtaining capital for those companies through
private placement transactions. Typically, these companies would
enter into a "PIPE" private placement transaction to generate
financing for the newly merged public company.
Under the terms of the PIPE transactions, the stock
issued to the PIPE investors was not freely tradeable because it
was not registered with the United States Securities and Exchange
Commission ("SEC"). Consequently, all shares issued in the PIPE
transactions were required to bear restrictive legends until such
time as those shares were registered with the SEC and the SEC
declared the registration statements for those securities
effective. The PIPE investors typically entered into
"registration rights" agreements that allowed them, at a future
date, to register the securities they obtained in the PIPE
transactions for resale.
Between January 2006 and February 2007, ZEHIL
represented the following seven companies that issued stock
pursuant to PIPE transactions: Gran Tierra Energy, Inc.,
Foothills Resources, Inc., MMC Energy, Inc., Alternative Energy
Sources, Inc., Ethanex Energy, Inc., GoFish Corp., and Kreido
Biofuels, Inc. (collectively, the "Charged Transactions").
ZEHIL invested in each of the Charged Transactions
through nominee entities he controlled (the "Entities").
Investors in each of the Charged Transactions, including ZEHIL,
and the Entities entered into subscription agreements for each
such transaction, pursuant to which they agreed that the shares
they received would be issued with restrictive legends (that
would prevent their resale) until such time as the issuers filed
registration statements with the SEC and the SEC declared the
registration statements effective.
Acting as counsel for the issuers in the Charged
Transactions, ZEHIL sent opinion letters to the issuers' stock
transfer agents directing the issuance of restricted shares to
the PIPE investors. ZEHIL's letters instructed that all of the
issued shares should bear restrictive legends except the shares
issued to the Entities. ZEHIL's letters stated, falsely, that
the shares issued to the Entities satisfied legal criteria
permitting them to be issued without a restrictive legend.
As a result, ZEHIL was able to receive shares without
restrictive legends. Almost immediately after Zehil obtained
these free trading shares of the issuers' stock, he deposited
them in securities trading accounts and sold them before the
issuers had filed any registration statements with the SEC. By
obtaining stock free of the restrictive legends, ZEHIL was able
to sell these shares immediately in the open market at a profit,
in advance of the other PIPE investors. ZEHIL reaped
approximately $17 million dollars in profit through these illegal
sales.

In addition to his prison term, Judge BATTS sentenced
ZEHIL, 45, of Jacksonville, Florida, to 3 years of supervised
release. Judge BATTS also ordered ZEHIL to forfeit $17 million
which represent the proceeds of the fraud, ordered ZEHIL to pay
restitution to the victims of the offense, and imposed a $10,000
fine.
Mr. BHARARA praised the efforts of the Criminal
Investigators of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern
District of New York. He also thanked the Securities and
Exchange Commission for their assistance in the investigation of
this case.

This case was brought in coordination with President
BARACK OBAMA's Financial Fraud Enforcement Task Force, on which
Mr. BHARARA serves as a Co-Chair of the Securities and
Commodities Fraud Working Group. President OBAMA established the
interagency Financial Fraud Enforcement Task Force to wage an
aggressive, coordinated, and proactive effort to investigate and
prosecute financial crimes. The task force includes
representatives from a broad range of federal agencies,
regulatory authorities, inspectors general, and state and local
law enforcement who, working together, bring to bear a powerful
array of criminal and civil enforcement resources. The task
force is working to improve efforts across the federal executive
branch, and with state and local partners, to investigate and
prosecute significant financial crimes, ensure just and effective
punishment for those who perpetrate financial crimes, combat
discrimination in the lending and financial markets, and recover
proceeds for victims of financial crimes.
This case is being handled by the Office's Securities
and Commodities Fraud Task Force. Assistant U.S. Attorney EUGENE
INGOGLIA is in charge of the prosecution.

It's a conspiracy i tell ya,a conspiracy,lol.First .com and now .info.
Just now ,once again, googled and clicked on Infosearchmedia.info and received the message below the first line of asterisks.
Below the second line of asterisks is what is cached by google. This is the cached message/page that i viewed which is now no longer available.
It stated on this page:
("Welcome to infosearchmedia.info. This domain was recently registered at namecheap.com. The domain owner may currently be creating a great site for this domain. Please check again later!")
and
("Free domain parking page provided by Namecheap.com")
Maybe someone had a problem with this and had namecheap remove it. I don't know but it sure seems deliberate to me. If so,Why??

From Pacer,Louis Zehil sentencing has been delayed till 11:30am Feb 28,2011.
Some same size large trades yesterday that mirrored each other. Can't imagine anyone trying to pump this one, especially without the pump, lol.Does anyone else have the ability & stupidity to try to move this??
There is no interest anywhere i can find, yet the pps moves up.I'm in but just can't figure other than a new website & business.
The legal end looked like a dead end to me,perhaps ISHM gets some cabbage but not much split amongst the impairded.
Anyone know about .info ?????
Somethings up Rattle. Big individual buys......
Volume is up.lol Highest in ummm bout 2+ years.
Infosearchmedia.info? Grasping at straws here but found that the domain infosearchmedia.info is active since June 2010.There is no website active or administrative info but the domain is owned by someone.Domains are not claimed@ .org,net,me,mobi,biz,tv,asia,cc. So why this one .info.Hmmmm?? may be as simple as someone buying the .info domain to sell it/use it in the future,or has sold it to ishm already.
However the domain update-dates for these are one day apart though, and the reason for this post.Aug 24 for .info and Aug 25 for .com,with domain expiration dates of June 25 2011 & May 19 2013 respectively.

Chasing my tail here on this civil complaint and the inclusion of ISHM. Ishm did add themselves to the list of parties. But after further Pacer reading the receivership has sent the funds & shares remaining of the other companies to the US Marshals office, and the US Attorney's office. There is 13M in the receivership and a claim by the IRS for 10.7M.
Anyway still looking at the fact of the website, and hopefully a new product/company coming soon.
More on the Website.
1)Know for certain it was up Nov 15,2010 from Googles cache.
2)Also know it is listed as "active" as per Whois domain search link below, with an expiration date of May 2013.
================================================
Assuming 1&2 above to be correct,it's still an active website.
Boils down to why this? "Internet explorer cannot display the website"
a)•Internet connectivity has been lost.
(Enom is listed sas the registrar & should be host,my wifi ok)
b)•The website is temporarily unavailable.
(only option,imo,but for what reason)
c)•The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.(Enom ok)
d)•The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.(Enom)
e)•There might be a typing error in the address.(no)
f)•If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.
(my pc ok)
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
IMO the only option here is b)website *temporarily*unavailable.
The site is listed as active, last update was this summer, their host is up and running.
Who pulled the plug?Only one option left.
For how long?
Forever or till the site is redesigned

Dec 15 is the last day Zehil will be needed for the civil complaint according to pacer, before he's sentenced end of Jan 2011.
The original civil complaint didn't include ishm, but apparently they wished to be included as their name appears on the list of companies injured on the criminal complaint prosecutors letter filed (item 53 Pacer).
We'll see how this plays out soon enough, but ISHM or its major shareholders/BOD members, should be able to move this forward, imo.
I see I see, thanks for pushing. Took a little time as i did not think they were included in this.
ISHM already doubled from my previous post & like I said slow but it's a go & rumors are a buy Do your DD & see if you can find what I think I have.
Somethings up for sure.
Strong like bull, imo. Not much sold here lately, starting on the .035s now. Kewl to watch, and be a part of. MACD is off the chart, straight up.
Well written, went back and looked quickly at the prices paid by Trinad for the close to 40 million shares they own. My best guess is their average cost is .06 which includes the 20M @.01.
ISHM was trading around .03 at the time of the 20M share private placement 6/6/08.
Being a little cautious, still have to treat this as a shell, whereby even if they start another business most probably new funding would be needed. Or if they roll in an existing business, possibly a new share structure would be needed,as the existing business would be compensated in shares of the shell.
Or then again SPEA comes to mind.Anything can happen and hopefully it is soon.
For reference,SPEA.
http://www.shellstockreview.com/ssr-Elvis-Presley-and-SPEA.html
Looks like another run is starting, .025 x .035
Makes very good sense Rattle. Trindad the majority owner of this stock is well known fund for investing in many media based small public cos, AND they are likely taking this low float shell and firing back up finally, its what they do well.
Also i've checked this website on a regular basis since i've been in for over two years.
glta
Just to follow up ,the website is down but it wasn't a week ago when i checked. Below is the copy i get from the cached Google 11/15 visit i had. I double checked with i phone Att service.
And now nothing!!! Which tells me a new website is coming ,with new business???,just my humble opinion.

Increase Website Traffic With TrafficBuilder Products and Services From InfoSearch Media
As most web savvy professionals are well aware, adding optimized content to your site is one of the most effective ways to increase traffic. Our TrafficBuilder Text and TrafficBuilder Text Turbo products combine professionally written and edited web copy with optimized metadata to improve your website's success for targeted keywords. Additional web page features, such as a hyperlinked call-to-action and a pull quote, make the content conversion friendly as well.
Our TrafficBuilder Streaming Video product is another efficient way to both increase website traffic and impress potential customers. The evolution of search has made streaming video a hot topic, and our short, to-the-point videos are not only tagged with metadata for search engine indexing, but they're also a great way to introduce your business to potential clients.
As a comprehensive search marketing company, we also provide SEO Consulting services for those looking to increase website traffic. We can provide an in-depth analysis of your website's current strengths and weaknesses, or you can sign up for a monthly package of consulting hours with one of our SEO specialists.

Our TrafficBuilder products and services have proven effective for clients across a wide range of industries, from real estate and travel to automotive and electronics. Just click through and read a few glowing testimonials from clients who have seen dramatic results.

Charles B. Baisden: " Of the 84 search terms that I have evaluated our company's ranking on, on 72 of these we are in the Top 20, and on 60 of these we are in the Top 5. This is amazing, and has helped to bolster our web traffic dramatically"
