Off a decimal. Sorry. Was $.073, not $.73. So opening at $5.40ish, not $54ish. Same story, just different number.
Let's see who sees it at $5.40 and thinks it is a better company now, because of the price, and how many sell because they think it went up.
Let's see how fast it now drops. People will see it at a "high" price and sell. That's my bet. it closed at $0.73 or so. Reverse 1 for 75 puts it at $54.75 per share. Tomorrow lots of people will think they hit it big - until they see the share count in their account.
Bets on it going down to $40 or lower?? (that's only $0.53 per share, so not that low ... yet)
Might even buy it after a dip, but been waiting for this reverse to even consider it. I just know most reverses drop the share count on existing shareholders, and then new shares are issued, and the old shareholders are diluted out of the game. And the price suffers. Low market cap on this one intrigues me, but I want to watch a bit first.
IMCI: one for 75 reverse split:

Glad to see good Nodeware news continuing. SaaS sales are the best thing for a small company like this (high margin)
Been told they have a strong acquisition pipeline ready to go throughout 2023
One positive thing is that IMCI seems completely decoupled from the broader market/tech meltdown lately. I mean it's a nano-cap so that's to be expected, but still positive
Volume bounced back a little bit today, back over 20. Honestly it's a bit hard to keep up, volatility is just unreal here. From 12 to 40 to 15 to 20...at least after all of this the multi-year uptrend is intact and strong. What I would like to see though is another move into the 30s and maybe 40s, with stronger volume and especially stronger staying power. Stock deserves consolidation in the 30s, not in the teens, when even .35 is a mere 1x revenues. It would be good to see a couple large buyers or even institutions taking notice of this stock at these levels, when they're pretty much guaranteed to see a multi-X return over the next few years, given that this region is 0.5-1x revenues, and the industry average is 11x. Just need some more buying support, some more interest. But at least 0.5x appears to have held fast as a (low, damn..) bottom
Back to 15…pathetic really
Management needs to get its sh*t together imo when they can’t even keep market cap above 0.5x revenue
There is lots of great news yet we languish at 0.5x revenues market cap. Why isn't trading even at 2x revenues (75 cents per share)? Cybersecurity average multiple is over 10x
They need to be using iHub newswire and other easy solutions to increase awareness. Nobody saw that press release until you shared it here if they weren't already following the stock
Talk about a failed run..42 back to 17 in a week, pathetic lol. I’ve said it and will say it again, this company simply needs to 1) post growth and 2) actually do IR/PR on social media including ihub if they want to see enough interest for 5-10x revenue valuation…we’re back to 0.5x revenue market cap now. Pathetic
40 cents is a lot better than where we were a couple months ago. Take her 1$+, it's where she belongs!
1$ PPS = 2.9x revenues. That's NOTHING for a cybersec company
My IMCI growing up so fast! I remember her as a toddler, young teenager, now she already graduated college and is approaching middle age! They grow up too fast don't they :')
Very solid day and close! Up 40% and new 10 year high, on strong volume
Let's see continuation tomorrow. At .35, we sit at a market cap of exactly 1x revenue
15k at .41 just moved up to .45 after getting hit for 2k
Wow, still hitting...nearly up to 250,000 shares traded today. About 15,000 shares available at .41 and then L2 is thin until .61
Finally cracked 1x revenues! At .405 this market cap is about 1.2x revenues. In a cybersec industry with an average multiple of 11x revenues...so bring on 10x more gains from here lol?
I wonder if this week will finally be enough to get this stock popping up on screeners and bringing retail awareness?
Ok, wow, MASSIVE buy there. 128,000 share wall on .27 taken out in a single buy, then the .405 hit was another single order. Saw it happen on L2, was one trade each time. Given how little retail interest I see here in IMCI, the action over the past few days (100s of thousands of shares of pure buys) this could be institutional action
Hopefully! Take us to 1$ dammit, that's barely 2.5x revenues!
This is so thin too
Who tf is selling 100k shares this low
Wtf
Seems 25s hitting at open...nice
Also the company added more job offers:
https://igicybersecurity.com/careers
Hiring still going strong
Seems the latest merger + uplist news is finally getting picked up on
It's sortof bizarre that I am so alone on this board lol. I've never seen anything like it. Here's a great company operating in cybersecurity, announcing uplist to NASDAQ and acquiring another well-respected, multi-million dollar cybersec company - no interest. Lmao. Will I still be posting alone talking to myself when it crosses 1$? That would be kind of funny tbh
TIME WILL TELL
Wow, big milestone, just crossed the 0.7x revenue mark
Let's get to 1$+
Take it to 1$....that's still barely 3x revenue (in a hot sector averaging 11x)
It's ridiculous to still be sitting at a share price UNDER 1x revenue...I mean come on...move
Nice volume today
At .22 it’s now trading at a market cap of 0.6x revenues — only 1800% left to go until it’s at the cybersecurity industry average multiple lmao
Bring on the NASDAQ uplist + merger completion!
Top exec at IMCI receives a New York state-level, prestigious cybersecurity award. Legit af:
https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/2022-joseph-j-wasserman-award-recipient-jim-ambrosini-abramov/?trackingId=I4ZTeLHxR%2F%2BfLGKEMPEliw%3D%3D
Stock continues to trade at 0.5x revenues in an industry with average multiple of 10.2x (undervalued by 20-fold)
Imo further acquisitions + uplist will cause upward correction
Another Goldman research report out, reiterates .65$ short-term target:
https://www.goldmanresearch.com/202203071343/Opportunity-Research/imci-the-next-cybersecurity-mover.html
Heck, the acquisition price of Pratum alone was 25 cents per share. Yet here we are at 16 cents....dumb af
This will just instantly move to multi-dollars one day out of the blue, I have no idea why everyone is sleeping on this
After the Pratum acquisition, you'd need to be a special kind of numbskull not to realize that all these new 'partnerships' they've been announcing over the last couple months are prefacing more acquisitions:
Cowbell Cyber Partnership
IMCI making all the right moves to become a 250M$+ mid-market leader
100% B/A spread...wow
Liquidity is getting ridiculous here. They need to be doing a much better job of PR. Revenues, products, acquisitions are all performing extremely well, but the story isn't getting out
At merely 3x revenues, this would trade at over 1$ per share - so why are we at 15 cents?
I'll admit I'm surprised that no one seems to care that they just acquired a reputable company doing 4.3M$ in revenues
Maybe as the quarterlies start reflecting this instant 60+% growth, people will start caring
Good to see us back over 20 cents. Still trading at well below 1x revenues
With this acquisition, a conservative 6x revenue multiple gives IMCI a PPS of over 2$. That is all
Acquisition is beyond legit, see Partum CEO/founder’s post on LinkedIn about it today:
https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/activity:6895014579068379136
And boom. There it is…the roll up begins. With Pratum, revenues are *already* about 12M$ now — or 3x our current *market cap*. From this point on, this stock has 10, 25, 50x potential as I’ve said all along. Anything below 1$ PPS (mere 3x revenues…) is ridiculous
My point is getting to Nasdaq may make up for it, if there’s enough of a pps boost associated with that. There’s no urgency to do a RS if it wouldn’t be helpful, with OS of about 30M, which is tiny
I would almost guarantee CAT that it will come. Almost all of these micro cap stocks do a reverse split if an uplist is possible. I have seen it happen several times.
You forgot to mention thats only on the table IF required to uplist to NASDAQ and beneficial for PPS
Going to NASDAQ would be a good thing imo, especially in this market
