YES , ESpecially since i am in to sell at .0001 2.5m gtc and didn't get filled
10 million shares bought on .0002 today, thats unusual
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GET THE DATE KICKED TO THE GREYS AND USE THAT AS YOUR SELL DATE AND LODGE A SELL AT ZERO WITH THE EXPLANATION THAT THE STOCK WAS PUNISHED BY THE SEC AND THERE ARE NO MARKET MAKERS AND NO MARKET AND IT IS DEFUNCT. IF IT EVER COMES BACK THEN YOUR BASIS IS ZERO. DON'T LISTEN TO THESE GUYS THEY HAVE NO EXPERIENCE.
You have to call your broker to unload the shares as worthless stock for your next tax return.
Cannot sell, rejected by broker because it is CTO
If you do decide to buy this, be damn sure you use a limit order at .0001, and be ready to kiss it all goodbye because odds are this goose is cooked.
Thanks for letting me know!
I have just called my broker, it is only possible to trade grey market tickers via phone and only a DAY order but it is still possible.
Good to know. I will think about now, what I will do...
I havent seen it happen very often, but it's possible.
Ok, Thx for letting me know. Is there a chance for such tickers to go back to higher classes, e. g. pink current?
Skull and crossbones caveat emptor on otcmarkets.com >>> that's probably why your broker has it restricted.
About 6m shares traded today. Why is this stock still shown as suspended at my broker account?
Are all idiots bad investors? Also, are all gamblers idiots?
That's just sad. Finding material that you agree with while ignoring what invest means. I hope that made you feel smart, at least. OTC investors are idiots.
Not just messageboards, everywhere basically. There's this thing called, "Google" that allows you to find this information for yourself. But OTC traders/investors are the "idiots".
Uhm, okay. You refer to common usage seen on message boards for proof. I rest my case. The OTC is for idiots.
Not really my personal definition. Terminology that I've noticed over the years of visiting messageboards, social media, etc. Read Sheff's intro.
I won't insult people by calling them an idiot. I see that as childish. Don't mistake my use of your nomenclature in quotes as me agreeing to the use of the word. I was being a little facetious. I will just say that not having a plan and being greedy is not wise regardless of where you put your money.
There are many traders mostly deal with OTC stocks and make a lot of money. Hell, Sheff has made a lot money in OTC sector in his early years. I'd say he's a pretty smart guy. I've seen major pharmaceutical companies partner with OTC companies. They see some of these OTC companies as engines for portfolio growth.
OTC stocks are just considered to be higher risk. I've seen stocks move from the OTC sector to the major exchanges because they had good management and a solid product/portfolio. They contain more scams than major exchanges, but that doesn't mean they are all scams. That type of generalization is like saying all stocks on major exchanges are safe and aren't scamming people.
Tiers matter to a degree. It is important to know if a company does report to the SEC or not, as NRTI investors have found out. Companies that report to the SEC do receive more attention from accredited investors and have the potential to receive less toxic financing. That is usually not the case with Pink Sheet stocks.
Your apples to oranges comparison of slots vs stocks really doesn't apply. I just gave you examples where understanding catalysts can be beneficial regardless of the exchange a stock is on. I'll go out on a limb and say most people wouldn't consider someone an "idiot" if they can walk away with substantial returns on a trade. If you can divorce emotion from your decisions and rely on analysis, then you should be able to make money regardless of the exchange.
Any "trading" requires a purchase, or investment, into a corrupt ecosystem with extra trading costs. Don't try to dazzle people with a personal, imaginary definition to prove a point.
Investments can be long term or short term.
A lot of idiots also made a lot of money playing slots over the last few years. Don't ask for a resource; it's not exactly a scholarly subject.
Warren Buffett made exactly zero of his fortune on the OTC.And many other investors will not touch the crap. They aren't idiots.
All OTC stocks are just as shady as pinks. Some are fooled by the "higher tiers" which don't necessarily mean the company is any more legitimate. It's just another method of scamming idiots.
Trading is short term. An actual investment is deemed more long term.
A lot of "idiots" made a lot of money from trading the weed stocks several years ago and the 2nd half of last year. The smart ones didn't invest in them.
A lot of "idiots" made a lot of money from trading bitcoin stocks several weeks ago. The smart ones didn't invest in them.
Pink sheet stocks are OTC, but OTC stocks aren't necessarily Pink Sheets. OTC stocks also include those that report to the SEC, are subject to more stringent reporting requirements, but are not on a major exchange. Pink sheets aren't subject to as many SEC requirements.
You can trade them, if you're an idiot. Trading in them requires an investment, unless they are free shares. It is redundant to say
You can trade OTC and Pink Sheet stocks. Just don't invest in them because the odds are on not in the favor of retail investors.
I don't get why these people don't get it. The truth is it's the OTC. These "companies" are all scams in one way or another. Many different variations and ways of setting up scams. Don't throw money at the OTC, period. It's the definition of irreputable.
I lost money on this scam. It was pumped gig time here. I got out before the website went down with out any news dam sad!
Should not be the trading suspension temporarily?
... The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension of trading
in the securities of the following issuers, commencing at 9:30 a.m. EDT on August 2, 2017 and
terminating at 11:59 p.m. EDT on August 15, 2017....
I think us as shareholders and rightful owners of Inergetics which when we bought in also owned sole rights to the brand NuLeaf may have grounds for copyright infringement against this company. Not that I have a problem with the company in Lake Tahoe and what they are doing but it may start the wheels turning for prosecution of our CEOs. Or we have a lawsuit against the NuLeaf store and finally get our dividend$ for copyright infringement.
I think us as shareholders and rightful owners of Inergetics which when we bought in also owned sole rights to the brand NuLeaf may
Where my cut ? : From flower, pre-rolled joints, edibles and concentrates, NuLeaf has a wide selection of marijuana products containing varying percentages of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) the principal psychoactive compound in marijuana; as well as cannabidiol (CBD) products, which according to the store, provide several medical benefits, but without the "high" producing, psychoactive properties of THC.
same product we got screwed out of ?

No. It's done.
This is Michael James' final F-U to the NRTI shareholders.
Stocks that head to the Grey Market are pretty much finished. There are steps the management can take to get off of the Grey Market, but this stock is pretty much a shell, so don't get your hopes up. This is pretty much a tax write-off for anyone left holding the bag. Contact your brokers about closing your position.
I tried to warn you guys back in May. Companies that report to the SEC can't just stop reporting. They have to complete the appropriate filing to go back to the Pink Sheets.
Does anyone know?
Because of this suspension, is it possible that our ticker may be taken over by a different new company?
Wow,looks like I lost the last 30 cents of my value on this.LOL.Tax write-off woo-hoo.F*&KRS

How on earth is this scam still trading ?
Yes it's a damn shame no one is perusing criminal charges against those crooks. They took $5k from me. That's enough reason to put a hit out on somebody. I'm praying my dark angels that lost money like i did swoops down and catches them when they least suspect it with their families to watch. This will bring some integrity to Wall Street.
The end is nigh and I'm out a lot of $$$. Curse you Michael James.
Hey Florida .... Happy Friday!
Just a friendly reminder.... NRTI IS A POS!!!! I can't believe you were trying to talk people into buying this god awful stock.
I'm not even sure anymore. I wonder how old i'll be when i finally sell this. I don't have much in it, i'm half thinking that if i'm ok with holding for years, maybe i should at least get a bigger position and enjoy the payoff... when/if it comes.
Maybe it was the fake Nulief release event with product pictures and packaging; that whole scam.
Don't know... I bought this thing so long ago that I don't even remember anything about it
This pic shows the product belongs to NRTI..yet TRTC claims ownership?

it's looking like 1s are going to start falling. that may be the end of my involvement with this thing. For the life of me, I can't figure out what spurred me to buy into this thing to begin with.
I'm still holding it, but only 5M shares I bought at 2. No point selling at one so i'll just let it sit here forever is suppose. the company is obviously dead, but always a chance a new company steps in.
2 posts in 2 weeks? Little to no activity on this POS stock.
This stock is as good as DONE....FINISHED.... DELISTED!! No Bid will arrive sooner rather than later.
Sigh.... sad.
7 days since the last post on this message board. This stock must be very popular judging by the stock price and the amount of active on social media and message boards.
GO NRTI!
lol... i think Blockbuster stock has a better chance of moving and that doesn't even exist anymore.
I resemble that remark!!
VNDM who is one of the biggest diluters in the stock market, only came into this stock on Monday. What reason would he have to get involved in a stock which might be years away from anything happening ???? Just doesn't make sense does it??? There are zillions of stocks he can buy and sell as one of the market makers where he would get action almost immediately. As for me, when VNDM either leaves this stock, or, it starts getting active again, which is a pretty good possibility, I'm not ready to give my shares away for almost nothing. Boring yes, but crazy, "not yet" !!! Florida
