Yep, and at $10. I've had a few conversations with their CFO. Nice talking to a director of an OTC company, who isn't trying to sell shares. You get straight responses, and they are turning around from the banking down fall. Matter of time before this moves back into the $1 range.
IEBS..Check out all the FORM 4's..They are all aquiring shares-not disposing of them..
Check out the director's stock options;
Stock option with right to buy common stock $10 7/26/2005 A V 6000 7/26/2008 7/26/2015 Common Stock 6000 $ 0 6000 D
Stock option with right to buy common stock $10 4/11/2007 A V 8000 4/11/2010 4/11/2017 Common Stock 8000 $ 0 14000 D
Yep, this is a very good and quiet one. Pretty much under the radar. Low board marks. 2 mil OS, and unchanged for the last 5 years. Community bank with 5 branches that came down here on low volume. $10 per share just over 2 years ago, and over a $1 until recently. Seems they are on the turn. The last 2 quarters they showed a positive net. This was the first positive net they had seen in some time. The kicker here is $9.1 mil in equity or $4.39 per share equity.
I really do not mind the lack of excitement here<<<<IEBS..Buy the quiet-shhhhh!
IEBS looks solid..Spread tightens and its off to the races imo!
I think so. My wife said something came in from a bank, she thought maybe I had another account somewhere...LOL
We are getting ready for our middle son's wedding in 2 weeks, so I have been putting all 'non-essential mail' in a big pile to look at during football games this Saturday! LOL

Easily. They are worth what they are worth. Equity per share over $4. I'd be happy with half, lol. Did you get the mailer?
That would be awesome, and not out of the realm of possibility. If they can just make a little bigger dent into the market share, another bank may be interested.
I received a nice quarterly report pamphlet the other day. Don't see that too often on the pennies. Man, I would like to see these guys sell out to a larger bank. If they sold for half their equity per share, we'd be looking at a $2.00+ buy-out. That isn't even considering revs or net, lol.
Actually, I do love it because it generally means someone is trying to get in.
And we know that if they really want in, it will take the pps upward.
All The Best
Gotta love the whacks, lol.
I'll be glad to, SUPERCASH.
The penny stock market has really changed in just the year that I have been trading them. I came from the Big Boards with 1/3 of my positions because I sensed a big downturn was coming.
But pennies aren't moving like they used to, so I do agree with you.

Jmurfk >>>> Thanks for the update and please keep me in the loop if you here anything as well. I love this bank and the direction that it is heading. Like I said earlier, my shares are being put away.
Have a great weekend.

Bucks >>>>> IEBS is looking great here! I have decided to stop playing the sub pennies and focus on IEBS. I really do not mind the lack of excitement here because I know that IEBS is slowly gaining strength and will be a great investment here over the long term (unlike most pennies).
I will be taking small bites here over the next few months and locking the shares away in the vault for bigger days ahead.
Have a great weekend and keep up the great work - I would appreciate it if you can PM me if you hear news about this great bank.

Welcome to the Battle of the Paperboys!
$26 to bring the stock down 67%!
Then $100 to bring it up 2.6%!
Folks will figure it out, some sooner some later, lol.
$26 bait to go fishing for lower shares. None available.
This stock will really move.
200 shares to the bid. Give me a break, lol.
The European countries are in melt down. The bookies are betting Greece is going to exit the Euro followed by Italy. Penny stocks are good.
Thanks for the update - I really do not mind the lack of excitement here with IEBS. I will be buying here with every chance that I get and the satisfaction that I will get is when this sleeping giant really decides to wake up : )
Until then ...... shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! : )

The next quarterly is the 10k and they seem to be right on time for March always.
The yearly will also have many notes I am positive worth the read of how they accomplished the turn around.
I would hope we see a news release from them but they seem to stay silent.
In reality with the news drops across the OTCBB the silent pones now I see grow on there own merits and with well planned buys almost less volatile to buy.
This makes for a true real long term investment as many we are trying too add now.
Personally I am tired of the gut wrenching of the news drops as of late on so many companies.
Good luck and do not plan on a bunch of excitement other then a personal satisfaction that well planned buys here you look better and better every week.

aliangel >>>> any idea about the timeframe for when the next Q is due out?
TIA

Slow and 3500 at this price is a nice buy.
I am back and thank you to J and Bucks for the great alert here.
Patience is the key and I think with this slow volume no one will sell much till next quarterly.
Keep up the great picks J.

Steady UT here since July. Was dollars on the same OS. Tha latest quarterlies are showing a very nice turn around also. Equity per share of $4.30 and trading at .40, lol.
Gotta love those 33% gains on 3500 shares
Another small buy.
yes, very thin up 33% wow, nice!
I think we see much higher than here. CSTI has shown 5K on the ask at each level since .15. He never has that many though. 1000-2500 shares has UTd him each time.
Yup, pretty chart, all buying since Aug too, maybe we see the $2-$3 area soon....
Someone playing with the .40, lol.
Yup, not much there on the ask....
2500 wiped out the .30s, .40s up.
I'm thinking it exceeds the $1 for folks willing to wait. Financials look better now than when the stock was over $2. $4.30 equity per share doesn't hurt either.
IEBS, loving the 2M O/S here, hopefully we can get back to that dollar range soon...chart is definatly setting up.
Indicate the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date: 2,085,010 shares of common stock, $.01 par value per share, were issued and outstanding as of November 4, 2011.

They probably wouldn't buy anything soon in this economy. I like that they have shown improvements on the last 2 Qs.
Why don't they go and buy a smaller bank with good deposits and not too many loans then this thing will take off
Compare them to the other quarterlies this year, too.
I was very encouraged when I read them.
looking over the fins now. So far so good..... got to keep reading.
Especially .30 banks with $4.39 per share in equity, lol.
You said it best, they turned the corner a quarter ago.
With QE3 coming soon, banks are becoming an attractive investment again.
They seem to be on a nice rebound in regard to their financials.
If I read their filings correctly, the overseeing agency wanted their liquidity to rise, and they have done just that - over 20% each of the 3 quarters in 2011.
Excellent position of strength and they have only captured .8% of the Greenville market.
Plenty of room for growth.
Tidal Wave Alert
IEBS 10-Q just out.
OF COURSE: Issued & Outstanding Share still at an amazingly low 2.1 Million - no change since 2005!

Total Assets: 113m
Total Liabilities: 110m
Should be over $4 per share - now trading at .30!
Deposits: 96.6m - less 7% than December 2010
Liquidity: (cash, cash equivalents & investment securities available for sale to total assets ratio) 20.0% up from 17.5% in December 2010.
I think we're holding a certain 10-bagger here from .30!
All The Best
Looking good. First time in years they have achieved 2 positive net earning quarters in a row. $4.39 per share equity.
