Abondanceinvest. Good to hear from you... I checked the Nevada SOS site and there are no new amendments, so it appears we are still at "Zero"... I haven't seen any news on Fleming... I checked to see if the house on Blackjack Road was for sale and so far nothing there. I can't find anything on Glenn, his wife, or Sterling Yachts either... it appears we are still "dead"... Fleming's other company, "The Business Channel" appears inactive as well. Sorry, I haven't given you much information, but it is very quiet at this time... Good luck!

Well, yes, that's about right. Only he didn't have a good idea, he stole the idea from a bunch of other companies already doing it. Then he rode his money on the backs of those other companies with his phony 'partnering' with Circuit city, which, at that time was already in the throes of financial turbulence. The shelf space was nothing more than vendor rentals of the cheapest and least committed kind. One big facade.
And the rotten pumper clowns on this board kept telling people to buy phlemings scam stock instead of NETFLIX...!!

phleming didn't blow anything, that's where you're wrong, he knew what he was doing all along. And he's still doing it to this day. I'm almost positive he and moskimoron were email pals.

Actually running a business was too much work for phleming.

NC, Surprisingly enough, the IRS was already involved with JF. Fleming had a $547,752 tax lien filed against him by the IRS on 7/22/05. Case#B23P322 Simpson County Court, KY. So, you would think they would have been watching him closely....

I dont understand how the DOJ or IRS havent investigated this. The IRS for one had to see all the tax write offs individuals had regaring GZFX. I mean I make a 1k mistake on my taxes and the IRS is all over me, yet slime like Flemball seem to have immunity from all laws both tax and civil.

Yeah he really blew it. Game Fly is kicking, Netflix shares are triple digit yet we had both and Flemball blew it. As well he took and spent all our money on a burger joint that is now defunct and has been sold. He should be in jail.
