IMO, the only positive for his POS shell would be for the buyer of the shell who gets to RS this and dilute it, selling shares and the buyer of the shell making lots of money and anybody after the RS who gets in early and pumps it. Otherwise, there is nothing here but 4 letters.

As a matter of fact, looking2013, the address listed for the company shows no evidence of them being there and the rental company confirms no company by thatname is a tenant.
