Probably not a no-bid stock. But it may see further decline for now. Keep a close eye on this one though. With any news, this could fly!
Nope.... Few peeps driving it down and buying it up float isnt much... That way when they get ready to run it it'll goes nuts. Insiders own 1/3 of the shares.Mark this post.
indeed it should be
imo

$IMRSQ Chart – closed above EMA 4 @ 0.0146 & right at EMA 8 @ 0.0172 – as this chart shows $IMRSQ has been riding EMA 4 resistance lower – a close above EMA 8 would be a bullish change in trend & would put the middle Bollinger Band @ 0.0206 on deck – when the middle BB turns into support a new up trend can begin –
MACD and MFI going the right way. Seems like it's building and now we need volume.
Could this be the long overdue bounce shaping up? (Don't know if you're still in, RJ -- I've been patient with it.)
nice ask hit EOD, let's see if it holds up tomorrow
i emailed this: il let you know if i get a response
Is the actual intitity that has the mri robot filing for bankruptcy?
Also is the entity that has the mri robot being bought / sold/autioned off or kept by the entity under imrs?
I now one part of the liquidation is NeuroArm. If NeuroArm is different that their SYMBIS MRI robot then ok, maybe we have a chance. If SYMBIS is under the NeuroArm umbrella, I can't imagine what value in the world IMRIS maintains after the sell off.
perhaps theres hope for the surviving entities especially if that mri robot thing is in one of them?
Looking at dailyfinance.com I see that there is still institutional ownership. Is it accurate and why would they not sell by now?

Thanks for the quick answer.
The rules of the bankruptcy court say Deerfield is the stalking horse bidder. Which means their bid is the floor price. Anyone else is allowed to come in and bid higher. Plus, remember it is so low because they are not selling the entire company just two of the divisions.
Does the company have to sell to Deerfield at the end of the Chapter 11 process? Or can another company come in and offer more? That 9.5 million seems like a panic offer.
ok very good!i wasn't in this one yet waiting for the ood things to come...then the bk happened but still looking to make something here
Huge money and this one is looking very good for potential. Trick is...don't get greedy with 'q's. Get in, and when it pops, get out quick with massive profit.
ok very good, the bottom must be very close and they still have potential to make money too
adding under .015, don't wanna carry too much of any Q stock but there 300-500%(+) potential here imo
www.kccllc.net/IMRIS the pleadings are here
ok,very good, thats what I thought it meant but wasn't quite sure il try to find the bottom and get some, thankyou
They left some parts of the company out of BK so there should be value left in this stock....not going to zero...was 70 cents before the bk news.
so...perhaps a spike sometime upwards whn coming out of bankruptcy? how will it effect the u.s. market shareholders?
From that article.... IMRIS’s U.S. operations and its subsidiary, NeuroArm Surgical Ltd., are the only segments of the company subject to Chapter 11 proceedings.
good article after close today :

Thanks for the detailed information. Enjoy your weekend.
$IMRSQ Chart - BULLISH INVERTED HAMMER reversal pattern formed on Thurs. - the rules of confirmation state that the share price should cross the midpoint of the inverted hammer to confirm the pattern - the pattern has not yet been confirmed - keep an EYE on the midpoint of the wick on yesterday's inverted hammer - when the share price breaks that level it will confirm the pattern -
http://www.candlesticker.com/Pattern.aspx?lang=en&Pattern=2104
Definition
This pattern consists of a black body followed by an Inverted Hammer that is characterized by a long upper shadow and a small body. It is similar in shape to the Bearish Shooting Star but unlike the Shooting Star, the Inverted Hammer appears in a downtrend and signals a bullish reversal.
Recognition Criteria
1. The market is characterized by a prevailing downtrend.
2. The first day of the pattern is a black candlestick.
3. On the second day, a small body at the lower end of the trading range is observed. Color of this body is not important.
4. The upper shadow of this second candlestick should be at least twice as long as the body.
5. There is (almost) no lower shadow.
Buy/Stop Loss Levels
The confirmation level is defined as the midpoint of the upper shadow of the inverted hammer. Prices should cross above this level for confirmation.
02 bid has been around a couple of times, but it has not held it, lets see with some volume if we can get some bid support, it continues to get whacked and comes right back down to .017
Thanks! You too
Good to know, thanks benchman, I am sure they will get it back up and running. I know yesterday TDA showed the symbol IMRSQ with no information, simply because it was the first day trading. Thanks again for the information, I hope you make a nice ROI today.
TDA is not showing any bid and ask for all of my OTC stocks on my watchlist.
you will not lose them , they'll be trading under new symbol imrsq

For some reason TDA is showing invalid ticker for IMRSQ this morning. Weird. Maybe once it starts trading it will go back to normal? Not really sure, so apparently it is not only Scottrade with the ticker problem this morning. Best to all.
I would definitely give them a call. They usually have good customer service. I used to have accounts with them. Probably just a delay due to the change of symbol.

Patients: The patient does not need to be moved for imaging during the course of a surgical or interventional procedure with IMRIS systems. This saves time and avoids potential safety risks associated with moving the patient.
Clinicians: IMRIS systems are designed to enhance the workflow of the clinical team. High resolution imaging information is available rapidly and presented in a manner designed to enhance clinician efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, since the patient is not moved for imaging, the patient can be maintained in the optimal position and clinicians are afforded unrestricted access to the patient.
Hospitals: The IMRIS suite design permits greater utilization of the MR equipment by allowing the MR scanner to be shared by one or more clinical suites and an adjacent diagnostic room.
Our mission is to provide image guided therapy solutions that enhance the quality of clinical procedures and improve outcomes for patients. Through our ongoing investment in research and development we are committed to broadening our product portfolio with solutions to address additional medical applications.
