If you read this website there is no reference to the patent of ITV-1.

If you read this article, it "sounds" like ENZC are the holders of the patent ITV-1. I called Accesswire to confirm who was making that statement in regards of the patent ITV-1, she informed me that ENZC emailed Accesswire to publish this article on the web.

Have to email Charles C or Harry to get down to the bottom of this.

Sounds like SEC filings are not up to date if this is the case.

Or ENZC is kicking the hornets nest with IMMB.

Appreciate your insight. Certainly high risk/high reward. If I'm parsing the limited public domain information, IMMB also holds some amount of stock in ENZC. Looks like an ongoing dust up between Harry and Dimitar on rights to the IP and mfg in Bulgaria. Guessing at some point there will be a filing that exposes what IMMB is worth. Possibly even some form of settlement on the controversies. Agree it is a tough buy right now. Let's see where it goes.

ENZC is licensed for the use of ITV-1. How long that licensed contract is, is the big question.

Hunch based, I don’t think ENZC is the only one using ITV-1 in the big Pharma world.

IMMB is probably selling this to others.

Questions regarding filing status of IMMB and Harry Zhabilov:

According to Nevada Corporate search, current entity status is REVOKED as of annual report due date of 4/30/2018. This would mean no annual report was filed as of the 2018 due date and remains delinquent.

Harry Zhabilov is listed as President, Secy, Treasurer, and Director.

Is Harry still President/CEO of IMMB?

IMMB, it seems, owns 49% of Immunotech BG, and IMMB, it seems, owns important IP rights relative to ITV-1. On the new Enzolytics website, the references to ENZC owning 49% of Immunotech BG appear to have been removed.

So is Harry Z still CEO on BOTH companies? And also,

How much of the ENZC IP portfolio belongs to the shareholders of IMMB?

$0.0101 to $0.043 range with most of the trades on the high side. Very weird action on this. Why would anyone put in a bid at $0.043 unless they were trying to scoop up shares?

This is what I would really like to hear more about, where are they in the phase of this factory and if everything is running on schedule.

Once the factory is up and running and producing ITV-1, as well as other approved ITV variants. The funds will make it easier for IMMB to become current on the market.

To be honest Harry Z. Clears the confusion up with that. Letting investors know on both ends that ENZC and IMMB have a distinct separation and for good reasons.

Reasons for Both companies to offer benefits in both directions.

That's where this gets confusing. IMMB claims 49% of Immunotech Laboratories BG and the license for ITV-1, and vigorously contests ENZCs claims.

Meanwhile, in the ENZC filings..

On March 26, 2018 an asset purchase agreement was entered with Immunotech Laboratories, Inc whereby the Exclusive License Agreement for the Patented Immunotherapy Treatment for the care of HIV/Aids and Hepatitis C patients, the Forty Nine Percent ownership in Immunotech Laboratories BG, all equipment and licensing of intellectual property associated with the Patented treatment in exchange for a secured note receivable, common stock of Enzolytics, Inc. issued to Immunotech Laboratories, Inc. and assumption of certain debt from Immunotech by Enzolytics, Inc.

However, (unless I missed something) nothing in the most recent ENZC filings indicate the purchase agreement was ever completed. And if the transaction did go to fruition, how much ENZC stock does IMMB now own?

Moreover, as far as I can tell, the brand new ENZC website appears to have removed the claim of 49% ownership in Immunotech.

Two highly conflicting claims. Which is true?

Granted this was 9 years ago, and a lot has changed since. Who knows what agreements are now in place and how long those agreements are good for.

That is a good question, a question that could take many paths.

Speculation, protect the IP(intellectual property).

Now IMMB has a product that is sellable and can be available to all Pharmacies. But if all was done appropriate, the contract has been "signed" with ENZC for rights to the product for now, or said time.

When this takes off there will be more information to the investors of course. Especially when either hits the NASDAQ.

This is all under speculation like I said. IF I could offer more insight, then one might think I am an "insider".

IMMB is tough to buy, good luck in your decision.

I show:

290k shares on 10/05 @ .0001;

100k shares on 10/02 @ .0003;

400 shares on 09/30 @ .005, plus another lot of 100 shares also on 09/30 @ .005;

and 130k shares on 09/23 @ .001.

That’s from an Etrade 1 month chart.

I had an order in for a couple of weeks trying to buy 3M at .0001 that never filled. I canceled my order when that lot of 290K filled and mine did not. I had a better place to put the money. But I’m still keeping an eye on it.
