I think you're right on the money. The FDA has a great deal of knowledge about MIRV, the Soraya trial was based on the guidance the FDA provided and it met the goals they established. Even a September approval is possible, though unlikely.

I believe the $8 target you set could be hit by mid-September, I believe that double digits will be seen post approval, and perhaps shortly before it.

Any thoughts on whether the FDA will act significantly before the November 28 PDUFA date. I believe it's very possible in that the Soraya trial was one developed by IMGN in collaboration with the FDA and they've met the goals established then.

Frankly the FDA had seen these benefits proven in a subset of their earlier trial, they could have granted an approval years ago but they wanted more proof. Now they have it, why not make the decision to accept it early.

Fear is in the air so people are afraid of any risk. I have used this big drop to increase my total shares of IMGN by 33%. IMGN has plenty of cash and key price divers are in the near future. It is companies that need to raise cash and whose data points are several years off are the ones in trouble.

The confirmatory MIRASOL trial has PFS as the primary. In SORAYA the PFS was OK, but better in bev naive patients.

The concern is that the SORAYA trial might have had less bev patients because it required a PARP inhibitor but the confirmatory MIRASOL trial does not require PARPs, so could have more bev exposure.

The one point is that the independent analysis gave a longer PFS than the investigator, which I have never seen before. I wasn't counting on a single arm approval but thought there was a shot at it. Now it may be more important for the single arm SORAYA trial to get an approval, even a conditional one. The MIRASOL trial is an open label controlled phase III trial but as you point out the primary end point is PFS. Secondary end points are ORR and OS. I wonder how the FDA would respond if the PFS was better for mirvetuximab by some margin but the ORR was really good compared to the SOC as the SORAYA trial data indicated. Definitely having a bit of concern rising. Oh well, it is only money.

The presentation at JP Morgan was viewed positively, yet we're down substantially since then. I don't know who's behind it, but believe the stock is being manipulated and apparently will continue to be until something so positive occurs that demand for the stock sends us to prices not seen in years, perhaps even prices that have never seen before.

It's $26 billion now, it's been substantially higher a matter of months ago. Some time ago the market caps were nearly equal. In time that should happen again.

A long time ago I invested in both SGEN & IMGN as I thought the armed antibody approach would provide a big advance in oncology. It took a while, especially for IMGN, but things are looking that way even though immune modulators have rightfully garnered the lion's share of attention over he past few years. Now we are seeing immune modulators being added to other oncology drugs and armed antibodies are included in such combination studies.

To date only SGEN has been a big winner for me but my shares of both have gone up and down allowing me to make money on both over time. I have a large amount of cash from the TRIL buyout last month so have been slowly adding to my both but more for IMGN as it has a better chance for major profits. I will continue to add to my IMGN holdings and expect 2022 and 2023 to be when my faith in IMGN to be richly rewarded.
