Charts are BS when major news that changes a company comes out. If a company has an amazing chart indicating it's going through the roof and the FDA comes out and says their one product is found to cause cancer, will the stock go up because it has a great chart? Of course not. If a company is trading horribly on the charts and news comes out that the FDA announces that the company has found a cure for cancer will the stock keep falling No, of course not.
If news comes out that a new media company is now joining with traditional TV media what will happen? This kind of news re-shapes everyone's perception of where the stock could go and people buy based on this new important information.
Volume can be misleading sometimes. Generally increased volume at the bottom (or support) is bullish. However, if you see a bottom form with low volume and then the first attempt to rally to a strong resistance point shows high volume in a short or intermediate downtrend, that may not be bullish volume even though it is a black (or green) volume spike. You need to pay attention to the candle and if there is a significant top shadow that is an indication of a sell-off at the top. Looking at the 5 or one minute chart or a tick chart if you have access to one will tell you where the greatest volume took place. High volume on low prices is bullish, high volume on high prices is bearish!
Remember Anne buda called for .125 for up coming eow. Then turned right around and said his entry point was .023ish
Buda man what is the best way to follow volume on charts? I m still having trouble with that
Your gonna have to do better than that flipper
If I was smart I wouldn't have sold under .03. Oh well, but if she breaks the upper trendline we could have another nice move IMO.
I see the smart ihub players back here hmmmm
Thank you for the kind comments. They are appreciated.
I agree with ya, nice post! Great Job!
from my point of view, Steve has that kind of ambition, as if ICPA can get the deal with Puntch TV buyout( as Punch TV's value maybe at least 100 Million $ +,) and I think the CC 's contract is not for from getting the final result...(and as Steve has stated, CC is not the top iron in the fire, that maybe indicate , we have even bigger contract on the road), the 300 M value is not that far to achieve...
I don't want to be pumper , just like a lots of other longs, I hold my position very tight for over 4 moths already, not sell a single shares yet, only buy and average up, we are here for long term...
What we need is just patientce, Steve has his own plan to achieve his ambition, and he also need all the long term investors's support to help him .. as his wish is also our wish, we don't want to see huge fluctuation as this may ruin a promising company, slowly and steady but firmly uptrend is healthy , all the long term investors as well as the company will get benefit..., 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, we can wait, for the long term target is promising and worth the long waiting period...
Good luck to all...
Kind of fishy here, his last post going back 500 and 1000 posts to a few guys! Pretty selective!
Wow!!! That was a lot of information for my brain to take in.think my head swelled up a couple of inches.Lol.
Head down, follow through..
An intraday rally on low volume when the current short-term trend is down is not a reason to celebrate but a reason to be cautious.
Awesome wasn't aware of that
60% or better is restricted shares! Only 225 million o/s float, a lot of the float in safe hands!
Plus can you tell me all they have done since last SEPT.
You wouldn't believe it!

IF DID NOT OPEN DO A REFRESH ..
I KNOW WHAT I OWN
Sorry bassilious that post was ment for one nitwit
Nono don't get me wrong I'm trying to invest here, but are we really going to be pulling in that much? All the momo is here with a goo CEO he's pulling in a big business plan, will it be worth 300 mill ?
I do sometimes miss a decimal point and fail to catch it. Not sure of what instance you are referring to. I usually respond to all questions eventually but, my priority is trading my own account. If you don't get an answer for a few days, it's because I'm busy making money which I consider more important than chatting.
Case in point!!! The apitamy of one of the for mentioned people I spoke of earlier. I will say it again. No one would question the possibilities of a play they where vested in and I mean nobody. Folks these people words are meaningless. 52 week high was .29 with a fraction of what we know now. Perfect name for you buy the way. Enjoy your day
The pieces are being put into place. Let's consider what we know.
Steve has said his goal is NASDAQ. To get there, the PPS needs to be way higher than it is now. He has indicated he doesn't like shells and he has indicated that registered shares have increased to 2 billion because you don't become a big public company with only 500 million shares. So how does that growth happen?? Organically or via merger/acquisition, of course!
So, what do we have with ICPA??? A public company with websites, lots of them. Partnerships. Connections. An innovative, need-to-be-near-target restaurant review app. Deals with some big players that will be revenue generators (EZ-VIP, athletepromotions. com, Clear Channel via Clearvision Digital Networks, etc.).
Steve owns Self-Help, which is website based and revenue-generating. ICPA just acquired it for $1. So, ICPA is now bigger and poised to generate more revenue -- via SelfHelp, EZ-VIP, athletepromotions.com and the Clear Channel deal that was due to start airing June 1st. That's a lot of revenue streams!
And now we have a letter of intent to acquire Punch TV, a private start-up with a solid vision. You know, I recently saw an ad for Punch TV on cable and didn't know what it was, until my research with ICPA. We don't get Punch TV here yet, so it interesting that there was an ad for them, possibly because they are expanding into new markets? Punch isn't all that yet -- they are a start-up. But they have a vision and an awesome idea for a target audience.
Anyway, with ICPA we have a growing company with various revenue streams. We have websites and TV and a review app. We have a CEO who is very FB-oriented and has dropped a lot of clues, most recently the 2012 Social TV Ecosystem chart. If you put it all together...it would seem Steve is on the cutting edge of social TV, the next big thing. Just ask Mark Cuban, who is a big social TV fan, BTW, and has put his money where his mouth is! http://blogs.wsj.com/venturecapital/2012/05/02/the-daily-start-up-mark-cuban-backs-social-tv-start-up-flingo/
Oh and yes, Mr. Cuban is associated with EZ-VIP and is a connection of ICPA as well! It wouldn't be out of the question for him to take a more financial interest in ICPA -- though that is certainly not necessary for ICPA's success!
Social TV is the new thing, being likened to the 'early days of the Internet'. Anybody see Al Gore around?! LOL
Read up on it. You'll see how and why it is so exciting. And you too will see how many of the irons in the ICPA fire are heading in that direction! http://socialtimes.com/the-social-tv-ecosystem-infographic_b95727
Is it Monday yet? Is it Thursday yet? Everyday with ICPA is great!
Except there's 620 million shares outstanding. Which at 50 cents would give this a 310 milly market cap. Is that what's going on here ?
IT HAS BEEN LONG TIME SINCE I SAW A 5000%+ GAIN IN ONE DAY FOR A STOCK. I AM NOT SAYING IT WILL HAPPENED WITH ICPA BUT SERIOUSLY NEVER KNOW AND EVEN IF IT HAPPENED IT WORTH IT ;)
I KNOW WHAT I OWN ...
I'm averaging up, I am going to continue to buy a little every payday for the rest of the year, regardless of price going up. I am treating almost like a mutual fund. this is going to be fun. It already is fun
I agree,
let them pump it to a quarter, then reconslidate around what, .15 perfect, I can rebuy with the 80,000 shares sold at a quarter as profit, if it falls to .15, then it is an extra 53,000 shares in lock vault! The higher it goes, it not so easy anynore for those that wanted it to fall to a penny!
I sell for profit, money back in bank, it is my original investment dollars, but like alot of times, I rebuy! But, I never want it to go back down! That the key! The higher, the better!
Pretty amazing when all of the sudden they find out it a real stock! LoL! then they come, but longs already have a degree of control! LoL! They found that out! Nice job TEAM ICPA! There alot of us here holding a good portion of our shares for at least a year for tax advantages!
We have more than enough info for a a successful promo. So I say promo even if only right here on this board. Steve needs price per share and so in the heel do i
We know were not buying NBC, and we know there is still alot of speculation, and I think we will need a little luck., Most of us here trust Steve to make the right decisions, don't forget where he came from! He'll make a good deal. I do agree with you that the stock price will have to be higher to make the Punch deal. Steve must know the price is going higher. Personally I can't wait to see how this all plays out!! GLTA Long and Strong!
Love it.. You have the pumpers that just want to see price go up then you have the eloquently spoken supporters that just want to put enough doubt to creat a little volatility for flipping then you have the naysayers who are either lifeless losers that are the misery loves company type or they just want to get back in cheap type. I for one would never say anything of doubt until my position was cleared. Why would anyone? Pump it baby pump it. There is a lot to pump!!!!
I also remember Steve talking with time warner a couple months ago,all coming together could go on cable with Steve's connections..Stay Strong and Long ICPA
Launched on Wednesday, October 19, 2011, shortly after Columbus Day, Punch TV is, in many ways, also an explorer. Instead of spending the normal costs of $100 million to launch, Punch TV spent $10 million. Rather than launching by airing re-runs of popular and loved shows, Punch TV has 70% original programming. And now, Punch TV extends its originality even further as it introduces its Fall lineup of shows to prospective advertisers and/or their representatives.
Punch TV will be introducing a mere 17 of its roster of 36 new dramas, comedies, variety shows, talk shows, children’s shows, and inspirational entertainment on Friday, May 4, 2012 from 5:30 – 10:00 pm with a gala afterwards. The event will be well attended by a number of celebrities including Blair Underwood, Robert Townsend, Obba Babatundé, Damian Hall,Billy Dee Williams and many others.
Punch TV Network is proud to be sponsored in part by Pit Bull energy drink. Pit Bull, another trailblazer in its own right, is headquartered in the San Fernando Valley area of California, and is the only independent energy drink manufacturer/distributor in the nation as well as the only minority owned Beverage Company in the nation.
Punch TV Network, with a presence this Fall in more than 100 cities, does, indeed, personify the spirit of independent television. Punch TV! “Are you thirsty yet?”
Very well thought out post. Thanks for the DD. If Punch does not have much value at this time then if you have faith in Steve (and that is what this really gets down to) he probably won't pay too much for it. Then he most likely has a plan to get it moving and this could be because he can leverage his current assets and his relationships and contacts in the business more so than Punch could. Maybe, you're going to be able to stream Punch from IC Places.com for starters.
A lot of fun speculation about the coming week! We should just remember that it's speculation. Having said that, it seems obvious that we are going to be up this week by a good amount. Where will we end up by EOD. Friday? Not a clue here. But I am fairly sure I will be celebrating next Friday night :)
All week, you ain't going to be able to sleep! Buy thurs., hope it is in dime range!good chance of seeing .06 tuesday! IMO!
All week,It should be going up!
Im thrilled that the interview is on Thursday rather than Friday!!! FRIDAY TRADING....should be SO MUCH FUN!!!
Good DD, Dude..As I saw from the FB of IC places, Steve put the 8-K with ICPA's historical price chart, I thinks his made the hint for us , maybe our base should be at 52 weeks high 29 cents, Just IMHO...
And for ICPA's buyout Punch TV deal, that reminds me of the Chinese proverb, " Little snake swallow giant Elephant", a HongKong Chinese Business Man Li Ka-Cheng utilized this kind of strategy to bulid his empire....a kind of Amazing....wish ICPA and Punch TV get WIN-WIN by this deal.....
Good luck all....
Great JOB!!! Partner!!!!
