Thanks Nova. I just went into Sedar and read through their December MD&A. They haven't even met with the FDA yet but they state they feel confident that they will have to do a comparative study. Then they went ahead and made it look definitive by stating that a "study is planned" in their corporate presentation and press released "an updated corporate presentation."

And the expected completion dates for the functional unit and verified unit have been FURTHER DELAYED: the functional unit is now expected to be completed by Q1 2019 and the verified unit by late Q2 2019. The August MD&A stated Q4 2018 for the functional unit and Q1 for the verified unit.

Also, the December MD&A no longer states that the their system can produce images in less than 15 minutes vs the full hour required by current technology. It just states that it can produce images in "less time." NOT GOOD.

And here's the cherry on the cake: the December MD&A states that their consulting fees have increased by $1.4 million. They engaged "numerous consultants" to provide services primarily related to raising capital and public relations (PR), specifically INTERNET MARKETING, RESEARCH REPORTS,NEWS and PRESS RELEASES and their DISTRIBUTION. it further states that the company is CONTINUING with its ONGOING communications and marketing programs to efficiently increase the awareness of progress of the company.

Has anyone seen any of this Internet marketing that they claim they have done? What communications and marketing programs have they done? I have seen NOTHING. They spent 1.4 million and the stock has CRASHED over the past six months. Everyone should be writing to Jim Hutchens and the CFO John Vacha demanding to know where this money has gone. What is 100% clear is that whatever they have done has obviously FAILED.

Replying to the part of your post referring to having to do another pp. They have .38 warrants out there that equals just over 3.9 million. They will get those cashed 1st before any more public financing is done. Use that as a bench mark of where the sp is going. But keep in ming that those warrants are not expiring until april 2020.

If in fact they do raise more $$ it wont be from a pp, it most likely will come from an investment firm, and we wont be able to get in on it.

Roughly a year ago the sp was at .42. Its not impossible to see that again this year.

Personally I'd say you are making up news. The new presentation's only change is to say they are going to start a comparison of competitors which will take a minimum of a year. No mention of their FDA process or an update.
This wild fabrication of a bombshell buyout coming at $2 to $4 imho is absurd. $4 puts their valuation at $700M. Got to be kidding. There is no mention in any PR about negotiations going on.

They will run out of cash before the competitor comparison is complete and need to do another huge PP.

I think MsVanton has offered up some insider information (Thanks 4 Sharing!). I'm also in agreement with Uptick's price target of $2 - $4 Buyout - with the exception - I'm basing the numbers on US currency (USD) not Canadian currency (CAD). My best guess is management is now in position for an Execution Play/Buyout as it relates to its "...planned meetings with members of the investment community over the coming weeks..." If it's not that, I'd imagine a major partnership deal (investment). The upside to any/all speculation is it seems like the facts will play out between now and the coming weeks not months or years.

I do not see the value in sticking around for another hypothetical timeline regarding a completed device and/or FDA clinical trial. The communications coming out of Imagin Medical are very suspect. I hate to say it, but the crazy poster here may well be right. This is shaping up to be an insider enrichment scheme.

NO FDA.trial until.a.finished.product.is available from my understanding you need the product you are planning to sell for the trial and now it seems like maybe that is some time in 2019. In my opinion 2020 if you are lucky. Then ya got to get FDA approval for a trial recruit patients complete the trial and get the FDA to review it. Sorry folks 2020 for commercialization as the company claims is simply not realistic especially since the company has never met a time line that have not exceeded! I say maybe some time in 2022 you might have things ready to go if the stuff actually works! By then the company will have a billion shares out there because they will need to raise money OR if they run out of money and the tech will be sold off at a bankruptcy auction if it is worth anything. SO the.company.puts out a PR.saying.a pump.a.dump essentially occurred with the stock and the share price then melts down! What a bunch of morons! They said the OTC came to the company to ask about some promotional emails that were out there promoting the stock to see if they came from the company. The company says they said to the OTC exchange officials that they did not.
The fact that the company felt the need to PR that shows they are either incompetent or stupid. It would be like if some random message board poster claimed that they had great info on a company and that stock price was virtually guaranteed to go up. Somebody could report that message board post to the OTC and if the company was stupid enough to put out a PR on it the stock price would then melt down. It would be a good scheme except most companies would not be stupid enough to PR that! Not this one!
I see lots of message board posts that imply insider info that could be reported to the OTC, NASDAQ or NYSE. I am sure some get reported to exchange officials. I bet some companies are even asked about them. I guarantee you those that would put out a PR on a big nothing like that are few and far between. I would question the companies judgment as it appears that they do nothing to help the share price and even appear eager to use any excuse to hurt it. In my opinion. Told ya all to sell!
