I noticed that this talk of a name change and fresh start seems to date back at least 11 years. LOL. Of course, we should realistically start counting from Barton’s first appearance.
Have you actually been here since before the company‘s downfall?
Is that a fact? I wish, I could confirm your observation. My trips are consistently stuck on square one, with at best the Ask size taking off, but I‘m hopeful.

So, for the record, my last intervention lasted for 12 closing prices. Today is session 13. It looks like someone jinxed us back to quint zero one, with a whopping cent worth of shares. LOL.
I also subscribed to the Colorado notifications now, but I expect the next piece of news to come in through different channels. We‘ll see.
It‘s hard to expect anything, given the history here. You‘ll probably have to contact him again, but it‘s a gamble if he reacts to people. We‘ll see.
Do you plan on following up with him? In April, perhaps?

This is hilarious, but interesting. It‘s definitely reminiscent of IMJX, and an indication that not all the gaps might have to be filled. That could make the paperwork a lot easier. We‘ll see.

It would almost be too good to be true if we actually got word within the next two weeks. The next one or two months would also be fine. We‘ll see if something ultimately happens here. Even on the Expert Market, the stock could move past TZ1, almost immediately. There currently don’t seem to be any relevant sellers waiting, even though that could change with a realistic opportunity to get out, but with news, I’d expect almost no one to be ready to sell at TZ1. It’s been too long. The rewards should be more substantial than that.

It‘s exceedingly difficult to find buyers. As long as they‘re on the Expert Market, no US retail client can place a buy order. If they at least put out some news, it‘ll draw enough attention to generate some volume. If you want out, you can then sell to pros or people with Canadian accounts.
I‘m good for now. Already throwing good money after bad. LOL. Are you the one who placed 12.1 million shares on the Ask?
Damn cheats. I just ordered another 800,000 shares. They chose to finish their cup of coffee first, then they gave me 780,000 shares, and it still showed zero. After 4 minutes and 56 seconds, they finally completed their task. Crooks. At least, it‘s at TZ1 now. Who knows, for how long?

Yes, I checked his background before I bought in. It looks quite good, but he also works with the Zankowskis, and his projections from 2021 didn’t exactly pan out. Part of the reason is probably what happened to the OTC in general.
I‘m also inclined to believe that he’s up to something, and I might still get a few more shares. My questions are mostly about the timeframe. If we do hear something, we could still be a long way from becoming Current.
I‘m actually wondering if there is a maximum timeframe for which you have to fill in the gaps. They might not have to go all the way back. It would also make the paperwork easier, if annual reports sufficed. If they actually need to file a ton of 10-Qs, the only comfort is probably that there‘s been nothing to report, so it could basically be a copy-and-paste job.
They could make short work of this, if they just sold the shell. Starting new business would be more elaborate, but also potentially more exciting. For the moment, it would be good to hear anything through the official channels.
I‘d really like to know how reliable this is. It doesn’t really matter if it‘s February, March or April, as long as something happens in the next couple of months at all. No additional filing with Colorado or posting on OTC Markets, so far.
Nothing unusual happened in the other tickers you mentioned. Both below the minimum bid. IMJX traded those ridiculous 7 shares at 0.002858. That doesn’t make any sense, but since 7 isn’t a round lot, the price didn’t count.
Nothing’s happening. Not yet. And it‘s not traded. It can only be accessed by pros and with Canadian accounts.

I‘ve been looking into yesterday’s events more closely. I also connected the dots with a few other curiosities that struck me about the session. The apparent Lotto Basket also included IJJP, ECOX, BTDG and GTEH.
My new working theory is far less spectacular. I suppose, I could get confirmation if I sent an inquiry to OTC Markets. While I currently don’t doubt that these transactions took place, the only likely explanation for why they all coincided is that they shouldn’t have. It looks like a simple glitch. That’s the only way to make sense of timing and price action. None of the affected stocks showed any trades before 11:22:26 h. There must have either been a technical issue that caused all of these securities to freeze, or the issue was with the reporting itself. That leaves two options:
1) They were able to reconstruct the order flow and retraced everything up to that point within one second of action.
2) None of this took place when it seemed to. Without being marked as our infamous SEQ trades, simply all the data was provided at once.
A technical issue is also the only plausible explanation for some of the price action. At 11:22:26 h, some tickers traded at both the Bid and the Ask. It’s not likely that anyone could have cheated their way around the waiting list. A single buyer would have exclusively hit the Ask. He couldn’t have realistically barged in and instantly hit the Bid. Only a seller can do that. While the dealer network does seem to have certain discretionary powers, you generally have to line up to buy at the Bid, and you get your shares by waiting for sellers to hit you, plus everybody in front you. So, it really doesn’t look like a mysterious basket, after all. Even it it wasn’t, the activity in IMJX was momentous enough. GLTA!
