Out of sequence reporting. If you check the trades, you can see the SEQ flag. It basically means that transaction was reported with a delay. They did that on purpose, so the price wouldn’t count. You can see these shenanigans all over the place. MMs and the dealer network conveniently screw up all no bid stocks.
Only IH shows TZ1. Brokers usually ignore SEQs. That’s why the trade was sabotaged in the first place. I have this stock in two brokerage accounts, and neither has switched to TZ1. The volume checks out fine in the T&S.
What a fraud. I can see that this buyer was no more successful at jinxing it than I. All reported as SEQ. No change in account balance. The buyer exhausted the Ask, and they‘re still cheating.

Interesting. Someone was able to obtain the Ask size for me. We even ran a test, when I added a few shares to it. There seems to be next to nothing available. The last time, someone was able to access this information, there were extreme variations from day to day. I‘ll eventually find out. I just need another order to finally get executed.
Looks like jinxing the stock might not carry very far. This is already the fifth day in a month with a quint zero transaction, but the fact remains that I was the only real buyer in all of 2022, and even those were just small orders to insignificantly increase my position.

Excellent, I‘m glad it worked. Honestly, we‘ve seen him carry this tune before, but this is a f. gamble. I‘m extremely tempted. Unfortunately, I have no obvious exit in any ticker at this time. One of my orders has been pending since the 8th of December. I could either change my limit or wait. What a stand-off. LMAO.

Excellent, thanks. Now, we wait. The only response I ever got, was on Aug 6, 2021, followed by additional responses to Jared. Obviously, his timelines didn’t work out at all. I’m thinking that the market conditions on the OTC might have had something to do with it. It‘s surely tricky to share material information in private, but since he saw fit to respond before, I‘d really appreciate it if he did it again. I‘d consider averaging down, despite the number of shares I already have, but it‘ll take much more than an annual registration statement to convince me now.
Yes, good idea. My last attempt was on October 15th. It‘s worth sending a follow-up, if there‘s no response within a couple of days. That‘s worked for both me and Jared. You could also try both his e-mails simultaneously. That’s what I did last time.

There should never be selling restrictions. For me, there aren’t even buying restrictions.
What a son of a mother. I picked up a whopping 30 Dollars on Dec 30, to jinx the stock, and it didn’t work. I got my shares, but they cheated us with several SEQ trades, so we didn’t get the EOY price I wanted. And this anonymous dude only picks up 2 cents. I‘m not going to make a habit of adding shares. I already have too many.
