It looks like he cured delinquency, to subsequently move the entity. But one is a corporation and the other an LLC. The Colorado filing does refer to the address in Georgia. Only Stuart Barton himself could really explain this. But I think, the Georgia unit matters to him, and that he will react within the 60 days. He could be personally fined for neglecting the unit like this. And he's also somewhat staked his reputation on his conduct. It'll be relevant to our future conclusions, what happens next. Both ignoring and reacting to the authorities, will tell us a lot about him, and if he means business. From where I'm sitting, the lottery is still on.

Could it be he's letting the Georgia filing lapse? Isn't the most recent filing to cure delinquency and the new Registered Agent in Colorado? I'm not sure how one affects the other so someone with more knowledge about these types of filings will have to correct me on this.

The State of Georgia has posted a new filing, pertaining to the Imagexpres, LLC, Stuart incorporated there. Apparently, we're not the only ones, whose patience is being tested. If Barton still has plans, it's about time to snap to it.

It might have been a seller, who created this scenario. The bid could have been from a pro. Even selling would have created this jump, since there is officially nothing below 0.0001. All, this really proves, is that at least one party must have been someone, who placed a regular limit order. A broker in Belgium is supposed to still accept buy-orders for CE, but I haven't tested it yet. Not sure, if US citizens can get an account.

It's amazing, how there's no activity left at all. But the problem isn't stock-specific. It's just about all the CEs. But there's really no point in trying to sell this. Our choice seems clear. We might as well stick this out. There's nothing to salvage anyway. I'll wait for Stuart, to play his hand. I hope, it won't be much longer.

Nicely done, thanks. None of this is really unusual yet. The new CEO of GRLT took years, to get ready, but since he started making specific announcements, it's gotten really exciting. If Stuart can get it done, in the foreseeable future, it's quite ok. I'm trying to get a new brokerage account that allows me to increase positions again, in this type of stock. If it works, perhaps I'll try to a grab a few 1s, if they're actually available. That could get interesting. My lowest, so far, was 2. If anything ever happens here, all this waiting might be quickly forgotten. Let's hope so. Thanks again.

Schwab & TDA, but it's not about IMJX. It's a long list that includes everything that's designated Caveat Emptor. It's no coincidence that just about everything in this sector has dropped dead. It happened around the same time, the new restrictions were first implemented, which was on the 25th. You can now observe those ludicrous prices of 0.000001, just about everywhere, across the board. That's not even a real price. The minimum bid is 0.0001. If you're lucky, in your choice of brokers, you can still buy it, so can the pros. Its potential hasn't been limited. Given the right news, I'm convinced we could see hundreds of millions of shares trade, out of nowhere. But these are extremely challenging circumstances. Those brokers have proven effective henchmen, in the SECs crusade, against certain types of stocks and activities. It's inequitable access, of course. If it's true that there are no restrictions for the pros, they can grab all the freebies now. But that seems to be a decision, every broker can still make individually.

That's odd. I just noticed that your broker might actually be the one that shut mine down. They have the same logo, and they list Strateo SA as one of their subsidiaries. I only knew them as a subsidiary of Arkéa Bank. But if your broker still offers the same services, it makes sense that you're free to trade all this. They had some very specific issues. Try to look for EWLL, IHSI and INND. If it's the same system, they shouldn’t be able to find any of those. I know that they worked with a partner in Belgium. It could have been the same routing system.

Interesting, thank you. I might try to get an account there. I had an account with Strateo, in Switzerland, until the parent company shut it down. All portfolios were migrated to another broker, but they've put all OTC stocks on Reduce Only, so I'm totally pissed. It's not easy, to find a broker for OTC, these days, especially not for CE. I've also encountered other limitations, like no OTC stocks under 10 cents. It it actually works with yours, they might be one of the last. I'll take a look at it.

No, don't fall for this stupid game. The minimum bid is 100 times higher than this. It's unfortunate, what the TDA and Schwab restrictions have done to this sector. But our goal is to leave the CE designation behind. I wish, anyone could be sure, but then it wouldn’t be these prices anymore. Try to be patient. At 0.0001, selling is pretty much useless anyway. I'm taking my chances.

So it's no secret Stuart Barton is reviving IMJX, as a reminder he has filed in Georgia and Colorado to get IMJX current. I have confirmed via text with Stuart Barton that he indeed does have plans for IMJX and will be making an announcement in the coming months.

Currently the price is .0002 and the likelihood of the ticker being delisted is virtually none at this point. As soon as a formal announcement is made by the Safebus (ATWT) CEO Stuart Barton, you can expect a price bump simply for the pr and the use of the company, making this a no brainer trade.

Load up, this thing is going to be moving real soon and you'll never see this price again.
