This is just pure, unadulterated idiocy. You'd think one of their large shareholders would notice this and tell them to pull their heads out of their asses. And I'm guessing Ofra Shoham-Bazel will like anything if he likes dead links.
Shares should finish their consolidation at the end of the year as people dump the few shares they have left after the split for tax purposes. Then will they finally decide it's time to show a profit and go private? Of course, they would go private first, then show the profit. "Sole Approved Vendor Status by US Department of Defense to IDenta Corp." is yet ANOTHER arguably biggest development in the history of the company even though it's only for "detection kits for drugs under its foreign aid program targeting the African continent". It gets their foot in the door and may legitimize them somewhat in the eyes of many. Those people immediately want to do some research on the company, so they go to the company website. Although it was recently updated as far as how it looks, all the information is stale and there is ZERO information on buying their products. The link for "Consumer market" goes nowhere. The Twitter link at the top of the page goes nowhere. If the person does figure out how to get to their Twitter account, the latest tweet is 3 years old. Their Facebook page exists and has some worthwhile information on it, but also points people to www.eztoknow.com which leads to a Wix page that says there is no Wix page assigned to this domain.
After this large amount of frustration and nonsense, any potential customers or investors are just going to shake their heads and be done with Identa. And that's without doing the research that would probably leaving them rolling on the floor laughing.
Providing information on the internet in this day and age is not difficult. It really appears that they have no interest in their business.

Their Facebook page references eztoknow.com which takes you to a Wix page saying the domain doesn't belong to a website yet. Twitter link at the top of the page is bad because they forgot to include the .com after twitter. So if you use the link at the bottom or go to twitter.com/touchnknow you can read 3 year old tweets. Videos on YouTube are still relevant, but there is nothing new.
touch-know.com is now functional. It's a fairly worthless site. Some information, but no way to actually buy anything as far as I can tell. Different Facebook link on that one that takes you to a page that requires you to log in to view it.
touchandknowusa.com is still counting down 6 days 14 hours 59 minutes 10 seconds. None of the social media links there go anywhere.

Should have waited for the RS for the latest news. Would have actually had some effect on the price. The precious few remaining retail shareholders have all sold their 7 shares and moved on. At this point, they are going to have to show actual results to move the needle. People saw the .000 and thought "I'll throw some money at that, get 22 million shares and see what happens". They aren't going to want to spend $1.5 per share with the history of IDTA being what it is. Maybe dilution and misleading PRs are their plan. It's certainly not getting actual information on the internet or projecting a positive image.

I honestly don't expect anything to come out of touchandknowusa.com. Or Identa for that matter. I just thought it was funny that the timer keeps being reset.
If I was an IDTA shareholder, I'd probably be more worried about the CEO who didn't do anything and was only employed there for a few months. I would say I would be concerned about the massive reverse split, but since that wiped out most shareholders, there are a lot fewer shareholders now. I think most of the trading since the RS has just been shareholders selling their tiny amount of shares so they no longer have to look at them.

There was a reason why the PR's never quite rang true because they were never intended too. This was a rouse from day 1. Years of requests for more transparency and real sales numbers were constantly met with yet more fuzzy logic and cleverly worded evasion of tangible information. Management couldn't tell you too much or you would have got wise to there game. The crucial thing now is to learn from this lesson and apply it to ALL Pinks. We all go through this don't beat yourself up just realize any pink can pull this at anytime and trade accordingly with that in mind

Looks like I hit the nail on the head. I was quite a ways off on the ratio, but the sentiment was there.
I don't know that the business has improved by any significant amount, but this will basically wipe out all of the average-joe shareholders. Remaining shareholders will approve some pitiful buyout and the company will begin making money consistently after that.

NEGLIGIBLE loss! Well, for any other company it would be negligible, but for IDTA, as a percentage of revenues it's pretty big in that regard. -$7,279 for the quarter. If the UK or Israeli situation works out at ALL, they should be profitable from here on out. That's a big IF and based on their history, I wouldn't count on them making the right moves.

Based on their history, they should be selling shares right after the quarterly report, and may increase the AS again as well.
If they do start showing profits, the reverse split will come pretty quick in my opinion. It'll be a piece of cake for them to essentially wipe out all retail shareholders and have the large stakeholders still control the same percentage of the company they hold currently.
