The initial parcel is located in Anderson County, South Carolina. Wow, this is great to see in my opinion. It really fits the Active Lifestyle portfolio and with all the marketing materials they have for that group, it seems like a slam dunk. Seeing the company diversifying into a space that is tested and true with an eye for a targeted group like seniors. Duh! They have all the money:) This is easy.
