I see that we have been visited by past friends - so nice to know that our supporters are still out there.
Reading through some of the posts, I noticed that there has been some debate regarding Cornell. I certainly can understand ones concern about funding with regard to the OTCBB market, but so far no one has been able to provide supportable evidence that we should be concerned about IVP's relationship with Cornell Partners.
One must remember that IVP has entered into a traditional equity line of credit, with a time line and dollar amount restriction. In addition, it is known that Cornell has a desire to create a long term relationship with IVP, hence their involvement in the road show beginning next month. It would make absolutely no sense whatsoever for Cornell to take a stance on the short side at this point, as this would constitute the proverbial shooting oneself in the foot.
Look at it this way - how many of you out there have heard of these little institutions: Goldman Sachs, Salomon Smith Barney, Credit Suisse First Boston.... and as you all are very well aware these institutions have been involved with funding many companies that have been unsuccessful or have literally failed during the past two years. Are we to surmise that the public should unquestionably avoid companies that are involved with underwriting agreements with these institutions in the future?
My point here is - it isn't very prudent to lump all companies into one category, simply because they happen to be on an institutions list of companies they have funding agreements with. In addition, one must also remember that not all agreements are made equal, therefore, coming to a conclusion without all the particulars is quite dangerous indeed.
One more point to ponder - IVP's new management has taken the helm under a performance based agreement. This agreement stipulates very clear revenue producing thresholds, whereby, protecting stockholders and their investment, and certainly motivating management to produce.
It should be quite evident that management is betting quite heavily in the future of IVP, hence their agreement. Now here's the question you have to ask yourself - at this stage in the game, do you honestly believe they will get in bed with an entity that will have the ability to adversely affect their overall strategy and goals near and long term?
JW: is that counting julious and his monkey???
Gettng close...Brian will be back Monday ...from what he said expect 2 PR`s shortly..Brian is hoping the Road show will "take IVP off the pennies." his evental aim is to getthe stock high enough ....take IVP OFF the OTCBB. Ignition is becoming a "MONEY MAKER"...When Capital gains for the next quarter are revealed...it will surprise many investors...Just remember Ignition has some of the "best in the <wireless gaming > world" working there... Jeweler has shown they have DRAMATICALLY increased their employee work force...(guessing) their is poss some kind of committment to some outlet for a continuing supply of games, etc...Brian is expecting Big things from Ignition...They are looking for a distributor (outlet)
. Don`t know whether it is to contact with one or BUY one. The whole thing on the Road show >>>> DEPENDS on the Brokers response to their DEMO..convincing Brokers to convince their (Penny stock) clients to BUY IVP stock...
IF they are successful on all their stops....where IVP will climb to ....you guess??? Brian is expecting over $1
I imagine there will be some sell points...as some investors take some profits along the way....If IVP starts to shot up... anything is poss....because daytraders cud join the fray..other investors who see what is happening will JUMP in...Then it becomes a RUNUP!! So who knows... Take a guess!!! My guess ignitionwill make 10-12 million by years end...JMHO
To ALL: Believe there will be a couple of PR`s when Brian returns,,prior to Road show...Street talk says some HOT news will be forth coming..it will make everybody happy!!!
No 'wormie" bashers here!!

This site also has a live chat, just like the stockclubz one we were using. It's neat to have it all in one.
I heard that the tax selling was done as of Dec. 26, isn't Dec. 31 or this year Dec. 29 the last day to sell stocks for tax purposes? Does anybody know for sure?
