Will ITCC ever be traded again? I am stuck with my holdings for now.
The company's shares barely trade anyway.

ITC Introduces Valve Repair Library
Nov 10, 2008 11:18:00 (ET)
MCLEAN, Va., Nov 10, 2008 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- ITC Learning, one of the nation's leading providers of online training for industrial enterprises, has announced the introduction of its Valve Repair training library. The series' two lessons -- Gate Valve Repair and Globe and Control Valve Repair -- offer instruction tailored to technicians at all levels of experience, from novice through journeyman. In addition to meeting the needs of current ITC customers, these courses are intended to fill a more widespread need for courseware that is the result of recent consolidation within the training industry.
"These courses are an important introduction to the body of online industrial instruction that's available today," said Bill Walton, founder of ITC Learning. "While the industrial learning market is consolidating through acquisitions and bankruptcies, companies can rely on ITC's 30-year history of developing award-winning industrial skills courseware. Our new Valve Repair library, along with the hundreds of other courses we offer, ensures that critical training programs remain widely available."
ITC notes that their platform has been specifically engineered for easy adoption, even by clients with thousands of employees and multiple domestic and international locations. Their iKNOW courseware can be delivered directly to almost any Internet-connected computer or housed on a company's internal servers. Moreover, the iKNOW model of E-Learning is built around a contemporary methodology that has been proven to generate results among individuals with a variety of learning styles.
"Industrial businesses today simply can't afford to be without training," said Walton. "It's a matter of safety, productivity and competitive advantage. And as the standard bearers for today's E-Learning industry, we believe that we have a special responsibility to ensure that every company -- current customer of ours or not -- has the opportunity to realize their training goals if their current vendor is no longer able to meet those demands."

I have the same situation with WRSI at ETrade. I was told the same thing, and I received a letter from them for my record.
They are screwing you guys. I would file a complaint with SEC.
.012,,,,,
I can not sell mine ((((( damn broker!
009 X .05
You need to contact the SEC with this. If it is trading and trading up then someone, possibly BOA doesn't have the shares? Are they sending you a cert? They may be using the SEC as an excuse. I have never heard of the SEC telling a broker to remove shares out of an account. It is not their place to do so.
Same here, i can not sell hem holding i nice chunk ,free's ?, worthless, but it trades?? all tieves here !
My ITCC shares have "expired".
BOA informed me that the SEC told them to remove the stock from all accounts because it was deemed worthless, due to the fact that it has not had a transfer agent for over 6 years.
If it ever gets a transfer agent, it will be put back into my account. They said this happened to 3 stocks.
It is still trading and the bid keeps going up...Any comments?
it's nothing...bid still 0.006..
