sadly i didnt make it to Arizona this April..to make a long life story short, I bought a new house and relocated closer to my children, I had to decide what was more important, a seemingly easy decision...over six months of heavy training, and years of dreaming about returning to the "arena", along with Major sacrifice...the timing just wasn't right..
Ironman is not just a race, its a Way Of Life, a mindset, a huge sacrifice for the racer, their family and friends...it takes time and patience...
99% of the race is getting to the starting line...a Cliche` not understood until one acutally ebarks on such an endeavor
