is a bitcoin stock.... 2 exciting industries....

I has dd behind it and a ridiculously small o/s &

float and is now at 40.00 x 47.00 (from a low of

3 bucks last week)

the other (idad) has an EVEN lower SS & float

but no dd support.... and is at 4.00 x 6.00

IF the dd support comes from mgnt IT CAN

then when everyone discovered the 1-1000

r/s.... went as low as .006::.. stock opened

at 6.00..... went as low as 3.00 .... then some

small buying sent it to 14.00 (8 k shares)...

All idad needs is a nice intro PR with some

news and a new bio-tech company will

definitely get interest.... just a matter of

Alstocks I see the logic in your post thank you. From my perspective, I won't sell this stock when I'm down over 90% - no way. I'll be here observing what this company does, and not going anywhere. I also refuse to buy a stock that has .02% of its A/S outstanding and recently performed a heinous 1,000-to-1 R/S. No thank you. That's not 2% sir. That is 0.02% or 2 hundredths of 1 percent. Frankly, I am expecting to see toxic convertible financing come into this ticker soon to drive it back to sub-penny. I hope I am wrong and somehow a miracle occurs here.

I think you've misunderstood. I am aware of how the custodianship process works, and how they are sold.David absolutely does not trade his tickers, he's not a trader, that being said accumulation takes place on these dead tickers prior to the motion for appointment filings. Who is buying? Who is benefiting from the front load? There is accumulation, small enough to not push the pps up significantly,but enough to make some money once news comes out and it pops. Could be someone the lawyer knows,someone Lazar knows or just some random person in the filing office? Speaking of which, imagine being the person at NVSOS who handles the filings? Talk about supplementing your income.


Who said anything about asking him about trading. Why he does it the way he does it- Why this ticker? Why this time of year? Why in bulk? and so many others. Not much to do with trading,but to get insight into his why he does it the way he does it.

If you look at my previous Lazar posts i'm the one telling people not to email him for their trading concerns. I am never concerned about Lazar tickers when he controls them.

We can agree to disagree. I think spending even one second on share structure or legacy shareholders would be wasted from DL's perspective.

I still think there is money to be made by hitching a ride in the Lazar shells as he works them through the stages of rehab from abandoned to ready for sale.

Once sold it is a different story (and not part of the David Lazar story). That is a completely different investment thesis, and one that varies from new company to new company.

Prior to sale, the same investment thesis applies to all the shells - "Lazar will increase the value of the shell by remediating the filing and regulatory deficiencies, and I can hitch along for the ride". Once sold, however, each company has a different investment thesis based on a number of factors - what is the new biz, what's the business opportunity, what's the share structure, can management spell "cat" if you spot them a C, etc. The only things they have in common at that point is that Lazar is not a factor anymore and that the new co is a completely different animal than the Lazar shell was.

In math, you can't extend certain functions through a singularity. Lazar shells are the same way - you can't treat "before r/m" in a Lazar shell as a continuous function with "after r/m". They are two different investments that share an end point in time, with the "before r/m" ending and the "after r/m" beginning at the same time.

Thinking of them this way will also reduce people's angst, and help them understand that if you hold a Lazar shell through the r/m, YOU really have made TWO distinct investment decisions - one to buy the shell in the first place, and the second to "buy" the new company (and its management and whatever they might do) at the price as of the time of the r/m.

I do think that the due diligence Lazar puts in to vette his shells and clean them up makes them, as a group, attractive to a better class of buyers. We don't see the ridiculously scammy "serial P&D shells" here - those scammers tend to use shells they already control, not one that has been cleaned up and is controlled by a third party. Still - holding the new co is different from betting Lazar can add value through the rehab process, and tehre is no reason to ever believe that the management of the new cwould or should give a rat's ass about legacy shareholders.
