Richard E. Malinowski has a 25 year background in managing Enterprise IT Strategy and Operations for Fortune 500 Financial Services, Biotech and Software Development industry companies, with over 18 years of experience consulting for Fortune 500/1000 companies in the US, Europe and Asia. He was the former head of IT for CitiBank’s Money Market and Treasury divisions where Richard managed both divisions for IT and logistics and built two of the world’s largest trading floors at that time. Richard took the position of Head of IT the Western Hemisphere (including parts of the UK and Asia) and project management for Union Bank of Switzerland/UBS Securities as well as 7 subsidiaries where he managed 27 divisions for IT, project management, quantitative analytics and operations. He was on the Crisis Management Team at UBS for over 10 years. Richard has designed and built 54 of the largest trading floors worldwide. Background also includes 9 startups, 3 of which became “Top 50”/”Fast 50” corporations; Culturefinder, Infogate (sold to AOL as AOL Financial), Albridge Solutions- sold to PNC Bank for $385MM. Working experience as an enterprise architect, a security systems visionary, an expert in real time systems networking, applications development, infrastructure design and IT strategy for multi-tiered environments including Web technology, and high volume online transaction, non-stop and clustered computing. Richard implemented the first supercomputer on Wall Street and spearheaded the design and development of REMTCS High Performance Computer system.

Christopher Roberts, Chief Financial Officer https://www.linkedin.com/in/chris-roberts-9b1058a/ Mr. Roberts brings more than 30 years of experience in public and private corporate finance and government contracting to Quantum Computing. He has served as the President & CFO of Systems Made Simple (now a subsidiary of Leidos), Integral Systems (now a subsidiary of Kratos) and Pearson Analytic Solutions (now a subsidiary of General Dynamics). Mr. Roberts is an expert with financial experience in accounting, financial reporting as well as M&A integration. Mr. Roberts has a law degree from the University of Virginia Law School and a B.S, in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A., both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Sergey Shuster, Quantitative Data Scientist/Systems Architect
Mr. Shuster is an applied quantitative mathematician that has been developing derivatives-pricing and credit risk models for over 25 years. During this time he has programmed over 200 quantitative models implemented in numerous computer languages and risk management systems. Mr. Shuster has designed, developed and implemented multiple client systems which have consistently outperformed market benchmarks. Due to Mr. Shuster’s participation in the Mathematical and Physics Olympiad, he received the personal letter of recommendation from the President of Russia Academy of Sciences as the Mathematical Olympiad Winner. He earned his PhD in Applied Mathematics and Economics.
Thomas M. Kelly III, R&D Director
Mr. Kelly is a proven senior level executive, with 30 years of experience leading all phases of operational performance in large industrial organizations. For the preceding 5 years, he has worked closely with Founder of Quantum Computing, Richard Malinowski, consulting clients in the banking and defense industries on information systems projects. Mr. Kelly spent a 20 year career at Mack Trucks, where he was President of subsidiary Mack Defense. He has earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics and also holds his CPA & CPM designations.
