At the end of the day none of us really know it's just trying to make an educated guess and hope we are right. With that said hopefully you are right and there is no RS. So NTEC can blow through a dollar as I thought it would yesterday the way it was trading early. Which is why I pulled my sell order at .76

This will hit a point in time, soon, and two things will happen... the algorithm that is doing the selling and the public sellers will all catch up with each other and the reason behind the run up to .75 will kick back in and this will take off again... only people who will win are those that have bought or added at this dip.

You are so wrong... The form 4 are directors, they bought 40,000 shares... the minimum split is 1 for 5 the max is 1 for 25. Do the math they 40K gets dwindled down so far what would possibly be the purpose of buying them.... and unless as insiders they know something big is coming the stock will dip and they will lose that investment..

But if they know something is coming then by 40,000 and ride it out... Pandemic has both the Nasdaq and NYSE holding all de-listings at this time... That RS in the 8-K is nothing but a standard protection any responsible board of directors would add...look at the date on the form 4 not the date it was posted...they did the buying before the 8-K was put out... so your saying they bought before they then authorized the RS...they bought because they knew they would be putting out the RS notice and did not care...putting that RS info in the 8-K is no different then the language that in the Forward Looking Statement paragraph that is put out in almost all documants.

You want to panic and look for boogie men its you prerogative but your looking for monsters that aren't there IMO

The twitter post is one thing but on 75mm shares when it's pushing toward a dollar I would understand a blip in some selling. But if that post is not true it would def create some selling but not create such a two day avalanche. The form 4 doesn't mean anything in regard to RS. They are getting their shares at a cheap enough price to be well positioned for RS. They are insiders and in long term.

Look at the form 4 that were filed on July 15 officers do not acquire stock when they know if a reverse split is coming... People simply hear it and they sell out of fear...

The twitter post I refered to was posted at 12:40 the selling started around 1 pm... throw in that the stock had hit a high to where many who owned it from the low's were up over 100% ...combine the two and you have perfect storm for selling...

Stupid to not look at the reality of how it's trading. It retraced all the way back to where it started before it went up after trading 75mm shares. That doesn't exactly show promise. It shows something must be wrong

I think the twitter post yesterday about them doing a RS has people very nervous. But fact is when a stock is non compliant on the minimum bid they add the RS board approval as a precaution to prevent getting de-listed

Actually got a few of those myself.

The push came in so hard and fast I knew it was time to load a few.


A little over 10 minutes later those .285 - .295 were already over .32....and finished even higher.

Not a ton but all I could manage as I didn't know how low they'd take it ....plus it was a quick move.
