The twitter post is one thing but on 75mm shares when it's pushing toward a dollar I would understand a blip in some selling. But if that post is not true it would def create some selling but not create such a two day avalanche. The form 4 doesn't mean anything in regard to RS. They are getting their shares at a cheap enough price to be well positioned for RS. They are insiders and in long term.

Look at the form 4 that were filed on July 15 officers do not acquire stock when they know if a reverse split is coming... People simply hear it and they sell out of fear...

The twitter post I refered to was posted at 12:40 the selling started around 1 pm... throw in that the stock had hit a high to where many who owned it from the low's were up over 100% ...combine the two and you have perfect storm for selling...

Stupid to not look at the reality of how it's trading. It retraced all the way back to where it started before it went up after trading 75mm shares. That doesn't exactly show promise. It shows something must be wrong

Dont trade with house $$$ coz u likely to panic and give away your valuable shares anytime theres little down movement. Use DD as your gps guide

I think the twitter post yesterday about them doing a RS has people very nervous. But fact is when a stock is non compliant on the minimum bid they add the RS board approval as a precaution to prevent getting de-listed

Actually got a few of those myself.

The push came in so hard and fast I knew it was time to load a few.


A little over 10 minutes later those .285 - .295 were already over .32....and finished even higher.

Not a ton but all I could manage as I didn't know how low they'd take it ....plus it was a quick move.
