I guess smartest people in the room left. I knew by the way this was trading something was up and it ended up being a financing. Apparently they squeezed the company at 35 cents to not pay up on the financing. Maybe when it ran to 78 cents that was the plan to get it above a dollar do it higher and things obviously changed for this to about face erase the gains the same day the way it did. I missed selling when it went into 70's and now I will buy more on Monday or Tuesday if this gets hammered below 35 cents. Many of these deals a few weeks after financing's will have a window when they pop. That's going to be the exit. Unless you are in this long term.

NTEC has hit its bottom at .40. We anticipated low quarterly earning results. Despite that, NTEC filed its report and show very good potential to grow much higher outcomes. We should see NTEC flies into the .50s tomorrow! Most importantly, we see no RS!

I bought this thing on July 22nd when it was at .79, thought i got a good price at .585 and the bottom fell off to where we are now. yes we need an up to get out.

Financial information released... out look still good here, Covid has taken its toll..losses are way down in comparision to same Q of 2019... balance sheet has improved greatly. Now to see what the market thinks of this report. One thing in the report shows why the sell off occurred...there was a 16 million share private placement with a price of .30 cents and 8 million warrants with a strike price of .24 so 24 million shares are and were available to be sold... that answers the question as to why this fell from 78 to where it is now.

No mention of a RS in this report either by the way

Anything is possible, but there's no reversed split anytime soon. If you know there will be a RS, you wouldn't be hanging around with NTEC. Unless, you're saying hoping for it to go down, so you can buy it cheap.

You are a broken record and like everyone on this board do not have the absolute answers. I have held some deals through a reverse. DFFN was reversed 1 for 15 a little over a year ago. I held some through it and loaded up at same price as NTEC low 30's and some at 29 cents. DFFN went to 1.60 recently and probably going much higher in next 2 - 3 months. So what's the problem if people bottom fishing before a reverse if it happens.

Well your lack of comprehension is showing... at no time did I say it was not coming... YOU and your shadow said who would buy WITH A RS COMING. You see thats a clear statement that your saying for sure a RS is coming.

I have said all along that they did indeed file they have authorized one I have said over and over why I do not think one will come at this time....

1. All possible de listed stocks file a potential RS

2. Directors did a Form 4 Buy, why but if your doing a RS

3. I said if one is coming we will know 15 days in advance ...

So as you can see or read I have never said it wont come, I have said why I think it wont, but I have also said if the PPS gets to low they wont have any choice but to RS... do the DD of reading all posts before make a statement that has no merit.

I know your knew here but are you knew to trading... do you know what Nasdaq delinquent means... do you know what failure to maintain the minimum bid means... or are you just required to keep saying RS RS RS RS...

Do some DD on the Nasdaq and you will see that any stock that is delinquent past the 30 days will most likely file for a reverse split of IF NEED BE THEY CAN DO IT TO MAINTAIN THEIR LISTING ON THE NASDAQ.

Thats the answer to why... problem is very few ever have to enact it... these guys wont...so listen very carefully THERE IS NO RS COMING.

Another person add to the attack I see... could not get it done with just one spouting RS in every post now he has a partner... There is a authorized RS based on one thing...They are below the minimum bid and its a precaution that all possible de-listed NASDAQ stocks take..

There was a form 4 filed and the directors all made purchases ... who does a purchase and then reverse splits the shares they bought...they could have bought after the split they authorized if there were going to do it. So you and you buddy can just move along.
