Janice as you are probably aware the person you are responding to is well versed in touting promo stocks. And as to whether he has made $22K he may well have since the touters get the news well ahead of the newsletters they pump out.
If he did get out, as he says, that's a pity, as the people touting these scams deserve to be the ones holding the bag when the SEC shut them down.

That would rather obviate the point of the suspension, don't you think? The SEC warns against penny stocks generally. If you choose to play them, you risk losing your entire investment.

Stock Castle's last pick was suspended in December. This really wasn't all that difficult to predict.

Certainly those promoting IMTC in spite of all the well-documented evidence that IMTC was a scam didn't mind regurgitating the company's lies, while selling their own stock at exactly the same time as they were urging others to buy, don't have any conscience about the losses they caused to people.

No doubt they feel good when they examine their wages because their gains came from their marks' losses. Pennys stock scams like IMTC are by definition a zero sum game loaded heavily in favor of the insiders.

But I can't deny I'd feel good if some of the IRPs working IMTC were to face justice.

And in the meantime Janice Shell should feel very good indeed that she put the facts about this scam in the public domain and hence helped those who were willing to listen.
