the scumbag(s) that bought this shell from that grifter/punk carey cooley, whomever they are, have been hiding & deflecting from day 1 with IFAN. On all fronts it appears to be not legit, but to what end, what was their scam, how did they make money, is it over? the run to .052? shorting it on the way back down to .0001? the run to .052 happened right in the beginning when the shell had been "bought" & there was speculation, among other things it could have been a successful company like Henniges. it wasnt. there is no telling what this is exactly. but unfortunately, based on empirical evidence, it looks like a scam. Cooley could have bought the shell with money he would pay by selling ifan shares immediately after the deal was done, then he could have sold it to a buddy (like a 'Larry Williams') for shares paid back to himself. Did any actual cash change hands? who knows. their "pr's" , the trademark, the building, the ticker change, etc, did NOT come forth. this stupid 'offering' for 1 cent back from march to june, what a joke.
this is exactly the opposite of what the public trading marketplace is supposed to look like and the worthless SEC is supposed to enforce that, that transparency, etc. but they dont.
at this point, it's your call but why sell now when it might ultimately wake up and run? but somethin is better than nothin. It's tough.
