This process continues for next several trading days or even weeks to create panic among actual investors to finally dump their shares. The variable that you are missing is the date. The shares are to be issued "later" when the stock will be trading at a different price. Larry Williams is a pro in the real-estate business. He is turning out to be a big asset for Vivarius.
