I can't believe Cooley, Kareem and Larry Williams dumped so many shares into the market that this dropped all the way from 5 cents.
Looks like that last tweet is going over well. NOT. Come on peeps, think. What REAL company with any REAL revenue hides behind an old IFAN logo twitter account?
If there was anything of real value here we would have known this by now.
Sorry, but the bagholders are all screwed.
What’s the typical otc formula?: small or one man management team, pump the hell out of it, issue convertible preferred shares to owners/seed investors, dilute commons to hell, reverse split, convert preferred to sell, run away with $$$$$$ and leave the bag holders….?
Unless Mark Anderson is part of the "management team", it's a one man show. Such bullshit he likes to Tweet. Why doesn't he introduce the shareholders to this "management team". Heck, why doesn't he actually come out and confirm his identity??
Well, read those reply tweets to his tweet. He's heard it all
I would have preferred the magic mushroom
Bet they were accumulating during the avalanche,,
LOL. This is laughable. So, 8 Mile Larry likes to draw? Cool. New logo, but what about a change of name with FINRA? What about what the company actually is? What about stop all the secrecy and out with it??
I still see absolutely nothing here. A one man show. Only a Mark Anderson has now been identified as being in cahoots with 8 Mile Larry.
Seems he has been reading all the criticism about hiding behind the old IFAN logo. Now let's see him step up and end the criticism about who he actually is.
If this "Larry Williams" had nothing to do with 8 Mile, he would have revealed himself long ago. He knows the stock is tanking because of his identity, so it makes perfect sense to continue to hide.
"Our management team is working on the new logo."
The so-called dilution was called out in the filing, it was to close out an old note holder I believe so for people to call it out here as a surprise finding is laughable
Update to shareholders: Our management team is working on the new logo. I’m so proud of them. Teamwork Makes The Dream Work. pic.twitter.com/9ZSFIlfsAz

"What is being proposed isn't an actual business that needs a public shell."
That pretty much sums it up for me. When I read that "new management plans to purchase real estate"' initially, I assumed it was a small building to house the operations of that (now debunked) soho venture. It's the only connection that made any sense to me.
The only way this company can grow is to continually purchase more real estate, because tenant rates (revenue) will remain relatively stable. If this were the soho venture it'd have the possibility of growth potential, but this is apparently going to bring in at best $4M revenue until more properties are purchased. Not the worst idea I've seen for a shell, but certainly not ideal.
agree right before new company it was holding well, then huge flush, that's old rats
LOL. That's easy. Could be a scam.
You cut my sentence and took it out of context. We both know I was repeating your insane claim that 8Mile was moving to Houston to be close to his son in Los Angeles.
Ok, so let’s pretend that Larry Williams set up residence in Houston because it fits your very strange belief that there’s only one Larry Williams in America who could possibly be the CEO of IFAN and he’s a real estate agent from Detroit- the poorest real estate market in America.
How could Larry Williams afford to buy a 385,000 sq ft building with a government tenant knowing that there’s no way it could be paid for by diluting a shell that’s at .003?
Whoever is buying IFAN has real money. It isn’t a middle income real estate agent from Detroit.
Why did the MM's tell their partners to not let this stock run today? If it's a sh** stock leave it alone move on. The Market Makers were stunned today and want back in. Forget 8 mile!!! The MM's know as I do this stock is going to happen.
People--- I!! you believed and hung on, now, back up your beliefs and hold--might just be the winner you thought. There will be many opportunities to buy and sell and make money in the short term.
If you can wait for the large return then wait. DO NOT SELL IT ALL. IF YOU CAN WAIT sell some keep some. Patients may win here. Go IFAN TEAM and thanks for update.
It’s obvious what’s going on here when voices are being silenced
That’s all the dilution from the former debt holders. They purposefully didn’t release the financials to show us what was going on. I held because most thought it was only 50 million shares…..but it turned out to be 8x that amount.
Now PAUL sits at 005 and isn’t budging down. He knows it’s going to go higher and he’s waiting patiently to finish his business.
If the AS gets raised to many billions….then we are in trouble. If the share structure remains in tact….then all looks good and it appears Larry Williams has funds. He needs to release how he plans on paying for this venture asap though.
Nevertheless, those is the know accumulated today
When dealing with multiple tenants in a building it is easier to acquire to company that owns the building or facility than to purchase the property. No new leases to be signed or negotiated. No transition of people on payroll if the comapny is required to provide mainteance. Many more things to consider. Sometimes something that seems straight forward, isn't.
How do you know 8 Mile didn't move to Houston? You have no idea what his movements are. And considering people were saying his business in Detroit was closed up, he wasn't answering the phone, etc., sounds to me like he was probably in the midst of a move. If he's starting a new business, he can choose any state to do that in. We don't know what his connections to Houston are. But what we do know is your new CEO is 8 Mile Larry.
You might have missed it, but IFAN also dropped another financial, and again, Larry Williams is a resident of Houston Texas. If it was a mistake the first time they would have noticed it by now and fixed it this time. It isn’t a mistake and I’m positive 8Mile didn’t move to Houston to be close to California.
Just to give an idea of how large a 385,000 sq ft building is:
https://lightingdesignalliance.com/portfolio-item/the-kirby-collection/
The lower section of the building is 85,000 sq ft and the tower is 300,000 sq ft. The example here is a residential building, but it gives you an idea of the size involved. Additionally, one of the tenants is government so you can be certain it isn’t some dilapidated building, either. This isn’t a building you can pay for by diluting IFAN. At this point, with IFAN, if the SP is ~.005 you can make $1m by diluting the AS completely. You couldn’t even buy the foyer of a 385,000 sq ft building for that. At that point you have to raise the AS to get more and once you do that the price of IFAN goes to trips and dilution gets you next to nothing. No bank would loan 8Mile the money for this deal because they know that dilution could not pay for it. The only way this deal is possible is if the purchasing company has massive cash or wealthy financial backing. It clearly isn’t 8Mile.
What's wrong with this sentence? Someone please school 8 Mile:
"Most of the due diligence has been completed. We look forward to our first acquisition toward establishing the company's new direction. I have the utmost confidence in the potential of this candidate and the value it will bring to IFAN shareholders and investors. We look forward to disclosing the government anchor tenant after confidentiality agreement term cease and closing which we look forward to within the next 30 days," commented CEO Larry Williams.
So. According to the PR the "company" which isn't a company at all because we still don't know what the company is, has a LOI to acquire a real estate property with a gov. tenant. Further this was stated:
"To that effect, the Company has executed a letter of intent to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of the acquisition candidate..."
Can someone please explain to me what "shares"? What?? The landlord has shares? This is really bizarre.
Have you been watching the OS at all the past few months? It was close to 700M shares OS only a matter of months ago. It's now over 1 Billion shares in the OS. That's some massive dilution with no transparency.
Where do you see dilution? This isn’t a condo for Airbnb, quite large for what you describe as passive income?
What is being proposed isn't an actual business that needs a public shell. Lots of individuals buy property to rent out for passive income. Carey Cooley, Kareem Mansour and Larry Williams just skipped the traditional mortgage lending process and got a bunch of OTC traders to fund them.
So basically Larry Williams diluted $IFAN to hell in order to buy a multi family apartment complex?
Have you not considered why "Larry Williams" is still hiding behind the IFAN old logo Twitter account? Is there no company name? Is he just going to keep the old IFAN Financial name?? Wow, what a joke. Do you not think he knows ALL about the connections people are making to 8 Mile Larry? AKA Larry J. Williams II all over Twitter, on his FB page, by emails, phone calls...etc?? The guy has been bombarded with inquiries as to if he bought IFAN. And, still to this day, he has remained silent. Hmmm...why is that? And why is he still creating confusion with shareholders?? Why doesn't he just come out and be transparent with shareholders??
All this deception and secrecy IS NOT GOOD. And it does not reflect the characteristics of any real company with real revenue.
Sorry dude.
This has 8 Mile Larry written all over it.
Oh, and btw, there is still no website! LOL. This is just too hilarious and depressing all at the same time. How can anyone with half a brain think there is anything REAL behind this?
Actually, I read it quite well. The company being acquired essentially owns a single large building. IFAN is acquiring a building by-way of acquiring the company that already owns it. If the business were more than just ownership of that building, then the PR would have stated as such. It's just a rental property whose largest tenant is a government entity.
Bud, it's 8 Mile Larry. Get over it.
I’m authentically curious. This wasn’t Soho Self, it certainly doesn’t sound like 8Mile and there hasn’t been any dilution for months but you keep on stating dilution is about to happen. You’ve been wrong repeatedly in regards to this ticker about statements you’ve stated as if they were absolute facts. I’m not saying IFAN is going to sue you, but eventually, it’s possible you’ll come across a company that wishes to make an example. I recommend caution.
LOL. OMG. Comedy at best. Thanks for the laugh.
At what point does someone become liable for making non-factual claims against a corporation without evidence? Have you considered the possibility that making negative claims without evidence are grounds for legal repercussions? If I were you I would consider using qualifying statements. They make libel cases much more difficult to pursue.
You didn’t read that very well. Lol Ifan bought the business too. You see the word SHARES? Then the government anchored tenant. They left vague enough for you to fud so more about it. So batters up. Tell us how that’s not true. Lol
Hmm, if all he's going to do is buy individual investment properties with this shell, then it's less desirable (to me at least) than I thought. Even less if it's in Detroit. If it were sohoself, that would at least be technology related.
The problem with that is the lack of real excitement and buying here. It's hard to dilute. Stay tuned for a massive increase in AS. Coming to a stock near you!
Please share your new dd.
If that were so.... He's be trying to dilute right now.... And he's not. Show me the proof of dilution. He wants the price higher if he's going to
Out at .0039. Thanks for the bounce, $IFAN
So why is this "Larry" still hiding from shareholders? Why is he still tweeting behind the old defunct company name and logo? Can't afford a name change? LOL.
The LOI news is so shady. Setting up for dilution to be sure.
This is NOT going to end well.
Go 8 Mile!
No dilution this morning from the PR so far. PAUL is just waiting patiently at .005
Seams that's his # he wants
LOL. This is priceless!
First of all, not sure if I believe you or anyone on Stocktwits about this.
Second of all, dude, you're asking the WRONG question! LOL. The question should have been: can you confirm that the Larry Williams you are affiliated with is the Larry J Williams II from Detroit Paramount Realty?
Why don't you try asking that question and see if you get a response.
I bet you get silence.
I read a post by Elleon on StockTwits stating that he’d sent a message through the SohoSelf website asking about their relationship to IFAN and they responded that “Soho Self is not affiliated with IFAN.” For confirmation I did the same and asked, “Is Soho Self at all affiliated with IFAN?” Below is their one word response:
https://mobile.twitter.com/charge_sir/status/1483407316447744000
Did you ever consider the possibility that the PR guy does PR for multiple unrelated companies in some wacky plot to make a living? Instead you just shoehorned some weird theory about a moderately successful real estate agent somehow going public as the CEO of a video game company and then passed your theory off as if it were fact?
The fact is that we don’t know who owns IFAN. There’s thousands of Larry Williams in the US. There’s hundreds just in Houston, where the official (and legal) filings state Larry Williams lives.
Are you still on here saying it’s 8 mile? Couple months ago you was on here saying it was 8 mile cause his name was on the OTC and it was illegal to put anything else. Also you know for sure because he started dilution to pay people equity because his LinkedIn said so. Then I check today and the new uploaded files say Larry Williams, Houston Texas, they diluted to pay off old debt, and 8 mile is still busy flipping 75,000 homes. Not only was your dd terrible you now have more dd and I think your just making it up. Times a creeping up on you. Your arrogance with your dd will be your undoing.
no dark/defunct ,dilution,, or much retail left for that matter,,
