Sorry, the info is at 2:53 minutes on the Video.
Someone bought 10.000,000 shares of Hyliion over a long period and now because of the large ownership she had to report it on a form. That is what the info says in this youtube video.

Grats, very nice trades, but why $17? Why not much lower, when the remaining OG SHLL investors, still hanging around, take profit? Or maybe they're all gone and all those 17s and 18s sold during that stretch are the new OG investors?

Interesting how all the SPACs come out at $10.00 But many do not know the blank-check companies' plans until it starts to run. I found out about DraftKings at $18.00
I bought at 12 sold at 33 bought at 19 sold above 50.50 they day before merger was announced looking to get back in at 17 ... i posted everything back in June what was going to happen when i made the orginal Hyliion board .... Hyliion is a real gem Emerald green
Jev i agree. I believe there is a huge short position here. End of the month will be telling. Hang in there till then. GLTY
I was just having a conversation over on Yahoo finance board about how terrible GS analysts are or possibly corrupt.
On July 17th they downgraded NIO to sell and couldn't have been more wrong. I would almost consider this a good thing.

Hyliion Shares Up On VC Stake, Flying J Stake Disclosures
Today 1:55 PM ET (Benzinga)Print
Shares of Hyliion Holdings Corp (NYSE: HYLN) were up sharply Wednesday after several SEC ownership filings were issued Tuesday after the market closed.
Axioma Ventures Stake: A 13D filing showed that venture cap firm Axioma Ventures owns a 10.8% stake in the company.
The venture cap firm was an early investor in Hyliion, leading a 2017 $21 million funding round. Axioma co-founder Howard Jenkins has been a director in Hyliion since 2016.

FJ Management Stake: A 13G filing showed that FJ Management owns a 5.4% stake in Hyliion.
At the time of its 2017 funding round, Hyliion highlighted FJ Management as a partner.
The FJ Management stake is interesting as it's being tied to Warren Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK-A) (NYSE: BRK-B).
Buffett bought a 38.6% stake in Pilot Flying J in 2017. That stake will grow to 80% by the year 2023.
FJ Management owns 11.3% of Pilot Flying J and will own no stake in the company by 2023, with the Haslam family owning the remaining 20%.
Benzinga’s Take: Both of these companies were reported as shareholders at the time the SPAC deal was announced.
The filings could breathe new life into Hyliion shares, which are down 45% over the last month.
Shares of Hyliion traded up 6.6% to $28.25 at the time of publication.

EXR has an advantage over all trucks for now, because of Range, Speed of refill and Load carrying capacity (Not too many heavy batteries to carry).
prefer the Nikola model one price covers all fuel and maintenance.
Natural gas as an immediate way to electric drive trains is good, in hub motors may be practical a couple of years as well.
Suspect they will need to offer a Fuel cell alternative as well as green hydrogen prices will tumble to lower than NG and Diesel but they can wait 3-4 years.
So exciting to have a few companies trying to get into a new market - Gorilla game investing strategy - Geoffery Moore must be very happy.
Invest in them all.
Read the operating costs in the investor presentation again and look at the fuel cost assumptions. They are not currently correct. Not saying they won't be by production time.
"But Hyliion also believes that the total cost of owning and operating a truck with an ERX drivetrain will be lower than for conventional diesel-powered trucks available today -- even with a higher upfront cost."

This was the day I was waiting for to reenter. Based on this chart, there is a nice little foundation around the $26 area and it looks to be already acting as a nice support. I grabbed 500 shares. Really hoping this area holds, if $26 fails, it's no bueno.
Best of luck!
Wanted to clarify that this is a new filing, not a new position. After reading my post is sounded like they just acquired that position. My apologies.
New ownership sec filing in HYLN for joint-owner of Pilot Flying J, and Maverik convenience stores. Approx $250 M stake. See filing.

The ERX is slated to begin trials with customers in 2021, with volume production ramping up in 2022. It has a small battery pack that can be charged on board by a natural-gas-fired generator. It is a unique setup that saves truckers weight.
An electric truck designed for long-haul applications without a generator would have to have so many batteries that towing capacity would be compromised. It would simply be too heavy. Logistics companies and their customers would be paying, essentially, to haul batteries across the country. Hyliion believes its ERX will be lighter than existing diesel-powered rigs.
Natural gas is also a cleaner-burning, less carbon-intense fuel than diesel. Hyliion says there are already more than 700 stations in the U.S. that can refuel with natural gas. The same can't be said about hydrogen-filling stations.
"Renewable natural gas is another megatrend," said Thomas Healy, Hyliion's founder and CEO. He's referring to natural gas that is generated from sources such as landfills, not by taking it out of the ground. Burning it is theoretically "carbon negative" because the carbon dioxide that is released is less damaging to the atmosphere than methane just floating away.
"California believes it needs more natural gas powered vehicles, they have too much renewable natural gas," Healy said.
By using renewable natural gas, just 335 ERX-powered trucks could eliminate a million metric tons of CO2 over their lifetimes, the company estimates. That certainly could be motivation enough for environmentally minded logistics companies.
But Hyliion also believes that the total cost of owning and operating a truck with an ERX drivetrain will be lower than for conventional diesel-powered trucks available today -- even with a higher upfront cost. Tesla has made the same argument about the battery-electric truck it is developing.
There are promising early signs of interest. Agility (AGLTY.Kuwait), a global logistics company based in the Middle East, has a preorder for 1,000 ERX powertrains. Agility is also taking an equity stake in Hyliion, as part of a $325 million private investment in public equity, or PIPE, that will come when Hyliion merges with Tortoise.
I think the ERX is a super winner. See below

how are they diluting the shares
Hyliion is a total loss I like how I hub deletes tge real Hyliion board then turns shll board into hyliion shows the game is rigged
Take a look at their projected revenue, truck and profits won't roll out till Q1 2022. When you have 400% gains since June, you take it. Bird in hand......
On the flip side, if you make it through the politicians arguing over the New Green Deal, and you wait for the PIPE to sell their shares, then you exercise those warrants when they are called, then 2023-2024 rolls around and you see Hyliion get some big contracts, you may be sitting pretty with some nice gains. imo. But who really knows.....
My post a little earlier on the VLDR board:
I think it’s the share structures of these Spac’s post merger that’s the problem. The original GRAF shares are being diluted. Original shareholders are only ending up with a small percentage of the new company. Same thing happening to SHLL share holders.
Study this carefully.

Then buy HYLN at current prices.
Regular trucks: Diesel engine charges batteries, batteries drive
electric motors that propel the vehicle.(1000s of trucks)
Lowered CO2
ERX Truck: Natural gas engine (no diesel engine) charges the
batteries which in turn supplies electricity to the
electric drive train. (1000 contracts for ERX)
Very low CO2
Only took about 10 requests. Sometimes iHub is as thick as a brick!
Are the Management Stealing Money or What? What is the reason that SHLL/HYLN has been tanking like this? Should have sold my warrants at $22.00...kicking myself...
