The Class B preferred shares are issued by the directors and convert to common at a rate of 1 preferred for 10 common. They changed the number of those shares available 4 times this year. It's now 100 million shares. Times 10 when converted to common. These shares don't vote and are not reflected in the AS. Therefore posters like you can post that there is no change in the AS per a call to the transfer agent and the company reports a sale of equity. Gee really? I didn't notice a 504, 505 or 506 registration. Yet these guys are sellin equity and not reportin those details. Then the report a million dollars in revenue last qyr.? How confortin it must be ta you that those shares don't only go to directors.

PD, The amendment to the Articles of Incorporation is very straight forward, Unlike that change presented by ECMH. You should
also understand that the Series B Preferred Stock is not limited in ownership to only directors, and I would believe that the Series

Compare the Complaint and the Foster bankruptcy assets and then let's talk. We'll allow readers to come to their own conclusion. I've come to the accurate one long ago. Longer than you may think. PD, by your own admission, you said in your post #269 on this board that "I wasn't part of the scam so I really know no
more details that the case provides.". The part that I underlined is the truth from your post. Also, how ironic, that you can
post links to pdf documents, but now you are suddenly unable to cut and paste pdf files. Why not simply post a link to the PDF
files like you have done in your other posts? Since you don't seem to understand, I am not defending Foster, Robinson,
Humphries or any other person that you attack. I am simply questioning your conclusions that are based upon the non
factual parts of your posts, parts which are purely conjecture, but are passed off as facts, rather than what they really are,
opinions. I use Pacer when it is necessary. When I do research like you are doing, I don't take a partial picture and pass
it off as the whole picture. If I do reference a part of the picture, I make sure that I have included the whole picture,
or a link (that people can actually use) to the original document, or a reference that they can look up on their own, without
the need to be a "member" of some account in order to do so. I am more interested in people drawing their own conclusions,
as opposed to those that want people to jump to a particular, and incorrect, conclusion.

It was the focus of the suit. The dispute is not that the hidden from the bk court account existed. The dispute is that the signed document said Humphries was to have perpetual management duties. Another Exhibit was also presented in the suit. The second EX B was to end the Humphries management duties in Nov. 2010. This month. Ex B had no signatures. The docs were witnessed by Mel Robinson. Logic would say that the perpetual account was the actual original. It appears the account was opened and managed by Humphries in order to hide those funds from the Foster bk. Logic also leads me to believe that there was a handshake deal to get the money in the account back to Foster once the bk was final. I believe that once the boys turned on Humphries all handshake help for foster went out the window. I wasn't part of the scam so I really know no more details that the case provides. So far there is no answer from Humphries. In fairness I'll add this, EX A the signed agreement that gave Humphries perpetual management looks like the section in question is in a lighter print than the rest of the doc. However EX B has no signatures and by the terms stated would make the funds a Foster asset that was not stated in his bk docs. There is no logical reason for Foster to have Humphries manage his bank account forever unless for bk purposes. The docs are pdf docs so I was unable to cut and paste. Don't you have a PACER account? They're free and you pay like 6 cents a page for docs.

PD, the part of the Foster/Humphries law suit that you provided a link to does not identify any account that could be linked to the
listing of the Foster bank accounts in the "Schedules" part of the Foster Bankruptcy that you also provided a link to. Of
course, if you had provided a link that included the exibits, that would have helped. Without a full review of the Foster/Humphries
law suit, or the bankruptcy filing that the "Schedules" (you provided a link to) belong to, it is really not possible to find any
account link. For all that can be seen with the two links that you provided, it doesn't confirm anything.

PD, you leave too many questions to be answered.

Was the bank account specifically mentioned in the "exhibits" part of the law suit? Unless that is the case, then you are only
conjecturing that it was intentionally omitted from the Bankruptcy filing. For all we know, it could have been closed by
the time the bankruptcy "Schedules" were filed. Or it is listed in the Bankruptcy filing but not specifically as the account that
was used by Humphries to harm Foster. Or it could be an account in Humphries name, for which Foster has no control, in which
case, Foster is correct in not including it with his Bankruptcy filing.

Is this bankruptcy a continuation of the 2006 bankruptcy proceedings? Without the Petition that goes with these "Schedules",
it is not possible to tell from the links you provided. It is my understanding in reviewing the law on bankruptcy a set of schedules
like these are required only at the initial filing of the Bankruptcy. Once the petition has been accepted by the court, then the schedules
do not have to be redone. If the bankruptcy is a continuation, the only reason that the debtor may need to resubmit a set of schedules
is if there is a substantive change to the condition of the person filing the petition for bankruptcy. A substantive change is something
like the death of either one or both of the petitioners, a sudden income windfall that allows the petitioners to emerge from bankruptcy,
or loss of the ability to pay by loss of employment or loss of income producing property by virtue of seizure of such property by a
government agency.

PD, with all the additional questions that can be raised, all you have accomplished is just muddying up the picture here. Of course,
if your intention is to muddy up the picture, then you have done a good job.

Isn't it time you stopped all the insinuation and conjecture? If you can really prove some kind of illegal complicity, then do so.
If not, do something better with your life. Or not. It is your choice.

PD, you still haven't shown me where in the Foster - Humprhies law suit that Robinson is even mentioned, or that the suit
involves any games. What you are doing, as usual, is trying to go from the specific to the general, without any connection
in between. I am sure you will figure out with the logic you use that HLNT is responsible for rainy days, the ocean tides,
tornados, hurricanes, earthquakes, ahh but the list is endless.
