You might watch it for a year, but unless it's delisted and stops trading the the P&D crews will pick it up at least once as it dies...this is simple reality in pennyland - has nothing to do with the stock, everything to do with people making money.

My only point is not to sell for a loss, that's just crazy if you have more than a nice Friday nights worth... as 999% of the time, it happens.

Josh, anyone getting in now its a whole different ball game then when you purchased it. the only reason to buy it down here is for the trade. Nothing to do woth the company.

I agree with you the company appears to be toast and it will probably be a non reporting pink within days.

Once again that doesn't mean that they are TRULY out of business. Bleeden might be working form home and could resurface so the stock isn't likely to see .10 anytime soon but might trade between -001 and .02... which isn't my thing but people make money doing it.

If I was in your spot I would average down at these levels. risk a little more and bring you average price down to .01-.02 and if it goes to .02 maybe you break even or even have a winner. I would only do it if the stock starts to show some trading activity.

I dont know if this will hit your exit of .10c, maybe more like .03-.05c, but sure looks like it can make some nice gains from here if the co would get some updates coming. That's a pretty hefty gain from these levels by my calculator. Sorry you got caught holding the bad here, been there done that.

Fact is this stock has been steadily red since September and now that it's sub-penny it's dropping really fast. It's slowly making its way to .0001 where it will stay until they shut it down.

I bought in at .36, 2000 shares. It's the only company I would never consider averaging down on because there won't be a company soon. IMO. I got a sell order in at .10. I'll be dead before that ever gets filled. Ha.

Some other interesting facts from HOTM's most recently filed Financial Report 10-Q. The company has TOTAL Assets of $28,131. And the company has TOTAL liabilities of $2,452,357, and only $1615 cash on hand. Good grief.

For the 1st quarter, 2nd quarter and 3rd quarter, the total sales from those quarters was $182,206. The most recent quarter sales were $0. That's right $0......as in nothing. Basically the company is out of working capital, has an accumulated deficit of $3,743,551, and the only way this company can keep operational from here is to somehow raise more capital. If you think I'm just a basher, you can read the most recent 10-Q dated 9-16-11. In my honest opinion, if you own shares of HOTM, get out while you still have something left.

Not So HOT-M Stuff

August 25, 2011: An email disseminated by PennyStockNewsletter.info yesterday afternoon, really tickled our fancy. At yesterday's open, this tout began a promotion on HOTM. It's the third Pump & Dump campaign in the last 60 days for HOTM, but the first time PSN has taken a crack at it. The previous clearance sales the insiders held on this stock raised some cash, but probably not quite as stellar results as they had hoped.

Yesterday's start to this campaign produced even worse results, as only $75K worth of stock exchanged hands. The meager volume was what prompted PSN's follow up email during the lunch hour.
"Keep this one on your radar today, it's already up 30% and is likely to turn over even more as the day progresses. There isn't likely to be much profit-taking to worry about since most of the previous buyers are in at pre-drop prices, so there is a strong chance for some good gains here for savvy traders!"
Why is this email so amusing? Read it again. "There isn't likely to be much profit-taking to worry about since most of the previous buyers are in at pre-drop prices..." . Translation: "Everybody's losing their a$$ from the previous Pump & Dump campaigns, so they probably hope to recover a little bit more of their losses before selling". Hysterical, right?

There may be some truth to this statement. HOTM is down 80% from it's lofty and way over-priced highs during the previous campaigns. Some of the bag-holders who still haven't learned their lesson, may be holding on in hopes of higher prices. These fools are forgetting one thing. The insiders didn't pay for this Pump & Dump scheme to get the suckers off the hook. They are having their stock pimped so that they can sell some more to new suckers.

The failure of HOTM was rather predictable if you read our previous advisory on this garbage.
