Bought at .004 - $15,000
What did you buy at? if I were you i would be adding alot of .0003s and average down big time... then lower those hope for a penny :). could pull this trade out of the crapper still.
I am in really high from February....I will wait also , and hope hope hope for a penny!!
got a couple milly .0003s. Took a while too. This thing seems deader than a doornail.... Just like it did in Feb when it ran to .006....... I had almost 7 mil .0003s... Sold .0006 and ,0007 right before the real run happened:) That was the WORST $2000 i ever made. lol
Anyways. There has to be a nice technical bounce coming. I will wait for it :)

HAHAHAHA, im sure god cares about how you play the market.
LMAO! An imaginary being is not telling U anything lady!
You may not buy this but I believe that God wants me to just sit back a while and wait. I'm holding a few stocks right now and just doing that.
Why aren't you trading now?
Thanks. I'll be back when there's some news or some volume. In the meantime, it could edge up on light volume as easily as it tailed off I suppose... Doubt it though. Looks like the street interest is spent.
No I haven't. I'm not even trading right now.
ljbutler, have you spoken to Edwards since you posted the email address and questions were sent to him?
Can anyone tell me why somebody waits till after 3 PM on Friday to ding the bid with 370 shares at .0004 for a grand total of 14 cents when the last trade(s) were for 1.7 million shares at the ask price of .0006? They wouldn't turn around and put a big order in to buy at .0004 would they? Nah
LJ, you are right about that. Feb 7, large investor buys well over 100 million shares... cheap. Feb 8, street follows in on the price and volume action, as well as on an Americanbulls.com buy recommendation. Feb 15, r/m rumor with some pumping but not by the comany. I'm still pretty sure YA Global and/or their cohorts have a very large equity position and perhaps control. They have little to gain by HESV's price increasing, but everything to gain with the lowest price possible if they plan to take it private.
I don't think it was the company. Bruce mentioned that someone had contacted him about promoting but I didn't ask any details. I just got the impression that he wasn't real interested. But thats JMHO.
took it upon themselves to pump/promote HESV
This was not a random act.
IMO, the pumpers were compensated by either: A) the company, B) a large shareholder, or C) one of the skeletons that's still in the closet and likes to hide but is too stupid to think that no one is watching. My "educated" guess was B and C which are two and the same.
The understanding that I have is that the rumor of R/M did not come from Bruce Edwards but the company that, I believe, took it upon themselves to pump/promote HESV.
Sold my shares about 2 weeks ago. Made a little something, but not nearly what I should have. Some thing tells me its not over with this stock. glta...
You may have to wait a long time
I am going to go in on some HESV in hopes I can catch it as it moves next time. I am new to stocks but after looking at so many of these it is evident that there are planned pump and dumps on stocks all the time. Am I correct? I see companies charts and the stock is low then out of nowhere it skyrockets, then returns to nothing. Is this the game we play? If so, I'll be patient. : )
Mikefl, all I know is what I read. YA Global (Cornell) bought an equity position with MLI Capital and certain mortgage backed debentures... right at the time those assets were becoming non-negotiable due to the mortgage crisis. If you read that 8-K carefully, you will find the one day volume spike in September 2009 was no accident. The subsequent one day spikes in April 2010, and February 7, 2011 were in the same volume, but to lower price levels. The only difference being, the street came in on it in the days following February 7. September was clearly YA Global the YA Global buy-in tied to the agreement in that 8-K. I believe they or their associates also made the buys in April 2010 and on the 7th last month. Also researched YA Global. Their pattern would be to take this private retrieving their buy-in (mortgage lending assets) at a ridiculous discount. The street just doesn't generate 150 million shares of volume in one day out of the clear blue on an obscure OTC traded company. Penny traders pumping and dumping as on the 15th can't generate that kind of volume. (See the chart. the price spike to .006 came on relatively light volume... and the pumpers got burned.)
When they raised the float and they release the shares in the market there was a pump put on. it was after that that the 't' shares were release that day. There were 7 sets released. They dumped the float. They will do it again, just have to wait. I'm just sorry I missed this one, this is my second one and I' be out on the next one because I've caught on to this game.
would be nice to know what the float is.
That 8-k was 5 years ago. You mean to tell us that a "legit" company like YA Global will be willing to tie up money in a dirty shell for that long with no return? Doesn't sound like a very profitable business model. I'm throwing the boolsheet flag.
If YA Global was intent on making it work, they'd get HESV current with audited fins and updated filings, again, IMO.
How do you know that the FEB. 7th volume wasn't a pump? Also, as far as the 15th...boiler rooms "spread" rumors for their dumps...hence the pump and dump method that this company's past is littered with.
See 8-K filed with SEC on October 18, 2006. (Note that Cornell Capital Partners is now YA Global Investments.) Even at pennies on the dollar, the mortgage lending enterprises and debentures would be worth two or three hundred times the current HESV market cap. Even if YA Global takes those private (most likely via MLI Capital) at a huge discount, HESV will have to price in at a level in the pennies at least. IMO, hold a postion in, if not accumulate, HESV. They will have to say or do something sooner or later.
February 7 was not on pumping. That was a large investor (YA Global averaging in would be my guess). The street got carried away a bit on the 15th with a reverse merger rumor (which could well have had a thread of truth to it in that revering the subsidiary relationship with MLI Capital certainly makes sense). YA Global's eyes would be mostly on the mortgage lending enterprises and assets. So are mine. If they plan to take it private, they want the share price low. I agree that some transparency is needed here.
I have to agree and for the people that got stuck in this it might be wise to average down when this gets down to .0003.Pick up small amounts when you can afford it and sit on it. I've owned this for a number of years and didn't get out this time when I had a chance. It will come around again, but it may take a while. be patient and you can make your money and some more back. I could have sold breaking even but chose to hold. I'll be around for the next run and buying more when the price drops. These guys buy these low floaters a little at a time and then they will run them up and dump their shares. I still maintain they do it through the "T" share trades like we saw last month when the run started. Seems that's when it started.
IMO it will run again at some point. it usually does.
I'd send in a complaint to FINRA and the SEC. IMO, it's obvious to the manipulation that has taken place with this stock in the past month. Actually, I'm sure there was a boiler room somewhere that was compensated in stock to pump this POS...which they certainly sold their position into the volume.
I wouldn't bother with the SEC though because they're a flippin joke.
the IBox has a 17 mil float, but it was 40 mil a day or two ago (after being changed from 17 previously). why not just say "1 mil float" while youre at it ;)
No. I got called away yesterday and was busy today.
Did you talk yet with Bruce Edwards again? Just curious
gee....that wouldn't have been all those 't' trade shares I saw go through after trading hours after the run up? ya think?
By googling Main Street Financial Inc. , it shows a revised list from November 2010 all the licenses belonging to this corporation including, California, Texas , Wyoming, Alabama, etc. etc.
The understanding that I have is that they are only located in the New England states.
From my research: as of Jan. 2011- Hesv's subsidiary "Main Street Financial Inc." has licenses in many states throughout the U.S. ..though the name changes a bit each time depending on the state.
GREAT!!! Keep us posted. :). Thanks for the hard work you have put in to get the initial contact that you did.
