It was a really solid PR the other day here. Not sure why it’s under a nickel, should be at .40 now. I’m going to see what I can grab in the final hour today. This prices look attractive for going long.

Yes, and depending what the PPS is at the time of split....this could be at $6, $12....$16/share
at 1/32 split ratio, this is a legit company. Scams always split at a ridiculous rate of 1/500, 1/1000..........and there ratio could go down, but not up after an 8K

agree! most penny players just have PTSD from huge reverse splits by toxic cos that split to wipe them out and begin the dilution again. not the case here as it's a new merge w a fast growing revenue producing co in hot sector w an experienced ceo.

depending on the price action in the next month- who knows- they might decide an even smaller ratio.

Its not a bad split ratio at all. I see 1/500 & 1/1000 all the time. Now those are killers. If the price goes up to $16.00 dollars/share for example, its not a bad trade off at all. especially when you can accumulate shares at this price to convert in June......

the float will be 17m

which when reversed would be a float of about 531k

i expect they want to uplist to the big boards and there will be lots of press
