He filed and owned a % of the common class that was listed. Not sure you can just out of the blue change the SS on someone taking a majority position. More will come out this week. Either way, bottom line, both parties have taken a big interest in the ticker and to me it makes it all the more valuable.

New management seem like they want to revive it and have a plan, Jake wants involvement and has a plan. They work together using Jakes funding and new management gives him a seat this puppy is going to fly. I think they both will see the best way to make this work for everyone is to join forces and make the ticker a success.

I think the new owners could use good financing and Jake has that and already a ton of the commons, they work together to clear debt and give Jake a percentage of the company and together they make it fly. Win win for everyone imo.
