Who Said It? "I Am Very Troubled By Stories Of [A Rigged Election]... Entire Country Ought To Take It Seriously"
Oct 20, 2016
Wow! Shocker?!! Al Gore questions US democracy?
With all mainstream media eyes firmly focused on Trump's 'destruction of democracy' by declining to accept the election results no questions asked during last night's debate, we thought a quick history lesson might help jog the liberal media bias' memory.
[Source: Grabien] Al Gore in 2000, speaking from the White House the week after having lost the general election, explains why he refused to concede the race:
"The effort that I have underway is simply to make sure that all of the votes are counted, and when the issues that are now being considered in the Florida Supreme Court are decided, that will be an important point. But I don't want to speculate what the court will do."
Even after facing a number of lower court losses, Gore said he remained optimistic.
"I don't really feel" the odds are stacked against me, he said, despite admitting feeling like an "underdog."
Gore said that his voters were not given sufficient access to voting sites. Speaking of black voters specifically, Gore said he was in regular contact with Jessie Jackson and Julian Bond to discuss voter suppression.
"I am very troubled by a lot of the stories that have been reported," about blacks being discouraged from voting, Gore said. "Whenever you have allegations of those kind, that is a matter the entire country ought to take seriously."
Wow! Shocker?!! Al Gore questions US democracy?
But that was not all...As DailyCaller's Blake Neff reports, a profile of Secretary of State John Kerry published Sunday in The New Yorker reveals that, 11 years after his election loss to George W. Bush in 2004, Kerry still believes he was robbed via systematic fraud.
The article itself, written by David Remnick, focuses mostly on Kerry’s efforts to achieve peace and democracy in the Middle East, but it also dwells extensively on his presidential defeat more than a decade ago.
“In 2004, when Kerry lost the Presidential race to George W. Bush, who is widely considered the worst President of the modern era, he refused to challenge the results, despite his suspicion that in certain states, particularly Ohio, where the Electoral College count hinged, proxies for Bush had rigged many voting machines,” Remnick writes.
Mike Barnicle, a former Boston Globe columnist and Kerry friend, adds fuel to the narrative.
For a long period, after 2004, every time he even half fell asleep all he saw was voting machines in the state of Ohio,” Barnicle says in the article.
Kerry apparently doesn’t just believe the 2004 election was a sham; Remnick also describes him using the supposedly stolen election as a tool for diplomacy. He describes the Afghan election of 2014, where Ashraf Ghani defeated Abdullah Abdullah in a contest marked by significant fraud allegations. Remnick says Kerry called up Abdullah and had to urge him to swallow his anger, concede the race and agree to collaborate with Ghani’s government.
After flattering Abdullah for his strength and importance in the country, Kerry said, “I will share with you a very personal experience: When I ran for President of the United States, in 2004, against George Bush, in the end, on Election Day, we had problems in the state of Ohio on how the votes were taking place. I even went to court in America to keep polling places open to make sure my people could vote. I knew that even in my country, the United States, where we had hundreds of years of practicing democracy, we still had problems carrying out that election. The next afternoon, I had a meeting with my people, and I told them that I did not think it appropriate of me to take the country through three or four months of not knowing who the President was. So that afternoon in Boston I conceded to the President and talked about the need to bring the country together. . . . One of the main lessons from this is there is a future. There is a tomorrow.”
Several days later, Abdullah Abdullah conceded and joined the Afghan government.
Theories that the Bush administration rigged the 2004 election are widespread on the Internet, with Robert Kennedy Jr. among the most notable figures to promote this view. Elements of the conspiracy include purging Democratic voters from the rolls, engineering long lines at Democratic precincts, and even deliberately rigging computerized vote machines to take votes from Kerry and give them to Bush. Theories mostly focus on the state of Ohio, which would have won Kerry the presidency had he cobbled together 120,000 additional votes.
But the supposed evidence of Bush’s theft is full of holes, and rigorous investigations of the evidence have found no evidence of systematic fraud, relegating these theories firmly in the realm of the conspiratorial. Evidently, though, it’s a conspiracy the Secretary of State at least partially buys into.

It appears one man's "voter suppression" or "systematic fraud" is another man's "rigged" election. Of course if the latter is a Republican named Trump then it is a challenge to the very heart of the constitution. If it is a Democrat, it appears to be free speech protected?
* * *
But wait... As National Review's Jim Geraghty points out...
It is completely irresponsible to argue that a president who reaches 270 electoral votes is not “elected” and legitimate, right? Only a shameless partisan with no concern for democracy or our system of government would insist that president is not elected, long after he’s taken the oath of office. Trump is insanely irresponsible to suggest that this election may be rigged and the outcome fraudulent. Why, who on earth would ever make such a charge?
At a private fund-raiser in Los Angeles for Democratic Sen. Jean Carnahan of Missouri, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton told the crowd that President Bush merely had been “selected” president, not elected, Newsweek reports in the current issue.
* * *
And then there is the following statement captured by the Daily Caller, in which Hillary suggested that the 2000 election was stolen from Al Gore. As secretary of state in 2009, Hillary Clinton suggested that in 2000, then-Florida Gov. Jeb Bush helped steal the presidential election for his brother, George W. Bush.Clinton’s remarks were made in a speech in Abuja, Nigeria on Aug. 12, 2009 on the topic of good governance and transparency, when the Democrat cast her own doubts on the integrity of the American electoral system by floating the conspiracy theory that Jeb Bush helped his older brother beat then-Vice President Al Glore during a recount of votes in Florida.
“Now, our democracy is still evolving,” Clinton said during the Nigeria speech. “We had all kinds of problems in some of our past elections, as you might remember. In 2000, our presidential election came down to one state where the brother of the man running for president was the governor of the state, so I mean, we have our problems too. But we have been moving to try to remedy those problems as we see them.”
Clinton Aide Asks If Hillary "Should Return The Money" To Banks If She Loses Badly
Oct 20, 2016
In the latest, 13th daily Podesta email release, one particular email sticks out: on February 7, 2016 Neera Tanden, a close confidante of Hillary Clinton and according to many one of the key masterminds of her campaign strategy, asks John Podesta a question which may be interpreted that banker money received by Hillary can be deemed equivalent to a bribe.
Specifically, Tanden asks Podesta that "speaking at the banks... don't shoot me but if we lose badly maybe she should just return the money." To which she then adds "say she gets the anger and moves on. Feels a little like an open wound."
The exchange may be one of the more clear indications of a tentative "quid-pro-quo" arrangement, in which cash is provided in exchange for 'services' which naturally would not be rendered if Hillary were to "lose badly."
Luckily for Tanden and Podesta, not to mention Hillary, at least according to the latest scientific polls, losing badly is not a contingency that should be a major consideration, at least not as of this moment.
Billionaire Clinton "Hillblazer" Pushes New Tax That Funnels Middle Class Money To Wall Street
Oct 20, 2016
“I find the whole thing astonishing and what’s remarkable is the amount of anger whether it’s on the Republican side or the Democratic side,” the Wall Street mogul said at the World Economic Forum in Davos. “Bernie Sanders, to me, is almost more stunning than some of what’s going on in the Republican side. How is that happening, why is that happening?”
– From January’s post: Billionaire CEO of Blackstone Trolls the American Public – He Doesn’t Get Why People Are Angry
David Sirota just penned a very important and interesting article zeroing in on how Wall Street is maneuvering to propose and implement a new retirement tax on Americans under a Hillary Clinton Administration.
Leading the charge is billionaire financial oligarch Tony James, who is COO of private equity giant Blackstone. Mr. James is a generous contributor to Hillary Clinton’s Presidential run, and is listed as a “Hillblazer” by her campaign for having raised at least $100,000 toward her candidacy.
While many Americans already know that much, most of you will be totally unaware of his aggressive plan to force a 3% payroll tax on the public which will be immediately funneled to Wall Street management firms, including “alternative managers” such as hedge funds and private equity. It seems like a very bizarre time to initiate such a proposal considering many public pension funds are actively ditching alternative managers after realizing they’ve been paying extraordinarily high fees for pitiful performance. In other words, they’ve been ripped off.
For example, recall what we learned in April’s post, “Let Them Sell Their Summer Homes” – NYC’s Largest Public Pension to Ditch Hedge Funds:
NEW YORK (Reuters) – New York City’s largest public pension is exiting all hedge fund investments in the latest sign that the $4 trillion public pension sector is losing patience with these often secretive portfolios at a time of poor performance and high fees.
The move by the fund, which had $51.2 billion in assets as of Jan. 31, follows a similar actions by the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (Calpers), the nation’s largest public pension fund, and public pensions in Illinois.
“Hedges have underperformed, costing us millions,” New York City’s Public Advocate Letitia James told board members in prepared remarks.“Let them sell their summer homes and jets, and return those fees to their investors.”
With public pensions moving away from alternative managers, the industry is looking toward government under Hillary Clinton to tax American workers in order to guarantee captive money continues to flow into the coffers of private equity and hedge fund managers.
You gotta hand it to these guys. When it comes to endlessly scheming and plotting various ways of getting their hands on your money, Wall Street is absolutely relentless.
International Business Times reports:
While Hillary Clinton has spent the presidential campaign saying as little as possible about her ties to Wall Street, the executive who some observers say could be her Treasury Secretary has been openly promoting a plan to give financial firms control of hundreds of billions of dollars in retirement savings. The executive is Tony James, president of the Blackstone Group.
It is a plan that proponents say could help millions of Americans — but could also enrich another constituency: the hedge fund and private equity industries that Blackstone dominates and that have donated millions to support Clinton’s presidential bid.
The proposal would require workers and employers to put a percentage of payroll into individual retirement accounts “to be invested well in pooled plans run by professional investment managers,” as James put it. In other words, individual voluntary 401(k)s would be replaced by a single national system, and much of the mandated savings would flow to Wall Street, where companies like Blackstone could earn big fees off the assets. And because of a gap in federal anti-corruption rules, there would be little to prevent the biggest investment contracts from being awarded to the biggest presidential campaign donors.
Go ahead and read that again.
A Washington power player who reportedly turned down a slot in President Barack Obama’s cabinet, James first outlined the retirement savings initiative in a speech a year ago to the Center for American Progress (CAP). The liberal think tank was founded by Clinton’s current campaign chairman, John Podesta, and is run by her former top policy adviser Neera Tanden. James and Blackstone made six-figure donations to CAP that year, and the group gave him a platform to propose a new payroll tax that he said would fund guaranteed retirement benefits.
Rather than funneling the hundreds of billions of dollars of new tax revenue into expanding Social Security benefits, as many Democratic lawmakers have called for, James proposed something different: A decade after George W. Bush’s failed attempt to divert Social Security revenue into private retirement accounts, the Blackstone president outlined a plan to create individual retirement accounts, some of whose assets would be managed by private financial firms.
In the blueprint of the plan, James lamented that 401(k) systems “don’t invest in longer-term, illiquid alternatives such as hedge funds, private equity and real estate,” and said the new program could invest in “high-yielding and risk-reducing alternative asset classes.” In a CNBC interview, James said he wants the billions of dollars of new retiree savings to be invested “like pension plans.” He noted that in “the average pension plan in America, about 25 percent is invested in stuff we do, in alternatives, in real estate and private equity and commodities and hedge funds.” Unlike stock index funds and Treasury bills, those investments generate big fees for financial firms — and critics say they do not generate returns that justify the costs.
Critics see James’ proposal as an effort by a politically connected private equity mogul to present a Wall Street-enriching scheme as a social good — at a moment when his own firm has faced lower profits, and at a generally challenging time for the alternative investments industry.
That industry relies on investments from state and local pension systems, which over the last decade have invested billions in alternatives in hopes of reaping above-market returns in exchange for higher fees. Recently, though, regulators, pension trustees, investment experts and academics have questioned whether retiree savings should be invested with firms like Blackstone in the first place.
Some pensions are pulling out their money. Other pension systems have been turned into 401(k)-style plans, which are difficult for the alternative investment industry to break into because of federal laws that discourage those plans from buying into riskier, illiquid investments.
In the face of these challenges, James’ proposal could provide a government-mandated flow of money from workers’ paychecks into the high-fee alternative investment industry.
“This new plan depends on sweeping government mandates, the appropriation of trillions of dollars from the private sector that is then handed over to zillionaire investment managers who make no guarantees about rates of returns or discounted fees,” said South Carolina Treasurer Curtis Loftis, a Republican who serves on his state’s pension investment council, which contracts with Blackstone. “The only guaranteed benefit I see in this plan is one for wealthy money managers and their cronies. Wall Streeters reading this plan will understand, without having specifically been told, that having Hillary Clinton and the federal government use its power to aggregate the existing and future retirement funds of working Americans and entrust it to them is the Holy Grail of finance.”
Chris Tobe, a Democrat who advises institutional investors and who served on Kentucky’s pension board, put it just as bluntly: “James’ plan is a deliberate attempt to get around federal protections for retirees because alternative investments are not generally allowed in the 401(k) world. This is about making Blackstone and other private equity firms even richer than they already are.”
Clinton has cast herself as skeptical of the “shadow banking” world that Blackstone operates in, and she has said she wants to close a loophole that lets private equity managers pay a lower tax rate than most other workers.
Yet for all of Clinton’s tough talk against Wall Street, James and others associated with Blackstone have been among her biggest fundraisers, and during a recent cocktail party in Washington D.C. to promote the plan, James said he was optimistic that a Clinton win could make his proposal a reality.
You know, there are “public positions” and there are “private positions.”
“What the election would mean for our plan: Yes, we’ve spent a fair amount of time with a number of Hillary’s policy advisors. So far they have been very encouraging about the plan,” he told the assembled crowd. “I am hopeful she’ll grab this issue once elected, and run with it. I think the signals are warm on that.”
As an icon of the private equity industry, James is an unlikely champion of retirement security. A recent Harvard University study found that private equity firms have transformed bankruptcy law into “an efficient financial engineering tool for insider sales—and for dumping pensions” — with 51 companies abandoning their pension plans “at the behest of private equity firms since 2001.”
Nonetheless, a spokeswoman for Blackstone, Christine Anderson, said that when it comes to the retirement crisis, “Tony has been talking about this for years.” As the 2016 presidential campaign heated up, James signed onto a new version of Ghilarducci’s plan that reduced the new payroll tax to 3 percent, split between employers and employees, and partially offset by a tax credit. They said the government would guarantee the principal of the account, regardless of market conditions.
Interesting. Since government guarantees the principal, even if the asset managers put up horrible returns, they can still earn big fees while leaving the sucker taxpayer on the hook for any negative performance.
The James-Ghilarducci plan in fact offers substantial potential benefits for companies like Blackstone. It would provide Wall Street with a new, government-guaranteed revenue stream, and would also help the industry circumvent legal and market obstacles to reach a wider swath of the retirement savings business.
Alternative investment firms have tried to break into the $4 trillion 401(k) market for years, but their products, such as real estate and long-term private equity investments, are less easily transferable to cash, making them a difficult fit for 401(k)s. On top of that, 401(k)s are regulated by federal rules that discourage illiquid, high-risk investments — and make 401(k) overseers vulnerable to lawsuits if they move workers money into such investments. A new federal rule could further complicate alternative investment firms’ efforts to access the retail market because it “suggests that there are certain investments that are so costly, complex, or opaque that they cannot be recommended to retirement investors,” said Barbara Roper of the Consumer Federation of America.
The James-Ghilarducci plan would effectively circumvent many of those obstacles, allowing alternative investment firms to access billions of retail customer dollars that have been out of reach.
In terms of private equity, while that industry’s proponents — including Blackstone CEO Stephen Schwarzman — say their firms outperform the stock market, recent researchchallenges that claim, and the industry just experienced one of its weakest quarters. At the same time, academic experts and regulators have warned about hidden fees that eat into investors’ returns. The Securities and Exchange Commission last year sanctioned Blackstone for having “failed to fully inform investors” about fees in a case involving funds that listed James as one of their key overseers.
Some major institutional investors appear to be responding to the warnings. Just this month, officials at the California State Teachers Retirement System — one of the largest pensions in the world — announced that high fees had convinced them to follow other major pension systems and pull $20 billion out of its investments with private money managers.
Ghilarducci told IBT that concerns about fees were valid, but that the new federal program would use its market power to negotiate lower levies. Even if the effort to reduce fees was not successful, she argued, their proposal would still give retirees a better deal than 401(k) plans.
“If you are in a defined benefit plan that is paying too many fees to Blackstone, you are still better off than if you are in a Fidelity plan for a 401(k),” she said.
That’s a difficult case to make, though, when some private equity titans — including Blackstone’s own top dealmaker — have suggested the industry may not be able to deliver the high returns it promises in exchange for its high fees.
All told, economist Eileen Appelbaum told IBT, the James-Ghilarducci plan is built on earnings projections that are fanciful.
“The plan’s promise of 6 to 7 percent returns is likely to prove unrealistic, and they fail to discuss the risks inherent in the risky investments that would have to dominate the savings portfolio that could yield such returns,” said Appelbaum, who co-authored the book “Private Equity at Work” and published a study suggesting lower private equity returns are a new normal.
“This proposal is about Wall Street getting more assets under management because that is where they make their money,” she said. “Why would we put more retirement savings into private hands when Social Security or the Thrift Savings Plan could do the same at almost no cost?”
James and others connected to Blackstone have financially aided Clinton’s White House bid.
James is listed as a “Hillblazer” on Clinton’s campaign website, meaning he has donated and/or raised at least $100,000 for her campaign. The Wall Street Journal reported that James held a $33,400-a-person fundraiser for the Hillary Victory Fund at his Manhattan home in December 2015. Blackstone and James also held a lavish reception at the Democratic National Convention in July 2016, and James held another fundraiser for Clinton at his home last month, raising $1.5 million, according to the Associated Press.
Blackstone employees have given a total of more than $107,000 to Clinton’s campaign, according to data compiled by the nonpartisan Center for Responsive Politics (CRP). David Jones and Richard Sullivan, who until 2015 were listed as Blackstone lobbyists, have been among Clinton’s largest fundraising bundlers.
Outside of Congress, Blackstone has donated between $500,000 and $1 million to the Clinton Foundation, and the Associated Press reported that “eight Blackstone executives also gave between $375,000 and $800,000 to the foundation.” James has also built bridges to the Clinton-linked Center for American Progress, beyond his donations and seat on its board.
While Ghilarducci said she supports expanding Social Security, doing so would be more politically difficult than enacting a separate program, she argued — especially since her initiative gets a boost from its association with an industry power player like James.
“Tony certainly helps get an audience that the left couldn’t get,” she said. “The political reality is, you have to have resources and coalition building.”
In today’s America, bolstering social security is a political non-starter, but initiating a new payroll tax on Americans that directly flows to Wall Street is achievable. What a country.
Under their proposal, “Retirement portfolios would be created by a board of professionals who would be fiduciaries appointed by the president and Congress,” James and Ghilarducci wrote in a New York Times editorial. “The fees and investments would be much less prone to corruption because the managers’ income would not depend on the investments.”
Alternative investments, though, are notoriously opaque. The contracts between financial firms and pensions are secret, making it difficult to evaluate whether they are being competitively bid or whether they involve undue influence. A recent whistleblower lawsuit in New Mexico accused Blackstone of being part of an influence-peddling scheme, which Blackstone has denied, and USA Today in 2009 tracked how Blackstone officials had made donations to public officials in states that had awarded the company pension management deals.
Seeking to tamp down donor influence, the SEC enacted rules in 2010 aiming to prevent campaign contributions from influencing political appointees’ decisions about which financial firms get to manage retirees’ savings. But lawyers interviewed by IBT said the SEC’s rule covers only state and local retirement systems — not the federal government.
“Pay-to-play violations are a cornerstone of the alternative investment market,” said former SEC attorney Edward Siedle. “It’s often the only way that money managers can get elected officials to evade their fiduciary duty and invest in low-transparency, high-cost, high-risk investments that consistently trail the S&P 500. Any retirement plan that would allow that to happen at the federal level would be insane.”
Insane, perhaps. Or perhaps just a Banana Republic

Hillary Campaign Apologizes After Her Bus Is Caught Dumping Human Waste On Side Of Street
Oct 18, 2016
In an act that some have said reeks of symbolism, the tour bus of the Clinton campaign was caught dumping human waste literally on the street, or as some less politically correct commentators have dubbed the incident, "the Hillary campaign caught shitting on main street America."
As a result, Hillary Clinton's campaign bus is being investigated after police in Lawrenceville, Georgia, received multiple reports of Hillary’s “Forward Together” tour bus illegally dumped human waste into a storm drain along Grayson Highway on Tuesday morning.
As CBS46 reported, a local businessman took photos of the illegal activity, prompting police to launch a full probe. The photos showed off-colored liquid oozing out of the bus. Hillary Clinton was not at the scene as the bus was in-between campaign stops.
When police arrived at the scene, they were greeted with a foul odor and remnants of used toilet paper scattered across the ground. What the campaign dumped at the scene was so disgusting that a HAZMAT team was called to come in to clean up the mess.
In addition to the local police, the Gwinnett County Stormwater Management and the State Environment Protection Department are participating in the investigation. CBS46 asked the Democratic National Committee (DNC), the party organization working in tandem with the campaign to get Hillary elected, prompting an apology by the DNC.
This was an honest mistake and we apologize to the Lawrenceville community for any harm we may have caused. We were unaware of any possible violations and have already taken corrective action with the charter bus company to prevent this from happening again. Furthermore, the DNC will work with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, as well as local and state officials to determine the best course of corrective action.
Adding to the embarrassment Gwinnett County Storm Water is now involved in the investigation as well as the State Environment Protection Department.

FWIW,...Breitbart.com reports that a backup data device called a “Datto,” containing Clinton’s private emails exists. They report that Judicial Watch has discovered the device is in the possession of the FBI. They have now filed a FOIA request to pressure the agency into producing the long forgotten device, sending the FOIA request via Certified Mail so as to have a record of the request.
October 16, 2016
The mainstream media might just have to begin a brand new round of defending Hillary Clinton on the issue of her mishandling of classified information through her private, unauthorized, and illegal email server. It appears another device – with copies of every deleted email – has been discovered!
Breitbart.com reports that a backup data device called a “Datto,” containing Clinton’s private emails exists. They report that Judicial Watch has discovered the device is in the possession of the FBI. They have now filed a FOIA request to pressure the agency into producing the long forgotten device, sending the FOIA request via Certified Mail so as to have a record of the request.
The existence of a full record of Hillary Clinton’s 33,000 deleted private emails could very well be a game changer… that is if the FBI produces the material in an expedited manner. With just 24 days until Election Day, every second counts.
The very existence of this device is generating a panic both behind-the-scenes in the beltway and in the Clinton camp. As the FBI continues to get maligned over its fake investigation into the Clinton email scandal, the Clinton team would be fatally damaged by what would be exposed further by information contained in those emails.
FBI director James Comey’s investigation into the Clinton email server crimes was based on just a small number of email discoveries. These discoveries were made using a splatter-pattern, shot-in-the-dark discovery process that had no congruent method. Therefore, the full extent of Clinton’s criminality was not exposed.
That the FBI didn’t look at each and every one of Clinton’s emails actually served to help Clinton avoid prosecution. Had the FBI examined all the emails – like the hackers at Wikileaks – instead of just select and informationally disjointed emails, it would have dramatically changed the result and most likely had led to a prosecution.
The Judicial Watch FOIA request demands “Any and all records, including but not limited to emails or text messages (SMSs, MMSs, BBMs, iMessages, etc.), discovered, recovered, retrieved from, or found on any Datto device. Any and all records concerning or relating to the FBI’s efforts to discover, recover, retrieve, or find emails or text messages stored on the Datto device, equipment or hardware reference in Request No. 1.”
A Datto device is an online backup service that creates copies of data kept on a physical server. In other words, it is tantamount to a mirror server that can be used to retrieve information in the event of a catastrophic server event…like, say, a server being BleachBit erased.
Hillary Clinton’s unauthorized and illegal home-brew email server was using a Datto device throughout its existence. This reality presents an opportunity for the Clinton team to launch into a full-blown panic given that the disjointed FBI investigation – and Wikileaks – has already confirmed that Clinton’s server illegally contained classified and Top Secret material.
That Clinton’s home-brew computer company didn’t realize her machine was still communicating with the Datto device until shortly before they surrendered it to the FBI, is a blunder that could cost Mrs. Clinton both the election and her freedom.
Wednesday afternoon, the Datto Company announced it had surrendered a “hardware device” to the FBI. They also said in a statement they had surrendered all Clinton emails the company had in its possession.
As time is the tyrant here, the question in all of this will be how much pressure comes to the FBI from the Obama Justice Department to obstruct Judicial Watch’s FOIA request. As the DoJ is dirtier than Tammany Hall and the Chicago Daley Machine combined, you can bet this will be slow walked like a slug moving through molasses.

my sunday rant,...
(i don't take myself seriously so don't you either)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~0~~~~~~~~~~~~~
JMHO,...this country is waaayyyy to hung up on sex and religion. we need to get over it ! and as soon as possible. it is totally f'ing up this country. it's time to grow up !
disclaimer; do i like Trump ? nope,..i think he is an arsehole of grand proportions ! a total narcissistic, unintelligent, insecure and psychologically troubled individual. but i'm not addressing that,...
i'm addressing the immaturity of the American people and their zombie-like acceptance as they are swallowing the manucea that is being spoon fed by Hillary and this current disastrous Obama Admin.
this country is going down the tubes economically (and on many other fronts) and we are watching the MSM as they report if Trump allegedly molested. sick, sick, sick.
it matters not that Hillary will not release emails and instead destroys them under a DOJ order to,...nor will she provide transcript of her speeches to the Wall Street criminal organizations,...nope,..none of that matters,...we're concerned about Trumps hands and where he puts them. absolutely insane !!!!
as Forrest Gump has so brilliantly stated,.."Stupid is as Stupid does."
we have Hillary, who is definitely a criminal both morally and politically, yet the FBI and all other Obama administration entities have continued to back her.
so the conclusion from this current Obama Admin is,...
Obama Administration statement; 'It's OK that we, the government, screw the hell out of American citizens and their futures and their childrens futures and not place any of the bankers in jail to be brought up on criminal charges for screwing this economy into NIRP,... these same bankers and Wall Street destroyed most Americans 401's and retirement and,...when we had the chance but,...we did not when reinstate Glass-Stegall to protect the same American citizens from this ever happening again to their retirements,...true crimes yes,but,...don't talk about or mention touching a woman's pussy...that is the gravest crime.'
ah,..and todays word is,... diversion.
let's get real here,..what type of woman would sit still while a man, that they do not know, allegedly reaches up her skirt to cop a feel ?
what moral compass must a woman possess who would still sit there and allow being molested ? in my world,...a very questionable set of morals.
were any reports filed by these women ? no. were there any investigations initiated because these women made a report ? no. why not ? if this was such an offensive action against them why no reports ? kind of odd in my world. hell,...i complain when my stir fry veggies are over cooked,..so if someone was ramming their hand/fingers into my underwear...i'd make it known.
i'm not sitting there,..i'm going to scream "get your hands from under my skirt!"
this immature view of sexual activity expressed by most of America's religions is stifling this nation and its ability to grow. sex happens,..get over it. and maybe you or i don't agree with the type of sexual pursuit,..but that is not our business.
this is America and the subject we are embracing is between consenting adults. if a woman wants to allow a man to conduct sexual acts on her then it is not my job to monitor that. especially if the woman made no report complaining of such. we need to keep our noses out of other people's business and practice our own morals.
and hey,..here's an idea,..lets actually solve problems instead of creating diversionary tactics.
As someone who does plenty of video production myself, who owns chroma-key backgrounds (and has used them), and who has a fairly high-powered processing system here..... this guy's right.
NBC doctored the video; they pretty-clearly altered the video of Hillary's interview on her plane.
Hillary Admits Saudi Arabia funds ISIS Yet Takes Money From Them for the Clinton Foundation
Martin Armstrong
Oct 11, 2016
Wikileaks has produced an email that shows Hillary Clinton routinely discussed things that should have been on a secure server. Hillary sent an email to her campaign chairman John Podesta back in 2014, who was then-counselor to President Barack Obama.
In this email, she said Saudi Arabia and Qatar were both giving financial and logistical support to the Islamic State and other extremist Sunni groups demonstrating that indeed this has been a civil war between Sunni and Shia. This email, dated August 17, 2014, was an eight-point plan to defeat ISIS in Iraq and Syria.
Clinton’s email said that the United States should support Kurdish forces on the ground with U.S. military advisers and avoid the use of a conventional ground operation. She said we needed to bring pressure on the governments of “Qatar and Saudi Arabia, which are providing clandestine financial and logistic support to ISIL and other radical Sunni groups in the region.”
The differences between Shia and Sunni is to be found in their interpretation of the hadiths and sharia law on how Muslims should define and govern themselves. But for the most part, the religious differences are really superficial for the conflict and violence is truly driven by political power, which intertwines with theology. There have been protests in Saudi Arabia following execution of Shia there. This is the nature of the civil war which is brewing (see War Cycle Part II).
This really raises serious questions when in fact Saudi Arabia is one of the countries donating large amounts to the Clinton Foundation.
In 2011, for example, the former presidend
was paid $175,000 by the Kuwait America
Foundation to be the guest of honor and
keynote speaker at its annual awards gala,
which was held at the home of the Kuwaiti
ambassador. Ben Affleck spoke at the event,
which featured a musical performance by
Grammy-award winner Michael Bolton. The
gala was emceed by Joe Scarborough and
Mika Brzezinski, hosts of MSNBC’s Morning
Joe show. Boeing was listed as a sponsor
of the event, as were the embassies of
the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia,
Kuwait and Qatar -- the latter two of
which had donated to the Clinton Foundation
while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state.
The speaking fee from the Kuwait America
Foundation to Bill Clinton was paid in the
same time frame as a series of deals
Hillary Clinton’s State Department was
approving between the Kuwaiti government
and Boeing. Months before the gala, the
Department of Defense announced that Boeing
would be the prime contractor on a
$693 million deal, cleared by
Hillary Clinton’s State Department,
to provide the Kuwaiti government with
military transport aircraft. A year later,
a group sponsored in part by Boeing
would pay Bill Clinton another $250,000
speaking fee.
Could The Deep State Be Sabotaging Hillary?
Charles Hugh Smith
Aug 9, 2016
Maybe Hillary is the Deep State's shoo-in for president. But I suspect doubts in the Deep State have advanced to active sabotage for the reasons noted below.
Few would dispute that Hillary Clinton is the Establishment's candidate. It's widely accepted that the Establishment hews to a neoconservative (neo-con) foreign policy that is fully supported by America's Deep State, i.e. the centers of state power that don't change as a result of elections.
As a result, it's widely accepted that the Deep State fully supports Hillary Clinton's bid for the presidency and will move heaven and earth to get her elected. While this is a logical premise, I suspect it's overly simplistic. I suspect major power centers in the Deep State are actively sabotaging Hillary because they've concluded she is a poisoned chalice who would severely damage the interests of the Deep State and the U.S.A.
Poisoned chalice: something that seems very good when it is first received, but in fact does great harm to the person/ institution/ nation that receives it.
I realize this may strike many as ludicrous, but bear with me as we work through the notion that the Deep State would prefer Trump to Hillary.
The consensus view seems to be that the Establishment and the Deep State see Trump as a loose cannon who might upset the neo-con apple cart by refusing to toe the Establishment's Imperial line.
This view overlooks the possibility that significant segments of the Deep State view the neo-con strategy as an irredeemable failure and would welcome a president who would overthrow the remnants of the failed strategy within the Establishment and Deep State.
To these elements of the Deep State, Hillary is a threat precisely because she embraces the failed strategy and those who cling to it. From this point of view, Hillary as president would be an unmitigated disaster for the elements of the Deep State that have concluded the U.S. must move beyond the neo-con strategic failures to secure the nation's core interests.
There are other reasons why elements of the Deep State view Hillary as a poisoned chalice.
1. Hillary is an empty vessel. Nobody seriously claims she has any core beliefs that she would make personal sacrifices to support. While at first glance this may seem to be a plus, the Deep State is not devoid of values. Rather, the typical member of the Deep State has strong values and distrusts/ loathes people like Hillary who value nothing other than personal aggrandizement.
Hillary's sole supreme commitment is the further aggrandizement of wealth and power to her family. This makes her intrinsically untrustworthy to the Deep State, which has bigger fish to fry than the Clinton Project of aggrandizing wealth and personal power.
2. Hillary has exhibited the typical flaw of liberal Democrats: fearful of being accused as being soft on Russia, Syria, Iran, terrorism, etc. or losing whatever war is currently being prosecuted, liberal Democrats over-compensate by pursuing overly aggressive and poorly planned policies.
The forward-thinking elements of the Deep State are not averse to aggressive pursuit of what they perceive as American interests, but they are averse to quagmires and policies that preclude successful maintenance of the Imperial Project.
3. The Deep State requires relatively little of elected officials, even the President. A rubber stamp of existing policies is the primary requirement (see the Obama presidency for an example).
But the Deep State prefers a leader that can successfully sell the Deep State's agenda to the American public. (President Obama has done a very credible job of supporting the Imperial Project agenda. I think it's clear the Deep State supported President Obama's re-election.) A politician who's primary characteristic is untrustworthiness is poorly equipped to sell anything, especially something as complex and increasingly unpopular as the Imperial Project.
4. Hillary suffers from the delusion that she understands power politics and the Imperial Project. The most dangerous President to the Deep State is one who believes he/she is qualified to set the Imperial agenda and change the course of the Deep State as their personal entitlement.
For these reasons, elements of the Deep State might sabotage Hillary's campaign as the greater threat to American interests. Trump is as unpopular as Hillary, but his sense of self-aggrandizement and narcissism is of a different order than Hillary's. Elements of the Deep State may view Trump as more malleable (or more charitably, as more open to much-needed changes in U.S. policies) and a better salesperson than Hillary.
Although it's difficult to identify specific evidence for this, the Deep State is not as monolithic as the alternative media assumes. An increasingly powerful sector of the Deep State views the neo-con agenda as a disaster for American interests, and is far more focused on the Long Game of energy, food security, economic and military innovation and a productive response to climate change.
Trump is less wedded to the neo-con agenda than Hillary, less concerned with looking weak and more willing to cut new deals to clear the path for U.S. soft power (diplomacy, cultural influence, energy, food security, economic innovation and successful responses to climate change) rather than the neo-con obsession with hard power and the old-style Great Game of geopolitics.
So how could the forward-looking elements of the Deep State sabotage Hillary? I can think of several ways:
1. Engineer a protracted stock market decline that hits American voters in their pocketbooks before the election by gutting the "wealth effect." A plunging stock market would make a mockery of the claim that the economy is "recovering."
2. Continue to leak dirty laundry on Hillary, her health, the Clinton foundation scams, etc.
3. Put the word out to the corporatocracy, top-level media, etc., that the Deep State would prefer a Trump presidency, despite the widely held assumption that Clinton is the shoo-in Establishment candidate, and that those who cling to Hillary will pay a price later on as the neo-cons are cashiered or sent to Siberia for their failures.
Maybe Hillary is the Deep State's shoo-in for president. But I suspect doubts in the Deep State have advanced to active sabotage for the reasons noted above.
