That is why i have some put a side JUST WAITING
wannaknow I am merely a swing trader, noooooooooo interest in stories or of suits etc, maybe valid may not be. Relative to suing I have had numerous opportunities over the years since 1982 when I started trading, but never bothered to waste my time, since I am the fool who believed whatever story and pressed the buy button or sold at the wrong time etc. No one stole my $$ at gun point, just a dumb move on my part usually out of boredom or greed or both.
I always figure I am responsible for trading stupidity; pinkies are not like Enron was, there I would have sued. lol jmho
Maybe someone will buy the shell, who knows? Maybe someone may buy the company, or it may vanish, or it may get pumped by a promoter.
Few hundred bucks and a dice roll, some work and many do not.
BOL
The CEO seems to have abandoned the company. He's out representing the Elvis impersonator who was accused of sending poisin to the President. I also saw an ad for him filing BP claims.
Are there any grounds for a shareholder lawsuit? Does the CEO have any exclusive duty to to the company?
cyber anyone who is not a gambler in stinky pinkyland is either a newbie, or ignorant of how this BS portion of the market actually works. Many bagholders believe the stock love stories, but they always turn out the same way and with runnaway brides. In 39 years of trading it has always been pretty much the same. Very few exceptions but some great stock stories. lol
Ah, the penny gambler's credo. Always a fun read.
cyber gee whiz thought all knew that the game is a real crap shoot, it is buying a lotto scratch ticket at best. When you deal with .0001 stocks they are extremely risky and timing is everything or the bag gets heavier. lol
These crap stocks are nooooooooooot anything other than wait for a promoter then he pushes it the company dilutes and you sell concurrently since you have a good cost basis. If you bought wrong, like most seem to, then you are left holding the bag, yep noooooooo rocket science to that one.
I think for a crap shoot when the price is .0001 its a very risky gamble with some fair up side %, but as my profile states NEVER BET THE FARM or someone else will surely own the cows. It may out of business sure is an option, and dilution is alwaysssssssssssssss a given like death and taxes when a promoter is hired with shares that is the game. Las Vegas at best.
Anyone in penny's unaware of that BS should be on big boards, not here trying for grand slams due to the price being very low, in this case as low as it can go. imo
Hero or Zero traders are both on a given trade, so it is a lotto ticket but you have to time things, or else lift weights and be strong to hold the bag. jmho
And then the insiders dump their new crapload of free shares they print for themselves and the dilution immediately crashes the PPS leaving bags wiping their eyes as the portfolio crashes through the floor.
Scam playbook.
Actually an R/S only gives you fewer shares and a higher value per share. ie 1 for 10 theoretically initially drives the price per share up 10x, but concurrently the number of shares you hold down to 1/10 of what you started.
Even of there is a 1 for 100 split R/S as in 2010, if you have 20000 shares now initially and then it is 1/100 of that is what you end up with 200 and the value is .01 per share in theory, so net net initially you come out the same.
So in effect depending on how you trade you don't necessarily get wiped out at all. To start with, many just take a loss and move on but that is their decision.
Been that way most times I have seen it anyway since 1982 when I started trading. You do have to time things well regardless but that is true R/S or not. jmho
We lose it all though it the company goes OOB 4 sure.

Here Enterprises Uses Clean Energy to Fuel "Dirty" Business
Here Enterprises, Inc. (OTCQB: HRTE) (PINKSHEETS: HRTE), a growing developer of clean energy, is proud to announce the success of its first dual-use business venture, Cycle Ranch Motocross Park. The pro-am red dirt motocross track, with amenities, viewing tower and pro shop, is powered by the onsite wind farm, featuring three state-of-the-art Talon 2 wind turbines. The turbines also generate excess power that is resold to the local power grid to maximize revenue.
Cycle Ranch is located in Texas, the nation leader in wind power production, and has been recognized nationally for its motocross facilities. It was featured on the season premiere of The History Channel's hit TV series "Top Gear" in July 2011, and was the site for the nationally televised Traxxas TORC Series finale in October, when legendary motocross racer Ricky Johnson was crowned TORC national champion on Cycle Ranch's newly constructed $250,000 off-road truck racing track.
Hosting the finale was not only an honor for the track, but a validation of Here Enterprise's dedication to developing profitable clean energy projects that co-locate wind farms with commercial businesses in order to maximize cashflow.
It's a concept that will fuel the future, according to research and advisory firm Clean Tech, the clean energy industry's accepted authority. Their Clean Energy Trends 2011 report states that the global market for wind power has enjoyed a 29.7% compound annual growth rate during the past decade and now stands at $60.5 billion. By 2020, Clean Tech projects wind energy to be a $122.9 billion industry. This rivals the growth of earlier technological and business revolutions like computers and the internet.
The revenue-positive Cycle Ranch represents the first of many clean energy projects planned by Here Enterprises to take advantage of this highly lucrative and sustainable business model. Possible projects include not just wind farms on farm and grazing land, but also amusement parks, golf courses, shopping centers, sports and recreation parks, and more.
"Clearly, the time for clean energy is now," said Mark Ryun, CEO of Here Enterprises, and a man who spent years in the dirt himself as a professional motocross racer. "And fortunately, with today's advanced technology in wind generation, the applications and business opportunities are endless."
