HEMP is at "No Bid" (Bid is $0.0000). Someone just bought 19.7M at the $0.0001 Ask in an effort to get a start on getting the bid back to $0.0001. Brokers CSTI and GTSM are showing 10K at $0.0001, but there's no knowing how many shares are behind those "iceberg" orders.

Unless he can pump it up, poor Bruce Perlowin may have to get his "CEO" to do a reverse split soon so the stock will continue to trade, but HEMP will probably have to issue its much-delayed financials before FINRA will approve an RS.

Any person who would take the position of CEO of this company without doing an audit is not serious! How can you fix something when you don't know exactly what you have? There have been so many shady deals done over the years you absolutely can't trust the financials! Over the years there have been a least five CEOs and none have been able to do anything to improve the status of this POS! When you have an owner who issued over 21 billion shares he has absolutely no respect for shareholders!

OTC Markets shows that HEMP's transfer agent has reported that as of July 31, 2023, the company now has 29.0B outstanding shares. That's an astounding 1.47B share increase from June 30 2023! Since Dec 30, 2022, the number of OS has risen 16%.

Yesterday's trading activity

Yesterday, about 435 million shares were traded in HEMP, which is way above the average volume and is probably the highest trading volume for any trading day this year. Furthermore, only about 7 million shares of that was buy volume and all of the rest was sell volume !! Nevertheless, HEMP managed to close up for the day. I believe that the high trading volume yesterday is a sign that there are some people that are paying attention to the messages being posted here and are anxious to sell their shares of HEMP before it goes no bid as you have warned !

Yes, much of the increase in the OS is likely due to shares issued to Bruce (for consulting) and debtholders like John Fife for debt repayment, and those shares are probably restricted for a time. The dumping we see is probably shares coming off restriction.

Still, those 1.47B shares issues in the last month will eventually be sold once they're off restriction.

BTW, HEMP still hasn't filed the attorney letter covering the unaudited 2022 annual report, is nearly 3 months late in issuing its 1Q/23 disclosure statement, and in another couple of weeks, the 2Q/23 disclosure will be late as well.

HEMP trading volume

So the OS for HEMP has increased by 1.47B shares in the month of July. If you divide that number by the 20 trading days in July, that would be an average of 73.5 million new shares issued for each trading day. If all of those shares (or an equivalent number taken out of restricted status) were sold into the market on those days, then the average number of shares traded in HEMP for the month of July would have to be greater than or equal to that. Since the actual average trading volume for July has been reported as 67.7 million shares, then not all of those shares have been sold into the market.

However, I believe this goes a long way to explaining the trading volume for HEMP.
